Hello, I lost my mobile phone and my mobile number for 3 weeks. After recovering my mobile number, I tried to log in to my Facebook account. Account Email: M***[redacted] Lost Mobile Number: [redacted]1 Recovered Mobile Number: [redacted]8 I attempted to recover my account using a Trusted Friend Code, waited for 24 hours, but the process was unsuccessful. I also tried to change the current email address from M***[redacted] to another one due to losing access, but it did not work. Furthermore, reporting my account as hacked to change my password was ineffective. Sending my Government ID and a photo with a specific code to Facebook did not help either as the page got stuck in a loop indefinitely. I have been trying for approximately 1 month but have been unsuccessful. I hope you can assist me in regaining access to my account.

Hello, I lost my mobile phone and my mobile number for 3 weeks. When trying to login to my Facebook account, I encountered various issues like not being able to recover the account using the Trust Friend Code, unable to change the current email address associated with the account, and facing difficulties reporting the account as hacked to change the password. Additionally, sending my Governmental ID and a photo of myself with a specific code to Facebook did not help as the process got stuck in a loop indefinitely. I have attached my Governmental ID and photo in the hope that it will help Facebook match my profile picture and assist me in regaining access to my account.

Hello, I am experiencing the same issue for the second time where my account has been disabled without any prior notification or warning. I am unsure of the reason behind this and I am concerned as there is a lot of important information and photos linked to my account. Since my previous account was hacked and blocked, I have been using this current account and I believe it has been blocked mistakenly. A person identified as Alisha Cottrell has been making false and harmful statements about my daughter on her Facebook account. Alisha, who is a school teacher, has edited her posts multiple times to make them even more hurtful. She has a history of posting negative and offensive content about my daughter's sister and mother for nearly five years. Despite efforts from family members to address this behavior, Alisha continues to post insulting things and blocks anyone who tries to intervene. As my daughter also works as a teacher, these actions could lead to serious consequences. Alisha is a relative, and attempts to reason with her have been unsuccessful, leading to further disrespectful posts targeting me and my immediate family.

I'm unsure about what occurred. I've been using Facebook for years without any issues. Yesterday morning while messaging on Messenger, I received a notification that my Facebook session had expired. Upon trying to log back in, I received an "incorrect password" message. After requesting a 6-digit code for recovery through the "forgot password" option, each time I entered the code, it wasn't accepted. Presently, I'm locked out for 24 hours. I waited the duration and tried again today at noon, encountering the same issue with the recovery code. I'm baffled by the situation.

I lost my phone and then my Facebook page got hacked, which was linked to my Gmail account on the phone. After changing my Gmail password, the hacker altered my Facebook username and password, locking me out of my own account. The hacker is contacting my friends and engaging in other illegal activities. I need assistance deactivating my Facebook page or regaining access to it, as I currently have no control over it. My Facebook name is Joseph D., and I have tried all the available options like "forgot username" to regain access, even submitting my photo ID for verification yesterday (7/14/18), but I have not heard back. I have been blocked by you after mentioning the dog meat trade three months ago. Now my Messenger is affected, impacting my ability to schedule appointments with clients. Please unblock me as I have not made any recent derogatory comments regarding the issue. It is distressing that while such inhumane actions like boiling dogs alive continue, my past remarks have led to repeated blocks. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook page. After a divorce last year, I updated my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] and my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted]. Everything was fine until my PC crashed, and I can't remember the old password or access the old email. I am also unable to recall the new password. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to open my FB page since my son passed away on July 5, even after fixing my PC. I believe people are trying to reach out to me, and I could really use the support. I've been receiving notifications from Facebook about logging in from other countries, and after changing my password as advised, I got logged out. It's been a week now, and when I try to log in to Messenger or Facebook, it keeps asking for a security code that I never receive. I've tried sending two requests by providing my ID picture, but Facebook hasn't responded yet.

I recently rebranded my business and altered the business name. I am struggling to update my business page with the new name as it is continuously rejected for being "misleading." This is frustrating because the new name accurately describes my product. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to make the change successfully. The help center was not useful, as others faced the same issue and received automated responses. Hello, I manage a Facebook page for my business, Bad Water Guitars. Today, I received a negative review from a person named Mark Duggan, who seems to be attempting to extort me on eBay. I do not know this individual, and he has never been a customer of my business. In his review, he insulted me and posted screenshots of an instrument I had listed on Reverb.com. I promptly blocked him, but he continued to harass me through a blank Facebook profile. This same person harassed me on Reverb.com yesterday, prompting me to report and block him there. He has also been harassing me on eBay with vulgar language and threats. I have evidence of his behavior on both eBay and Reverb.com and am willing to share this information. I am requesting that Mark Duggan's derogatory review be removed from my business page and that he be prevented from contacting me further. I may have to involve law enforcement due to his threats. Dear Sir, I have been using Facebook for quite some time. Recently, I changed my email address because I suspected it was being accessed from another device. Since this change, I have been unable to log into my account. I have already updated my new email address and mobile number on my Facebook account. However, when trying to log in, I receive an error message stating "we can't update your identity." I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly as my account contains a lot of personal data. Hello, I am seeking help to recover my temporarily locked account. Despite following all the procedures provided in the help center, none of them seem to work. The account lock happened on 7/7/[redacted] after I posted an advertisement for my business in some of the groups I am a part of, and following that, my account got locked. I have attempted to recover it by logging in and securing my account by changing my password, reviewing people added and followed, people unfriended, posts, comments, page roles, and finally the commercial posts. However, I am unable to complete this security step. Whenever I try to delete all my posts in the commerce section, an error occurs saying it is unable to process at the moment, asking me to try later. I have attempted this nearly 20 times without success. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account due to not remembering my password. I no longer have access to the email linked to the account where the password reset code is being sent. I mistakenly created a new Facebook page, which I keep deactivating because I want to access my original account. I need to update my current Facebook email to [redacted] as my current email, [redacted], is no longer active. I am unable to change the password because the reset code is being sent to the old email address that I cannot access. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue with my account? I recently discovered that someone has created a fake account using my picture alongside my ex-boyfriend. Despite my continuous reports to Facebook, I haven't received a proper response. When reporting the imposter account, I received an email from Facebook stating that the name doesn't match. However, the issue isn't related to the name but to the displayed profile picture. The individual who created the fake account made slight changes to the last letter. I kindly request that Facebook delete this imposter account promptly.

My Facebook account, which I have used since I joined Facebook, has been disabled. It seems that Adidas reported my account, but the issue with them has been resolved. However, I fear that my details are still blocked on Facebook's database. I created new accounts with my nickname and my daughter's name, but they were disabled too, despite not violating any rules. I even bought a new phone, but the problem persists. I sought legal help but to no avail. I kindly request that you unblock my details and reinstate my old account for personal use. I recently received an email from the Online Consumer Promotions [redacted] claiming I won the Facebook Lottery Promotion. The mail is confirmed by the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. David Wehner, and states I won Five Million United States Dollars. They request personal information for payment processing. The email also mentions it's to celebrate their 14th Anniversary. The message urges to keep the win private to prevent disqualifications. I am unsure about the authenticity of this email. Is there really a Facebook lottery? - Y.A.

I am enduring relentless abuse and harassment on Facebook, which has caused me a great deal of distress. This platform has brought nothing but stalkers, cyberbullies, and hacking incidents into my life. I have faced constant lies being spread about me, leading to physical altercations. Moreover, my hacked account resulted in bullying incidents, and I have received hateful messages and threats. I have also been targeted by sex traffickers multiple times, all while facing unjust blockages on social media and deceit from doctors. Additionally, businesses have unjustly blacklisted me. The inconsistency in content moderation, such as not taking action against those attacking Trump, adds to my frustration. The unjust 30-day blocking I faced due to a harmless image contrasts with the lack of consequences for actual wrongdoers. This situation is hindering my ability to volunteer with war veterans, creating a false impression of me as a perpetrator. I find the ongoing inhumane treatment and threats I endure profoundly disturbing. The continuous cycle of threats, sexual assault, and suicidal ideation has taken a toll on my well-being. This relentless abuse has made me question when this torment will end.

I am frustrated by the lack of response from Facebook regarding the block on my website www.radiopragya.com. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any replies or resolutions. My website does not contain any malicious content and even has an SSL certificate. After facing silence from the Facebook team, I changed the domain to www.radiopragya.in, only to be blocked again. As a community radio station, Radio Pragya's presence on social media is important, and it's unfair to be silenced without explanation. It is our right to know the reasons behind this blockage. I am willing to address any concerns if there are any issues found on the site. I urge Facebook to investigate this matter properly and provide a prompt response to clarify the situation. Thank you.
