I am unable to access the phone number or email associated with my Facebook account. I cannot recall the temporary password provided, which was based on my profile picture. Due to a new phone number and no email access, I am unable to log in. I have used the same phone number and email for six years, and I do not remember the password. If possible, please contact me on my phone so I can verify my identity, even offering to show my state ID.

I woke up on the 12th to find my Facebook account disabled. This situation is new to me, and I'm unsure why it was disabled. If I made a mistake, I sincerely apologize. I humbly request that my account be reinstated as it contains precious photos of my late mother from [redacted] and all my children's important milestones. With my mother's recent passing and upcoming memorial, I desperately need access to these images. I am willing to accept any consequences but please don't take away the memories I have left of my mother. I'm deeply sorry for any misunderstanding and beg Facebook to reconsider and reactivate my account. I am willing to comply with any terms, even if it means a temporary restriction.

I have encountered an issue with a company called Allurefy through Facebook. I made an order for a Flip Cooker on April 22nd, the payment was deducted from my account on May 7th, and now, well past the promised delivery time of sixty days, I have not received the item or any communication explaining the delay. Compared to how swiftly Amazon resolves problems, I am disappointed by the lack of action taken when I reported this situation. As a customer, I expected better service from Facebook. I hope this matter can be dealt with promptly.

We encountered issues creating our company page individually, so I created it using my work email [redacted] My boss required access, so we attempted to switch the email to our group email [redacted] To avoid using my personal details, I tried updating the page name to Online Short Courses and my boss' name, Steve Williams. However, I am now locked out and prompted to upload a photo, even though no personal photos are uploaded. We urgently need assistance with resolving this matter because we intended to launch Facebook ads and expand our community of alumni and new students. Our goal is to have a single business page associated with [redacted] (I am concerned about losing the information and posts I have shared this week). Thank you.

I have been unable to access my Facebook account for years due to a bot linked to specific family phone numbers. Despite trying different phones, emails, and tactics, the issue persists when certain family numbers are involved. Apple has been unable to assist, and my Yahoo email being compromised led to problems with Facebook. The lock bot, named "friends and family," seems to be at the root of these issues. I suspect Russian involvement, especially after a previous experience with Bitdefender on Android. Any help in resolving this bizarre situation would be greatly appreciated as I feel targeted and lost in this distressing situation.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my accounts because the email on file is outdated. The account [redacted] is inactive because the law firm has closed. Unfortunately, Bell cannot provide me with a verification code due to privacy laws. Can you please update my Facebook account to my new personal email [redacted] so I can reset my password and receive the verification on a current email? I've tried creating a new account, but it didn't help and now I have two accounts. I'm not very tech-savvy and really don't want to lose my photos on Facebook. I hope you can help. Thanks, Maria

My Facebook account got hacked, and someone has been sending videos to my friends without my consent. Two days ago, I received a video on Messenger from a friend, but he was also hacked. Could this be the reason? I have changed my password multiple times, but I'm stuck at the screen where I need to use the "code generator" for an authenticity code. Unfortunately, I can't access the Facebook App on any device to set it up, so I can't get the code. Despite my attempts, nothing seems to work. My friends can still see my account, but I can't access it. I really need help to regain access.

I purchased a product through a Facebook ad that offered a [redacted]% money-back guarantee, which unfortunately did not turn out as expected. The product arrived after more than a month, not from the USA address as advertised, but from China. Attempts to contact the provided phone number only led to disconnections before leaving a message was possible. Despite sending numerous emails, I have not received any response. It seems like this company is only interested in taking customers' money. I'm beginning to wonder if Facebook screens their advertisers thoroughly. In the past, I had a similar experience with another ad, but the company provided a full refund after I reached out to them. This experience has taught me to be more cautious when interacting with online ads.

I encountered this issue about 9 months ago, and although it was resolved then, it has reoccurred suddenly. I am currently unable to connect with my friends and family due to being blocked by Facebook. I received a temporary block because the platform flagged my activity as misuse while I was innocently viewing my friends' posts by clicking on their pictures. I am perplexed by this restriction and would appreciate it if my account could be unblocked promptly. How long will this temporary block last? It is crucial for me to reconnect with my loved ones. I am frustrated with the inappropriate content on Facebook! I constantly receive posts targeting females with sexual undertones and scams, which is completely unacceptable. I don't appreciate car and property sales posts either; they belong on sites like Kijiji, MLS, Realtor.com, etc. Blocking and reporting these posts seem ineffective. Facebook lacks quality control, direct contact, and customer service to address these issues promptly. The platform's online presence seems pointless if these problems persist. It's disheartening that unacceptable posts are ignored, and other users' comments go unnoticed.

When I woke up, I noticed that my account session had timed out, and my password was no longer correct. After changing it, I was prompted to verify my identity, but I don't have any valid IDs available. I suspect my nickname may have been flagged as inappropriate. I am willing to change it to recover access to my account, which holds eight years of memories and important information. I remember all the details, including my email, password, and even an old web address. I never backed up my data, assuming it would always be accessible to me. Apologies for my current nickname "trash panda," meant to be a playful alias resembling a raccoon.

I've had a Facebook account since [redacted] and recently created a Page that got linked to Business Manager and Ad Accounts mistakenly. I added these features following incorrect instructions to create a Public Figure page. Now, I'm facing a problem where my new page named "Mimi Dot Life" is showing under Business Manager, and I can't access it due to two-factor authentication. Despite trying to delete Ad Accounts, I'm unsure if I was successful. I want to remove these business-related features and just have "Mimi Dot Life" as a regular page associated with my main Facebook account. I would like to report an individual who frequently goes live and continuously solicits money from followers for various needs. This person displays rude and inappropriate behavior, especially when requests are not fulfilled, and promptly blocks those who call her out. She often contradicts herself in posts and hastily deletes them when challenged. Recently, she was verbally aggressive and indecent, even going as far as exposing herself, prompting the swift removal of the video. Her pages "chrystalmmakeup" and "Chrystal Collins" demonstrate this behavior. I have flagged her videos as spam, but the reporting process lacks detailed options. After attempting to engage on her page, I was blocked, a fate shared by others who share my concerns. I believe her page(s) should be taken down due to her inappropriate conduct and misuse of Facebook for personal gain at the expense of her followers. Thank you.

A while ago, my mother's Facebook account got locked because she didn't have her full name on it due to safety concerns. She tried to submit her ID, but the account remains inaccessible with a message in Spanish about additional document review. It has been like this for months now. I'm reaching out for assistance to help my mom regain access to her account as she has used it for years and has many cherished photos and memories stored there. I had to reset my phone to factory settings and reinstall my apps today. Unfortunately, I lost access to my original Facebook account after forgetting my password. Despite trying multiple ways to reset it, I couldn't regain access. I created a new account, but now I'm unable to login because I mistakenly clicked the wrong button when asked for a photo. Facebook is now requesting identification to verify my account, leaving me locked out all day. I am unable to access my account. My name is M.B. Philpott. Recently, I had password issues, which I managed to fix by changing my password. However, when attempting to add a new email address, I realized most of my contact information was outdated. I added [redacted] as my new email and completed the verification process. Unfortunately, my account got locked, and a verification code was sent to an old non-functioning number. Although I have a current working phone number, [redacted]7, registered, I am unable to receive the code there. Hello, I am experiencing issues with enabling my Facebook page under the name Yesenia Topete. I have been unable to create promotional or boosted ads. My account was hacked, and I have purchased a security system for protection. I paid $[redacted] for the installation of this system through your security department.
