Help with my Facebook issue
GetHuman-idavis's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Facebook doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-idavis will need to dig through the advice provided by Facebook, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-idavis can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman-idavis's own words
Someone hijacked my fb account. I received a warning of suspicious login. The log ins were from New York and Turkey, two places I've never been. I changed my password but apparently they have that password as well as now I'm completely locked out of my account. I've reported my account being hacked and hijacked several times now and have received no response. My wife has reported my account being hacked as well and she hasn't gotten a response. My account was first created with the following email account *****@***.com which I no longer use or have access to. My *nd email account on my fb page is not correct because my school migrated the students email accounts from @towson.edu to @students.towson.edu. so i cant use that email address either to use the automated steps to recover my email. Furthermore, the hackers removed my phone number to recover my account. I have photos of my daughter on there that I would like to remain private. All this talk of child abduction scares me and I would like your help to protect me and my family.
