EN: Hello! I need to report that my account with the email [redacted] was hacked by someone using my old phone number to reset the password. As I no longer have that number, the person who has it now gained access to my account. When trying to recover my password through email, I do not receive the recovery email. Even though I have access to this email, the recovery email does not come through after multiple attempts. Please help me restore access to my account. Thank you!

Hello, I have an inquiry regarding Facebook Integration for car dealerships. I work for Nexteppe and we collaborate with numerous US car dealerships. One of our services is integrating their inventories into their Facebook pages. I came across a requirement on the Facebook support website stating that Page Tabs are only available for pages with [redacted] followers or managed by whitelisted apps. Some of our clients, with fewer followers, have added tabs successfully. When did this rule come into effect? Several customers are facing errors while adding tabs, causing frustration. I would like the following names displayed on my page: ฐิฏา รังสิตพล มานิตกุล - ผู้พันปราง However, my original page was spammed by my corrupt political rival, so I created a new one with the same name, which remains unpublished. I believe there is nothing wrong with the new blank page since it contains no content. Unfortunately, I cannot provide Facebook with the ID associated with the original account as there is no email linked to it, only a username and cell phone number. I am a politician, and my page reflects my thoughts and beliefs, so it is crucial to have all the necessary information accurately displayed. Hello, my name is Marci Bernthal Perry from Springfield, MO. I recently had trouble accessing my FB account after facing challenges during my battle with breast cancer. Despite resetting my password, I encountered further issues after upgrading my phone to an S9+. I attempted to use my existing account information but was unsuccessful. I want to raise awareness about an issue with the Facebook group "Pogo Eastbourne" run by the admin John Mayher. He is unfairly targeting me, my family, and friends by using his admin privileges and position as a police officer to remove and block us from the group without any valid reason. It has escalated to a point where it is damaging our reputation and causing unnecessary stress. I urge for this behavior to stop, or I will have to take legal action. I am currently locked out of my Facebook account as the platform is requesting a confirmation code to be sent to my old phone number that is no longer in use. I have updated my phone number multiple times since setting up the account. I am unable to receive the code, necessitating assistance to regain access to my account. I can provide additional verification as needed. My profile picture is distinctive as I am missing front teeth and have a jagged tooth, visible in the photo. I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account since Sunday evening. A prompt requesting a password change appeared without explanation. After following the instructions to verify my identity, I got stuck in a cycle of being asked to change my password repeatedly. The same questions and screens are repeating endlessly. Even attempting to verify my email through Google led to the same problem. I am feeling extremely frustrated, and if this continues, I am considering deleting my account. I urge Facebook to address this issue promptly.

I have been using the stage name Alo Star for the past 15 years, previously as Alo Trex while traveling. Facebook requires the name you use in everyday life, which for me is Alo Star. Currently, I am unable to access my account due to this name issue. I am also limited to posting only pictures, although as a spiritual teacher, I typically write posts. I am looking for advice on how to change access to my late husband's Facebook account. As his surviving spouse, I never anticipated this issue and we did not designate me as a legacy contact. I am hesitant to delete the account as it holds cherished memories in the form of posts and photos that his friends, family, and I would like to preserve. Memorializing the page seems to be the only alternative, but it allows for inappropriate and hurtful posts. Recently, someone posted a distressing picture of my husband during his illness, which is not how he would want to be remembered. Can anyone assist my stepson and me in this matter?

I respectfully disagree with the decision to ban Alex Jones' channel on Facebook. While I may not agree with all of Alex Jones' views, I believe in his right to express them. Facebook should not dictate whom we can or cannot listen to on a social platform. It is not Facebook's place to silence those they disagree with. I am planning to contact my representatives in Congress to urge them to pass laws preventing social media platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter from censoring opinions they do not like. If Facebook does not reverse its decision and restore pages like Alex Jones', I will be deleting all three of my accounts within 30 days. Facebook's current policies restrict free speech and serve its own interests rather than promoting open dialogue. Thank you, Tim Lawson.

I tried resetting my password but ended up setting a random one with a vulgar term that I now cannot recall. I am unable to deactivate my account or change the password. I randomly generated a password with a swear word that I now can't recall. The system is not allowing me to deactivate my account or reset my password.
