I recently bought a necklace from a page that was on Facebook. I went to their website and purchased the item. After I got an email saying my package was being delivered I then messaged the page , Apollo**, and kindly asked for a tracking number. They told me they do not keep tracking on orders that are under $**. I then asked do they know when I will receive the necklace I bought, I was told it would take a week to get to me. I waited a week and still nothing. On week two I started to get irritated and just asked them for a refund I was told that I would need to send the necklace back before I could the the refund, but at this time I still didn’t have it. Week * approaches and I finally get the necklace in the mail. I open it up and it was NOTHING like the picture that is shown on their website. I asked for a refund AGAIN and this time I didn’t receive a response they just opened the message and that was it. Right after I comment on one of their photos warning other users not to buy from them because they’re falsely advertising their products. I went back to the same post and my comment was no longer there, they deleted it and blocked me from commenting on everything on the page. I would like to report this page and for it to be taken down so no other Facebook users have to run into this same problem and I would also like a refund like I previously had asked for many of times.
