I'm having issues accessing my Facebook account. I am locked out and have not been receiving the verification code even though my phone number is correct. I have tried sending a picture of myself and my government ID multiple times, but they keep asking for the same information. I have attempted to access my account from another device following all the suggested steps, but nothing seems to work. I really miss using Facebook and wish there was a live representative I could speak to for help.

I am seeking assistance as I have been unable to access my account under the email [redacted] for over a week. The system prompts me for an SMS code, which I have requested numerous times without receiving one. After contacting my mobile service provider, they indicated that the issue is not with my phone but with Facebook. I previously submitted a photo of my Connecticut driver's license approximately one week ago for verification. I kindly request your support in resolving this matter. I recently received notification that my group, dedicated to vintage shot shell boxes, is currently under investigation and my page has been frozen. I have requested a thorough investigation into this matter. The purpose of this page is to bring together collectors who appreciate the artwork displayed on vintage shotgun shell boxes. Many of these boxes showcase famous works of art used in advertising throughout the years. The content shared in this group is not harmful, inappropriate, or offensive in any way. It is simply a place for collectors to share their passion for vintage shotgun shell box artwork. I strongly believe that taking down my group is unwarranted, unjust, and infringing on my right to express my hobby freely. It seems unreasonable to subject my page to such scrutiny, especially considering the amount of offensive content present on Facebook.

Having my music video blocked on YouTube featuring Led Zeppelin's "Houses of the Holy" album cover, which has caused an unwarranted negative impact on me, is incredibly frustrating. I believe there should be a way to speak with a human regarding this matter as it feels slanderous. This issue is made worse by a previous incident where my content was removed for sharing a news story from the BBC website. This accumulating effect is unfair and I feel like I am being unjustly targeted. If my post had violated community standards by sharing inappropriate content, I would understand. However, this is not the case. I strongly feel that this is an injustice that I do not deserve. The process to appeal these algorithm errors needs to be improved significantly. It is essential for a human to be able to review and address these situations promptly. I hope for a resolution soon.

My aunt's Facebook, email, and Messenger accounts were hacked. Her name is Atieh Kanaan, and her Facebook account, which is hacked, is [redacted] Despite my efforts to help her reset her Facebook and email accounts, we have been unsuccessful. The hacker is misusing my aunt's pictures to create inappropriate content. She has a new email, but her Facebook is linked to the compromised old email. Resetting her account requires information she can't remember due to the passage of time since she used her old email. We urgently need assistance in resolving this issue. I believe my Facebook account has been compromised as my entire profile has been deleted. I am locked out of my account as I no longer have access to the old email address, password, or phone number associated with it. Previously, I would log in automatically through my phone. Despite my attempts to create a new account, it seems that the hacker may have tampered with that one as well. When setting it up, the system rejected my password even though it was recently created.

I am struggling to regain access to my Facebook account registered under the name Crystal Takashi. Every time I try to log in, Facebook prompts me to input the old password to create a new one, but I cannot remember the old password. I am also unable to access the email linked to the account, [redacted], because I have forgotten that password as well. Facebook insists on sending a code to that email address exclusively, ruling out using my phone number or a friend's account for verification. This situation with Facebook is becoming frustrating, and I am at a loss for what steps to take to recover my account. If this continues, I may have no choice but to abandon my Facebook account altogether. I previously submitted a copy of my ID card, containing sensitive information, to the email address provided below, case++[redacted], but was advised to resubmit it. This lack of progress is disheartening, and I feel as though my efforts to regain access to my account are not being adequately supported by Facebook's customer service team.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with Pages Manager on the Facebook app. It indicates that I owe 10,00€, but I never authorized such spending. I had 23,00€ on my payment method (either paysafe or paysmart) when I boosted a post for 8,00€ and set a spending limit. Strangely, the billing summary only shows 8,00€ spent, yet I received a notice stating I owe 20,00€. Despite reporting this discrepancy twice with no response, after a month of no activity, I suddenly owe 10,00€. This is confusing and unacceptable as I refuse to pay for unauthorized charges. I would like this issue resolved promptly so I can continue boosting posts without being charged for expenses I did not incur.

I am experiencing difficulties logging into Facebook due to a bug. My registration email is [redacted] Following a previous comment incident that resulted in a suspension, I cannot access my account to acknowledge the mistake or request a review. When trying to request a review, I encounter an error message, preventing me from resolving the issue. Dear Facebook Team, I am reaching out regarding multiple Facebook accounts that have been blocked. I understand the concerns from various brands and want to assure you that I did not have any intention to misuse trademarks. My posts were meant to encourage friends and family and were not for any commercial gain. If any brands have raised issues, I am willing to delete the posts in question and promise not to promote in a similar manner in the future. I attempted to create a new Facebook page and added information. After the page was created, I only saw a red rose. Initially, I thought it was just a shared post, but then it displayed the name Mary Elizabeth Tiffani Grift. When clicking on the names, a profile from the Philippines appeared, which I don't recognize. I was able to edit the profile picture of the red rose, which had its own edit button. Sometimes there is no name initially, then the name Mary Elizabeth Tiffani Grift appears. When the rose is absent, there is a clear silhouette profile picture which leads to the same names and profile. Whenever I comment or share something, her red rose shows up. I've tried to edit the names on my Facebook page and comments without success. The three waves button doesn't seem to work for editing or deleting on my page. Could someone please assist me in creating another Facebook page with my own profile? Or help me revert to using the name Mary Beth Tramposh, which I previously used in July - even though I only see March or June [redacted]. I have tried everything. Thank you, Mary Beth Tramposh. ♡.

I have a suggestion on how to protect our social media from foreign intrusion, like Russia. To prevent this, I propose requiring users to upload a government ID for age verification and additional cyber security measures when creating a Facebook account. Users should agree to have their faces recognized by Facebook headquarters to prevent foreign actors from misusing someone's identity. Instead of choosing a password, users should be assigned one by Facebook to enhance security, with alerts triggered if accessed abroad. Additionally, users should use this special password each time they log in, whether on personal computers or mobile devices.

My Facebook page has been hacked, and I forgot my password, so I can't access it. The hacker is using my name, Stine Lee, to ask my family and friends for money. They've changed my profile picture to a male image with a different family, accepting friend requests, and deleting posts about the hack. I want the page taken down urgently. I encountered a shocking situation on Facebook where a page appeared displaying three newborn infants. Despite me not posting this content, I left a brief comment a few days ago. I am experiencing issues with the two-factor authentication process. I am not receiving the SMS verification codes that are being sent to me by Facebook. I have attempted to log in from multiple devices—my iPad, iPhone, and PC—but I consistently encounter the request for a code. Despite confirming with T-Mobile that there are no issues with my phone, and being able to send and receive SMS messages without a problem, I am still unable to receive the codes from Facebook. The messages I receive prompt me that an SMS with a login code will be sent shortly, but it never arrives. When I try to request a new code, I receive an error message stating, "Operation failed, the operation couldn’t be completed,(FBAPIErrorDomain error [redacted])." I am seeking assistance in disabling the two-factor authentication on my account and resetting my login settings to bypass the SMS code requirement.

Last night, I had a disturbing experience where I was contacted by someone who hacked my account and attempted to extort money from me with private videos. Despite not complying, the individual threatened to share the video without my consent. I believe the person has been removed from Facebook, but I am worried they may create a new account and continue their actions. I am researching ways to enhance my security measures to prevent this individual from accessing my information again.
