Unfortunately, the mobile number linked to this account is in possession of another individual, and Facebook is requesting a 6-digit code sent to that number. My name is Debra W. and my birthday is on July 6th. To celebrate, I made a donation to a nonprofit organization through Facebook for Pulmonary Hypertension Research. However, I intended for it to be a one-time donation, but it was mistakenly set up as a recurring payment on my checking account. I believe the option for recurring donations should be more clearly labeled during the process to avoid confusion. The account started with the name Jia Khan, then Skylion's Doll, and now Xhocolaty Doll. I attempted to change my name back to Skylion Doll, leading to confusion. I mistakenly sent a document for identification purposes due to my unfamiliarity with the process. My Facebook name is Chocolaty Doll, which can also be confirmed through my friends' names connected to my Yahoo ID or primary ID. I am currently encountering difficulties logging into Facebook on both Safari and the app. Despite attempting to receive text message login codes, I have not received any, resulting in repeated requests for new codes without success. I have ensured that I have the latest app version and have even tried on a new phone with my Verizon Wireless services intact. I have trusted contacts set up but have not been able to resolve the issue even after numerous attempts and submitting over 50 screenshots for authentication. The app not functioning has left me feeling disconnected from my friends and family, which is disheartening. I have undertaken all the recommended steps from the Facebook help center but to no avail. It would be greatly appreciated if adequate assistance could be provided promptly to alleviate this distressing situation.

Hello, I am attempting to regain access to my mom's original Facebook account. Currently, she has two accounts under the name Ileana Urlan. Unfortunately, she cannot recall the phone number or password associated with the initial account. As she has since changed her phone, I am exploring options to retrieve the original account. Hello, I have two spare Facebook accounts that have been compromised. The first account belongs to my dog, Jake Mangru, which can be proven as the dog is owned by me. The second account, previously known as Ella Masikfb, belongs to Samara Morgan, my alter ego created due to a jealous ex-boyfriend. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to either account as friends I shared the login information with have taken control by changing the email addresses and passwords without my consent. I have been the subject of malicious and damaging posts leading to threats, including death. The British police and C.I.D are investigating, but I am requesting Facebook to remove these posts and provide information about the poster and where they have been shared. I need to be protected from harm and expect you to take action to safeguard me. I request the following information: 1. Identity of the poster and their location. 2. Details on where the posts have been shared. 3. Immediate removal of these posts from all platforms. 4. Confirmation of the removal for my security. 5. The perpetrator should be penalized and banned. I recently accessed my daughter's account to remove some Facebook games but realized my password wasn't saved. I've tried multiple methods to reset it, including trusted contacts, email and SMS codes, and changing my email address. Unfortunately, I haven't received any verification emails yet. This has been going on since last Friday, and it's now Thursday with still no resolution. Hello, I don't use Facebook or any other social media platforms. I am more accustomed to traditional methods. Recently, I moved into a new house, but strangers keep showing up at my door, wanting to rent it. I discovered that my address has been mistakenly listed on your website. The situation is unsettling, with individuals loitering in their cars in front of my home, knocking and ringing the doorbell incessantly. Recently, I've been encountering issues with my Facebook account. Upon logging in, I am only able to view 1-2 posts before a circular loading icon appears at the bottom, eventually redirecting me back to my home page. After seeking assistance from the "Tech Coach" app, I was advised to restart my phone, reinstall the Facebook app, and reset both general and network settings. While this initially resolved the problem for a brief period, the issue has since persisted despite multiple attempts at troubleshooting. I was informed that there may be a regional outage, but not everyone in my area seems to be affected. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to address and resolve this ongoing issue.

I believe there is a concerning situation involving two Facebook accounts, which are owned by an individual named Sean Yg Scaff. He has distorted personal images of me on these accounts, including a photo of a woman with distorted features that is actually me, and another account used a picture of my dogs without permission. Sean has also been harassing and insulting me on these platforms. If anyone can assist me with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

We are unsure which content violates the rules, as we have made organic efforts to grow our social accounts. We haven't used any apps for spamming or to increase followers.
