Please assist me in showing my correct Name ID for my account. My name on the ID is ဟိန္​းသူစိုး, with my First Name being ဟိန္​း, Middle Name as သူ, and Last Name as စိုး. My date of birth is August 12, [redacted]. On my Facebook profile, the name displayed is also ဟိန္​းသူစိုး, with the First Name as ဟိiန္​း, Middle Name as သူ, Last Name as စိုး, and date of birth as 7.12.[redacted], August.[redacted]. I kindly request to reopen and restore my account with the same name. I do not wish to change it as my friends know me by this name. Recently, on July 5th, my accounts, Chef Carla Pellegrino, with a total of 23,[redacted] followers, were unexpectedly disabled by Facebook without any prior notice or explanation. I reside in the Lockridge Forest neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia, which consists of [redacted] homes. Our community relies on the Lockridge Forest Civic Association Facebook group for important communication regarding referrals, emergencies, community events, and more. The page was initially set up by former resident Mary Beth McGaughlin, who has since moved away but remains the main administrator. Recently, Mary Beth removed several active residents, including myself, who have been crucial in keeping our community informed. As a frequent contributor to the group, I am now unable to access vital updates. We are seeking guidance on how to have Mary Beth removed as administrator and considering starting a new page run by current residents. We are wondering about the necessary steps to take. I am having trouble accessing my account under the name of M. B. Philpott. Last night, I encountered issues with my password, which I managed to change. I then attempted to update my email but realized most of my contact details were outdated. After adding my new email, [redacted], and verifying it successfully, the account got locked. The verification code was sent to an old phone number that is no longer valid. Although I have a current phone number on file, the code doesn't get sent there. When my late husband and I set up our Apple phone account, he used his email, which we no longer have access to since he passed away five years ago. I recently upgraded my phone at the Apple Store. However, upon returning home, I encountered issues accessing both my Facebook and Messenger accounts because I had forgotten my passwords. To recover them, I needed to receive verification codes sent to my late husband's old email, which I can no longer access. Consequently, my Facebook page got disabled. I am now unsure how to regain access to my accounts on both my phone and computer, facing similar challenges with Messenger as well.

I currently have two Facebook accounts. One is under the name Candace Alward, which I have had for the longest time. The other one is under my married name, Candace Rice. On my old account, Candace Alward, I had an outdated email address, and on the newer one, Candace Rice, I barely used it and had my most recent Yahoo email. I attempted to change the email on my Candace Alward account to my new Yahoo email, [redacted], but I made a mistake. I had to change emails because of a security issue with Yahoo, and they provided me with the new email address. Both accounts belong to me, and Facebook asked me to send a picture for verification, but it is taking longer than expected. I am 68 years old, and I am unfamiliar with fraudulent behavior on Facebook. I would appreciate any assistance in accessing my Candace Alward account again. Thank you.

Hello, I have a business account with amPM Exchange. I typically use catalogs to add products and tag them on Instagram. Recently, I encountered an issue with my catalog where it shows the number of products but displays a message saying "no products found" when I try to view them. Despite adding new items, the products still don't appear in the catalog. This unexpected error is causing a lot of frustration as I am unable to edit or view my items properly. It seems like my products are in the catalog but are not showing up, making it difficult for me to manage my inventory efficiently.

I am unable to access my Facebook account with my picture on it under the name Becky M. Wike. I am certain that I am not in Facebook jail as I have been actively responding to messages from known individuals on both Saturday and July 7. The issue occurred when I clicked on something that redirected me to Facebook security, requesting two codes from my phone, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts since Saturday, I have been unsuccessful. Coincidentally, my daughter Ashleigh Wike has received five new friend requests since my account locked. I kindly request assistance for my friend Lagenia to communicate on my behalf through Facebook. I selected a picture from my gallery for verification, which Facebook is supposedly reviewing. For clarification, my hair color has recently changed from bleach blonde to dark brown underneath. I am eager to regain access to my Becky M. Wike Facebook account.

Our company, Perfect Prime, is excited to introduce our latest product, a heated scarf. We've designed two ads on Facebook, but unfortunately, both have been rejected. We were informed that the content promoted violates their policies, yet after reviewing the guidelines, we are unsure of the exact issue. Every time I try to log in to Facebook Messenger on my phone, it logs in but immediately logs me out. However, when I log in on my laptop or desktop computer, everything works fine and I can access my messages. I changed my password, uninstalled and reinstalled both Facebook and Messenger after restarting my phone, but the issue persists. I even cleared the data and cache for Messenger and disabled and re-enabled it with no luck. It was working fine earlier, but suddenly started acting like this. Any suggestions on what I should do to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Our agency is experiencing an issue with role rights in managing campaigns for a client, referred to as "Client X". Currently, we hold Analyst and Advertiser roles for their Facebook page and need to upgrade to full rights. The admin of Client X's Facebook page can only remove us through the admin interface on Facebook. To regain the necessary rights, we would have to resend a request via ads manager, requiring the admin to re-accept it. We have active ad campaigns running for this client, and pausing them while making these changes raises concerns about potential campaign deletion or data loss. My account with my ex-girlfriend, Rena [redacted], has been disabled without my knowledge, even though it's under my name, Jesus El Chachalaco Yañez. I provided my ID and bank card for verification, but my account is still not operational. I need it fixed urgently by morning, as she has been using it to harass me on Messenger, which violates our restraining order. She has accessed private information through Facebook, including false claims about me and my family. It's concerning how easily she got this information. I would like to report a group that is causing issues for our football club, Jam, in Southampton. Recently, my partner and I have had to review our policies and procedures due to problems within the club. We have become aware of a group chat created by a former volunteer that is spreading false information and damaging our personal and club's reputation. We have already informed the police and they recommended that we contact Facebook to take action. We are also in the process of seeking legal advice but would like the group to be shut down quickly. I encountered an issue with our company's Facebook page this morning. When I attempted to access our page, a prompt appeared asking to update the name. Initially, inputting our company name didn't work, so I tried the owner's name, which was accepted. Unfortunately, the page name now displays only the owner's name instead of the company name. Due to Facebook's 60-day name change policy, we can't immediately revert it back to Max Buildings and Carports. Our customers view the page regularly, so prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated to correct this error. The newsfeed is currently displaying the owner's name instead of the company name, which should read as "What's on your mind Max" rather than "What's on your mind Dorwin." Your help in changing it back promptly would be invaluable.

I recently faced an issue with my Facebook account. I was logged out and forgot my password. After requesting a code to reset my password, I encountered an error message for entering too many codes. I am unable to access my Facebook account. I have forgotten my password and my linked email is outdated. As a result, I am unable to receive the verification code to reset my password through my phone number. Despite trying multiple times, I have not received any verification codes from Facebook. My account holds sentimental value as I have a large network of over 1,[redacted] friends and valuable memories stored there. Creating a new account is not an option for me. I recently had to perform a master reset on my Galaxy Note 8 due to software issues. After resetting, I tried to sign back into my Facebook account, but I'm not receiving the SMS verification code. I have tried using the number generator feature on Facebook without success. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially because I use Facebook for my business advertising. I am urgently looking for solutions to access my account without SMS verification. If accessing my account through my email is an option, I would greatly appreciate it. Facebook needs to address these SMS issues as other users may also be facing the same problem.
