Hello, I am reaching out regarding my fashion account named Tempercollective, which I have had for around 4 years and has accumulated over 6,[redacted] followers. I woke up recently to find that it had been hacked or disappeared. I am based in Australia with the number +61 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] and in Denmark with the number +45 50 28 73 62. The last time I accessed my account was on July 7th using an iPhone X. Upon trying to log in and reset the password, I am only prompted with a message stating that a challenge is required. The recovery email associated with the account is [redacted] I possess multiple emails verifying that this account and email belong to me. My account is crucial for my business as it contains all my contacts, messages to partnering brands, and years of posted content. I no longer have access to the mobile number linked to my Facebook account. I forgot my password but still have other account details, such as my previous Facebook email, which is no longer in use by Facebook. I would like help from Facebook to update my account with my new phone number and email address while keeping my original account intact. I know the old mobile number linked to my account but am unable to sign in on my broken device, which initiated this problem. Thank you.

I recently had a challenging customer interaction. I sold an item for $20, shipped it, and upon receiving it, the customer claimed it was fake gold, despite my ad not making any claims about the material. The customer argued that the item in the photos appeared silver, while I and others saw it clearly as gold. She never inquired about the material before purchase. I clarified this with her, but she accused me of misrepresentation and even mentioned God judging me. She ultimately left a negative review, although I stand by my honesty in the transaction. I'm seeking feedback on handling such situations better in the future.

I am having trouble with the Two-Factor Authentication process on my Facebook account. Whenever I try to log in from a new device or browser, it asks for a 6-digit code from a Code Generator, but I am not familiar with this system. When I attempt to use the Facebook app on my phone, it says it will send me an SMS or provide the code through the app, but I can't locate the Code Generator. I am feeling frustrated and stuck in a loop of prompts asking for the code. I am unable to find the Code Generator option on my app, only the settings menu. I keep getting asked for my password, then a code, creating a frustrating cycle. Can anyone offer guidance on how to proceed with this authentication process?

I have been experiencing issues logging in on my LG K10 and keep getting logged out of Facebook. Today, I noticed that my post had disappeared, so I attempted to retrieve it. However, when I looked under recently deleted posts by me, inappropriate content appeared. I received a message about unusual activity and clicked for help, but it just says unable to connect. I tried multiple times to no avail. I am extremely concerned about this situation as no one else has access to my phone. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I had an older Facebook account named Sam Serena from about 6 years ago when I was in school. Recently, I accessed it after it had been inactive and found some old photos of myself and my friends. I planned to log in again to save the pictures to my laptop and deactivate the account. However, Facebook is now requesting my ID, which makes me uncomfortable since the account is under a different name that I used to hide my activity from my parents. I'm unsure why they need this now. As an alternative, I tried to access the account from my current one but it's no longer visible. The old account is tied to an email whose password I've forgotten. It's all quite frustrating and confusing for me.

A couple of days ago, I received a message with a video. Upon opening it, I was logged out. When I tried to log back in, my password didn't work. So, I reset it, but then it asked for another code to be sent by SMS, which I never received. I can access my email and reset my password, but I can't get further than that. Despite taking my picture with the code on a white paper several times, I still haven't had any success. My account name is Chico Blak, and my contact number is [redacted]. Yesterday, I logged into the Facebook help center with two-factor authentication. I don't remember setting it up for my profile. After changing my password and logging out, I couldn't sign back in as Facebook kept asking for a code from the code generator. Unfortunately, I removed my old phone number (+[redacted]5) from Facebook a while back, but that's the one I currently use. This has prevented me from accessing my account, causing me to miss connecting with friends. I've tried to resolve this by sending a report, but still keep getting the request for a code. My brother, Chandira Harshapriya Kurukulasoriya, confirmed that he can see my profile. Even though I receive Facebook notifications on my Gmail, I'm unable to read them due to this sign-in issue. Good morning everyone, I am still facing the issue of being blocked from all sites, despite appealing to everyone with no results. The problem started in the first week of April. I am unable to place or reply to ads without having to appeal the block. However, no explanation has been provided for this issue. Since then, I have been blocked on all websites I have joined and despite appealing, there has been no resolution. As a result, I cannot locate any of my ads, and no one seems to be able to see or comment on them. It has become a frequent occurrence, happening on a weekly basis, and it is causing a lot of frustration. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter and provide an explanation. I am transgender and created a new account on FB to use my chosen name. However, FB keeps flagging my activity as "unusual" when I'm just browsing friend suggestions or posting. When asked to verify my account, I submitted a picture instead of providing ID with my preferred name. I need this new account to connect with the trans community safely without my family finding out, as it could be risky for me if they do.

My Facebook page was recently disabled for allegedly violating the terms of agreement. I have had my page for quite some time, and I primarily post non-offensive art that I create. Despite this, Facebook informed me that the account disablement is final and that I cannot use my email or phone number with their services again. This is disappointing as I am unsure about what may have gone wrong, unless my account was hacked or misused. I have many essential contacts on Facebook and rely on it to access the business page I work for.
