My Facebook account has been hacked. The hacker changed both email and password, preventing me from accessing it. They are posting photos, altering my profile picture and cover photo, and unfriending people. Additionally, they switched the language settings to Arabic. I urgently need Facebook's assistance to regain control of my account. A friend of mine contacted the hacker who demanded money for returning the account. I possess a photo of the individual (the profile picture used by the hacker) and their email address. It is crucial to verify my identity and stop the illicit use of my account, especially since they are seeking money. I fear they may be after more personal information. Please assist me promptly. I recently changed my password and verification settings to enhance security for my account. However, I just realized that I can't use my phone number to reset my password if I forget it, as my old email associated with my Facebook account is no longer active due to Microsoft deleting it. I tried to verify my identity using friend codes, but one of them, my daughter, received a notification stating she's not on the list, despite having proof that she is. When I attempted to use the codes I have, I received a message saying my email is linked to an existing Facebook account. I currently only have access to Messenger, unable to make changes in settings without my password. It's crucial for me to regain access to my Facebook account, which has numerous private albums of my children with my ex-husband, set to "only me."

I have been locked out of my account for four weeks, waiting for FB to email me as they promised. My old email associated with my account, Carol Gremillion, was [redacted], but I no longer have access to it. My new email is [redacted] When I tried to change it to my new email, I did not receive an email. I also tried using [redacted] last week but still have not heard back from FB regarding the recovery of my accounts - Carol Gremillion and Carol Gremillion Realtor. I have been consistently requesting assistance via email to regain access to my accounts.

I need assistance. While interacting on a meme I shared, my friend and I were discussing topics related to advocating for POC and rape victims. None of our comments contained hate speech. Despite this, Facebook mistakenly flagged our conversation as hate speech and imposed a 3-day ban on my posting, commenting, and messaging. My friend is Black, and I am of Mexican, White, and Seminole Indian descent, so I am confident that our dialogue was not hateful. As a survivor of assault, I shared my perspective on statistics and aspects of the meme that we were both discussing, but it was not hate speech. Furthermore, Facebook recently, and incorrectly, issued me a 3-day ban for a vacation video featuring a hermit crab that was mistaken for nudity. While the issue was eventually resolved, it is concerning that such errors occur frequently. It seems like Facebook's system has recurring bugs causing distress. It is challenging to receive timely assistance for these errors and mistakes. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly and lift the 3-day ban as I have not violated any policies. I recently encountered two Facebook scam ads and lost $[redacted]. It's disheartening to see such rampant scams on the platform. I've been a loyal PayPal employee for over a decade and now feel compelled to caution others about using Facebook for ads due to this experience. I propose implementing a vetting process to ensure the legitimacy of ads. As someone with knowledge from my tenure at PayPal, I urge Facebook to prioritize quality checks on the ads they run. I'm disappointed by the lack of oversight that allowed a fake ad with a PayPal button to circulate unchecked. This ordeal has deterred me from using Facebook in the future. I won't engage with Facebook anymore, and I'll advise businesses I work with to steer clear of the platform for ad campaigns. It's concerning that Facebook seems to absolve itself of responsibility for these fraudulent ads.

I am experiencing issues with my news feed scrolling. While I can scroll through other groups' feeds, I am unable to scroll through my own. This problem surfaced after I initially uploaded a large 180ppi image as my cover photo. Subsequently, I recognized the issue and re-uploaded a smaller 72ppi image. Since then, I have encountered multiple challenges. I am unable to scroll my news feed, and when I attempt to access pages with notifications, some pages load while others only display a black screen with a white moving icon, without any further action.

I have been restricted on Facebook for what they claim is bullying or harassment. However, this is inaccurate as I was simply responding to a racist comment on one of my own posts. It is frustrating that I have experienced this before and that Facebook acts swiftly when I am accused, but when I have reported individuals like my abusive ex, they are back online in no time. It seems unfair that while many users post harmful content without consequence, I am penalized for exposing someone's hateful behavior. I need my account reinstated promptly as Facebook is vital for me to connect with family in case of an emergency. Your urgent attention to this matter is appreciated.

Hello, I believe my Facebook account was reopened without my permission back in [redacted]. I suspect someone used my stolen passport to upload as proof of their ID. It seems to be linked to the email address [redacted] I need your help in investigating this matter further and providing me with any information you can gather, such as IP addresses. I have tried to reach out for help previously but without success. My wife (S. M.) and I made two transactions about a week ago. The account owner caused us trouble, making us change passwords frequently. It was mistaken that we were K. C. whose picture appeared on the login instead of mine. Currently, I can't access my account without providing my photo due to work restrictions. How can I regain access without sharing my picture? Another concern is my friend mistakenly sent items to the previous account holder. Is there any way to retrieve these items on either account? We are also facing issues with having two accounts - one under S. D. and one under S. M. as we used our phone numbers for account creation. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

My Facebook account, active for 12 years, is tied to an old email I can no longer access. I provided a new email, [redacted], for recovery purposes but have not received the password reset email despite following the steps and obtaining codes from three trusted friends multiple times. I changed my password right after being hacked, without engaging with any suspicious messages or links. Losing the account means losing thousands of friends, 12 years of precious memories, pictures of my son, and social connections. I have shared a video of me singing a karaoke version of "Someone Worth Dying For" by Mikechair multiple times, and each time it gets muted without the option to unmute it. When I share a YouTube link, it doesn't get muted, so I'm confused why Facebook is doing this. I want to sing songs for others without violating any copyright laws. Facebook should not infringe on my rights. If this continues, I will take legal action. I request Facebook to address this matter by December 2nd, or I will proceed with a legal complaint.

I have recently discovered a fake page on Facebook created by the mother of my children’s father, called Antwan Roberts, which contains inappropriate photos and information about me without my consent. I am deeply upset by this violation of my privacy and have been dealing with this issue for 7 years. I initially blocked the page, but I now realize that my personal information is still being misrepresented online. I am a dissatisfied customer who would like to address some untrue claims made by Jamie B. She has failed to honor her agreement with Woodbridge Motors, refusing to pay the remaining down payment and registration balance despite receiving a fantastic deal and financing. She has resorted to using social media as leverage, threatening negative reviews and encouraging friends to post false information. This has unfairly damaged the company's online reputation and left us in a difficult position to defend ourselves against what seems to be a coordinated effort to manipulate the situation. We were even forced to remove reviews to halt this negative campaign.

Since [redacted], I have been using my primary Facebook account under the name Dionnah Abac and associated with the email [redacted] This account is crucial for my online business and communication with friends and colleagues. Although I still use my first name, I have adopted my fiancee's last name on the account. Last night, I used the account as usual until 3 am before deciding to sleep. To my surprise, this morning, my fiancee informed me that he couldn't send messages on Messenger or find my Facebook account. Upon checking, I realized I had been logged out from my phone. After struggling to remember my password, I went through the recovery process to set a new one. However, upon attempting to log back in, I encountered a security issue stating that my password had been compromised on other websites, prompting a security check. Despite trying various verification methods like texting a code, identifying friends, and logging in from a previous device, I kept encountering errors like "Connection Lost" or "Something went wrong." It's essential for my business that I regain access to this account.

This is at least the second time recently my posts have been flagged, removed, and I've been banned unjustly. I'm close to deleting my account due to this ongoing problem. I expect a prompt resolution, or I will remove my account and advise others to do so too.

I submitted a complaint about my Facebook account being logged out and the confirmation code being sent to the wrong phone number. Even though I received an email saying the issue was resolved, I am still unable to access my account as the confirmation code is being sent to a different number. My correct phone number is [redacted]6, not [redacted]6. I am kindly requesting that Facebook send the confirmation code to my email address instead of my phone number. The Messenger app is now working following your email, but my main Facebook account remains inaccessible. Thank you for your help, and I am looking forward to a positive resolution.

Hello, I deactivated my Facebook account last year on my birthday, October 12. I was going through anxiety and stress, so I deleted it and sought help at a rehab center. After undergoing treatment and feeling better now, I realize I need my account back as it has essential contacts and valuable data connected to websites and apps.
