I lost my husband four years ago, and due to harassment, I had to delete my old Facebook account and create a new one. I need help retrieving the old account as it contains precious photos of my husband that I don't want to lose. Both accounts have the same information, so it should be easy to verify it's mine. The phone number attached to the account should be [redacted]. Any assistance in getting my old account back would be highly valued. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Christy Gammage, a Facebook user. I've noticed a concerning trend where my family members are falling victim to Facebook hacks. Hackers are sending deceptive links through Facebook messenger, urging recipients to click on them by claiming they contain personal videos. Although I managed to avoid being hacked myself, I suspect these cybercriminals are based in Canada or using proxy servers. They are possibly operating under the alias Video G G. I urge you to assist in locating and stopping this hacker to protect my family members, specifically Bill Kincaid and Becky Gruis. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue. -Christy G.

Hello, I am an administrator of a Facebook group called the Yemeni Community. We have over a million members and are well-known in Yemen. Our group provides a platform for members to freely express their beliefs, share problems, seek help, and connect with others. Recently, we have encountered issues with radical Islamic groups attempting to disrupt our group by reporting it to Facebook with fake claims and posting violent content. We kindly ask for Facebook's assistance in addressing this matter, protecting our group, and maintaining a safe environment for our members to interact. Thank you for your support. Please reach out to me via Facebook or email if you can help. [redacted]

Since last night, 13/07/18, my Facebook shop page has been experiencing issues. It's not allowing me to like comments from my 42,[redacted] followers, with a message stating the page is suspended until 20/07/18. I am active on my shop page, Antique Textiles Company, and my personal page, Christopher Wilson-Tate, daily. Many people interact with my posts, and I've had to inform them that I'm not ignoring their comments. However, Facebook is restricting me from engaging with them. It's frustrating and I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you, Christopher Wilson-Tate.

I was on my mobile when I received an email alerting me to a possible account breach. After resetting my password, I tried to log back in but was prompted to change my password and verify my identity by logging into other devices associated with my account. Despite following these steps, I was unable to gain access. A secondary option to unlock my account required providing an ID, but I use a gaming alias, "Simer Agario," instead of my real name, Harsimerpreet Singh. I have control over all linked recovery options, so I'm puzzled by the account lockout. I'm seeking assistance to regain access promptly. Thank you for any help you can provide. Email: [redacted] Username: Simer Agario Phone: [redacted]

I encountered an issue where I was logged out and can't recall my previous password. After selecting my comments, which were within the 3-month timeframe, I am now prompted to identify individuals through pictures. Since it has been over 30 years since I last saw some of these individuals, recognizing them is a challenge. Moreover, I have online friendships with people I haven't met in person, complicating the identification process. I am seeking guidance on how to regain access to my account without the need to establish a new profile.

In [redacted] or [redacted], my Facebook account was stolen. They claimed to have sent recovery options to Yahoo, but I never received them. Since then, I've created a new account with my Yahoo email. However, my old account is now not recognizing my new one. I've tried the recovery options, but each time I attempt it, it shows the hacker's Gmail, not mine. I don't have access to their Gmail to recover my account. I have tried reaching out, attached photos of letters with my name and address to prove my ownership, and noticed on my old profile that the hacker has changed to their friends. I have investigated and found that he has hacked another person as well, as he uses the same monkey profile picture. You can confirm that it was me who originally created the account by checking my IP address. I am eager to get my account back as I have invested a substantial amount of money into a game. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello. I am experiencing difficulty with the Facebook verification/recovery process. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password and can no longer access the original email linked to my account. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to regain access. Upon going through the verification steps, I receive several emails, none of which contain the required 6-digit code. I also tried the recovery process by having three friends send me a code, only to be blocked after making too many attempts. I have attempted troubleshooting steps such as clearing browser data, using a different browser, and even trying a friend's computer, all to no avail. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account. I can provide any necessary information and even the credit card details associated with the account for verification purposes. Thank you for your understanding and help. Warm regards, Susan

I am Chittaranjan Mohanty from Cuttack. I have been using Facebook since [redacted], but on July 6th, my account was hacked, and everything was changed. When I accessed my profile on July 11th at 8 AM, it displayed the name Henry Amelia from the United Kingdom. My photos, posts, friend list were missing, and I could see unfamiliar friends and messages in Messenger that I didn't write. There were status updates and posts on July 10th that I didn't make. Although I managed to log back in as Chittaranjan Mohanty, my original profile is still altered, showing a location in the United Kingdom. I found a password change notification email from June 28th that I did not authorize. I need help restoring my original profile.

After receiving a new Acer Chromebook 11 days ago, my boyfriend and I noticed some issues with our accounts. Upon discovering changes and missing apps, we realized we had been hacked. Even after changing passwords and removing some apps, the hacker still had control over our Google accounts. The situation worsened when I couldn't access my voicemail due to the security pin not working. This led me to believe our devices were syncing. It's been a distressing experience as we lost access to important data and memories linked to our Google accounts. Seeking help from Google only left me disheartened after being quoted a high price for a solution that I couldn't afford. Feeling devastated about potentially losing all my information, I hope to recover at least my Facebook data. Any advice on how to handle this troubling situation would be greatly appreciated.

My boyfriend's Samsung phone suddenly lost access to Facebook last night, and he can't use the app anymore. I have been using Facebook on my new Samsung Galaxy Jnext mobile phone for 3 months. I have noticed an issue where despite logging out, it keeps showing me as "Chittaranjan Mohanty" from Cuttack. Recently, while in Puri, Odisha, on July 10th, I encountered a strange situation. When I checked my profile on July 11th at 8 AM, instead of seeing my profile, it displayed a lady named Henry Amelia from the United Kingdom as my profile. Even after logging back in as "Chittaranjan Mohanty," my profile name showed as "Henry Amelia/Chittaranjan Mohanty." My photos, posts, friend list, and timeline were not visible to me, and my friend Deepak Ranjan Sahoo saw "Henry Amelia" as his friend instead of me. I changed my password and noticed that the lady's photos were removed, all my friends were unfriended, and my location was shown as the United Kingdom. There were activities on my profile on July 10th that I did not do, and I need assistance in resolving this issue.

My Facebook profile picture is being distributed without my consent by Facebook, resulting in a flood of friendship requests daily. As a painter, Facebook is crucial for my work, but the constant interruptions and unwanted attention are becoming overwhelming and disruptive. This sudden increase in friend requests is causing strangers, including men, to message me inappropriately and even get upset when I don't respond. This situation is taking up a significant amount of my time and affecting my ability to use Facebook as a platform to showcase my artwork. I have been using Facebook since [redacted], and this level of unwanted attention is unprecedented. It is crucial that this issue is addressed immediately to prevent it from escalating further.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding a distressing situation. Recently, my daughter received a threatening message on her Facebook page from an individual named Lisa Lee. The message contained disturbing threats towards my daughter's children, and we are deeply concerned for their safety. Despite reporting the issue to Facebook, we were only met with an automated response stating that the content did not violate community standards. We are now seeking help to identify the whereabouts of this person, as knowing they are not in our local area (Orlando) would provide some relief. My daughter has taken the additional steps of contacting local law enforcement and the FBI, but due to the nature of the message, they were unable to take immediate action. We are at a loss for what to do next to ensure the safety of our family. Any assistance or guidance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

On July 5, at around 3:39 a.m., my email account, originally Sheila.stewart1@sbcglobal, was hijacked and redirected to [redacted] I do not have a Hotmail account. From that point until July 9, [redacted], approximately 5:30 p.m., when ATT/Yahoo restored my email account, my Facebook account was DISABLED. Despite submitting 9 forms of ID to FB and numerous attempts to regain access, my efforts have been unsuccessful. I have never violated any FB policies. My [redacted] email is crucial for my legal business, and I have never used it for any wrongdoing. It is puzzling how FB disabled my account without providing a way to appeal, especially when I believe I was unjustly disabled in the first place. I am lost on how to resolve this issue.

I am facing a concerning situation where someone is impersonating me on Facebook and sending unwanted articles to a friend. Despite my friend's request to stop, these articles continue to be sent, leading to my friend unfriending me. This has become a serious issue, and I am worried about what other actions may be taken using my name on Facebook. How can we put an end to this impersonation and prevent further misuse of my name by someone on Facebook? Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently got a new phone and encountered an issue trying to log into my Facebook account. Despite being sure of my password, I was unable to access my original account and had to create a new one. However, even with this new account, I keep facing challenges. Every time I try to reset my password, it falsely claims that I have attempted too many times. Furthermore, when searching for either of my accounts using email or phone number, it states that "no accounts are found." This is frustrating as I have only been using Facebook for four years and do not wish to create a third account. I feel stuck and in need of assistance with resolving this problem.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account due to password issues. The account is 7 months old, and I possess details like the name, birthday, and even photos associated with it. Despite this information, I am unable to log in. There is no email linked to this account, only a number that I can provide upon request. My name is Darin. I am using my girlfriend's email to communicate, as this Facebook account lacks an associated email address. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding - I am not looking to delete my Facebook account but rather to recover it. The account belongs to me and is under the name Darin Gouldrup Jr. I am specifically looking to update the phone number associated with the account, not deactivate it. Updating the phone number is necessary for me to reset my password.

I received a notification that someone logged into my Facebook account from another device. When I tried to log in, I couldn't access my account. I tried entering my email/phone number and password, but it prompted me to enter a code sent to my phone, which I never received. I attempted to report the issue by taking a picture with a code, as instructed, but still couldn't log in. Later, a friend informed me that I sent a suspicious message through Messenger which caused her account to go blank. It's clear to me that my Facebook has been hacked. I'm hopeful that the Facebook team can assist me in resolving this issue and securing my account. Thank you.
