I followed the steps to regain access, but the final step, which is to delete a suspicious post, is not working. Despite trying repeatedly, the post remains. I even created a new account that was mistakenly identified as fraudulent and deleted. I urgently need my original account back as it contains important personal information and family photos. My mother-in-law lost access to her original Facebook account and despite trying to recover it by downloading the app, she was forced to create a new account. I have attempted to help her regain access to her original account, which still shows up under accounts, but we have not received any response after sending several reports. Her current account is not the original one, and I'm reaching out for assistance in recovering her first account. I've been locked out of my business account again, and it's frustrating to go through the process of confirming my identity with a picture for the second time in a week. The delay in getting access is unacceptable, especially for a company like FB. Other platforms like LinkedIn, Amazon, Google, and Netflix handle security concerns more efficiently with immediate email or text notifications. Having to wait for days due to a security concern on Facebook is inconvenient. I urgently require access to my account, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and not happen again in the future.

I've been locked out of my business account for the second time this week and asked to provide a picture to confirm my identity; this is unacceptable. There is no excuse for a company like FB to make paying customers wait for days for a simple verification that could easily be exploited. Other platforms like LinkedIn, Amazon, Google, and Netflix handle security concerns promptly through emails or texts, allowing immediate access. However, Facebook's process of requiring a selfie and locking the account for days is ineffective. I need immediate access to my account, and this recurring issue must not happen again.

I have not used my Facebook on a computer for about 3 years because it was linked to my phone. Unfortunately, I broke my phone and cannot access my account anymore. The email linked to my account, [redacted], is very old, and the password I have been using for 2 years is not working. I changed my phone number, deactivating the old one linked to my account. I need help accessing my account or having it removed from the site. There are photos of my children, and I want to ensure their safety by keeping the account secure. My driver's license was stolen for identity theft, and my ex-boyfriend gained unauthorized access to my Facebook account. Due to not setting up 2-step security, I am unable to receive the verification code on the phone number linked to the account. I suspect he tampered with my Messenger too. I am taking legal action with a restraining order against him. I urgently need assistance as communication with my daughter in college is primarily through FaceTime. I received an email alert on my phone from Facebook indicating that someone tried to log in using another device. When I opened the email, it directed me to the Facebook app on my phone where I attempted to log in without success. Despite receiving codes from Facebook, nothing seemed to work. They then suggested finding a code in my settings, which I was unable to access. The request for a government ID or a photo of me holding a code felt suspicious. Another Facebook account claiming to be me appeared, despite my denials. I tried changing the password multiple times, only to update the hacked account instead of my own. Both accounts now share the same phone number and email. When I log into the app on my phone, the hacked account shows up, and I can't access my actual account. The settings on the hacked account are different, and I'm unable to report or update any information. I managed to change the password on my laptop, but that account has a different email address. If I delete the hacked account with the same details as my current one, will it also delete my real Facebook account? I've been struggling with this for two days and it's incredibly frustrating. I recently discovered unauthorized access to my account and received email notifications from Facebook. After verifying it was not me, I reset the password. To regain access, a code generator was sent to my linked email as I don't have text messages set up. I attempted to enter the code, but it prompted for the password again. After repeating the steps and providing my ID to verify myself, a new code was sent. Even after multiple attempts using new codes and passwords, it still did not grant access. After waiting approximately 7 hours due to too many attempts, I am still unable to log in. I am eager to regain access as I manage important groups on the platform.

I have enabled two-factor authentication on my Facebook account. Recently, I switched phone providers and received a new number. As I was updating my contact information on Facebook, I encountered a password problem, reset it, and got signed out. Now, the two-factor authentication is sending the code to my old, disconnected number. Although I updated my new number on my account, I couldn't set it up for authentication due to the password issue. Now that the password problem is resolved, I can't access my account since resetting it signed me out of all devices. I need the code to be sent to my email or secondary number, or I require assistance from someone to help me fix this issue. I've tried contacting Facebook four times but have not received any emails with a solution yet.

My Facebook account has been censored, and my ability to post has been suspended for 2 days. I find this censorship unfair, especially when it comes to communication with my friends. Social networking sites should not engage in Internet censorship as it stifles freedom of speech. I will be making videos to voice my objections. Additionally, I will be advocating for a ban on assault weapons as I am against all guns designed for killing. While I cherish peace and personal freedom, I identify as an atheist and respect others' rights as long as they do not infringe on mine. I am planning to legally change my middle name to remove association with a religion that discriminates against my sexuality. I am HIV+ and low-income, so I will be seeking donations to cover the costs involved in changing my name to Mark Antichristian Kohl.

I changed my password on July 21, [redacted]. During the change, an error occurred, causing my browser to hang. Once I logged out and attempted to log back in, I discovered that the new password I entered was not the one saved. It seems I may have mistyped the new password twice, leading to this issue. Currently, I am unable to access my account. Despite having the email set up for password recovery, I am not receiving any codes, not even in the spam or junk folders. While I have linked my phone number to the account, there is no option to retrieve the password through it, only via the provided email. Before contacting customer support, please have the following information ready: the email associated with your account, the phone number linked to your account, the name of the account holder, and a photo of your passport or driver's license. Not a chance! Once burned, twice shy! Now, they want me to provide details that Facebook doesn't even request! Haha! "Trust is easily broken and hard to regain, if ever!" Zuckerberg may have all the money in the world, but he can't buy "trust" now! I won't hand over these personal details to someone like Zuckerberg! Do you also need my bank details or the color of my underwear??? It just makes me want to deactivate my Facebook immediately! Money makes the world go round, but I'm one of the fortunate few who isn't interested in money; it doesn't bring happiness or trust! And you can't take money with you when you're gone! Goodbye, Facebook! And good riddance! It seems even when you "Force stop" Facebook and Messenger, they continue running in the background! Yet another reason to uninstall these apps. Jedd will resolve it by deleting Facebook, Messenger, and anything else owned by Zuckerberg.

I am facing a serious issue where someone is posting threatening and inappropriate content using my photos and my children's pictures on Facebook. The person responsible for this goes by the names Holly Barefoot or Holly Marie Barefoot. Despite blocking her, she continues to post harmful content, including threats and lies about me. I am extremely upset and concerned for my safety, especially when it involves my children. I kindly request for these posts to be removed as soon as possible to put an end to this harassment. Facebook is a platform where people should feel safe, and in this situation, I feel anything but safe. Your swift action on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have discovered that someone is using my photos and posting offensive, threatening comments. They have even shared pictures of my children, which is completely unacceptable. The individual in question is using the names Holly Marie Barefoot and Holly Barefoot. I have attempted to report these posts, but there seems to be a technical issue preventing me from doing so. Despite blocking both accounts, I am most concerned about the removal of these pictures, especially those of my children. This behavior has crossed a serious boundary, and I urgently require assistance in addressing this situation.

I am unable to access my Facebook account. I suspect it's due to a message I received on Messenger. When I attempt to log in, an error message pops up stating that my device is not recognized, regardless if I use my phone or computer. The site tries to send a verification code via SMS, but it's likely being sent to my old phone number. I have changed my password but still cannot log in to adjust my settings or review anything related to my account. I believe my account has been compromised. I am unsure of the next steps. It would be helpful if I could receive the code via email instead. Feeling very frustrated and uncertain about how to proceed.
