The issue in GetHuman-brettcur's own words
I use two way authentication on my facebook account. I recently changed phone providers and was issued a new number. While in the middle of updating my Facebook contact information I ran into a password issue* where I had to reset my password and was signed out. Now, the two way authentication is sending the confirmation*access code to my old number which is disconnected. My new number IS ON my account BUT I wasn’t able to make it the number for two way authentication due to the issue I was having with my password. Now the password issue is fixed and I can’t access my account due to being signed out of all devices when I reset my password. I either need a code send to my email or secondary number or a call*email from someone who can help me resolve this issue. This is my fourth (*th) attempt to contact Facebook on the matter. I’ve received ZERO (*) emails on a resolution to this issue.
GetHuman-brettcur did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
