A new list should appear below so click “Yes” then “Yes” then “More than 10 weeks” then “2 weeks or less” from there click “Send”. You should be receive a response from Instagram within 24 -72 hours.

Get on my account ... After ** years of having only one email address (*****@***.com), I had to change to *****@***.com, but failed to change this on my Facebook account. *I also never put my phone number on the account as I did not understand how essential it would be in problem resolution. *Yesterday one of my Facebook friends got hacked, then a video was sent to me from her through Messenger and I foolishly opened it. Now I can't log in on iPad or my cell phone. I am notified I am being texted a code for reset, but this impossible as I never registered my phone number, and all Facebook has is my old email which I no longer have access to. Can you please help?
They say a reset code is being texted to me, but I never gave my phone number, so I'm in a loop.
