I MUST SPEAK TO A HUMAN SENIOR BILLING MANAGER TO ARRANGE A PAY-OFF SETTLEMENT ---THAT WILL PAY MY * YEAR OVERDUE OUTSTANDING DEBT OWED TO FACEBOOK BILLING ---AND I NEED TO MAKE A "BILLING AGREEMENT" WITH A REAL LIVE HUMAN WHO CAN DRAFT IT - AND SET UP THE PAYMENT LOGISTICS - AND AT THE SAME TIME REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT ENABLING ME TO ACCRUE VERY SMALL AMOUNTS OF NEW CHARGES RUNNING AD CAMPAIGNS WITH A REASONABLE AND VERY SMALL "THRESHOLD LIMIT SET" ---WHICH WHEN MET - AUTOMATICALLY HAS FACEBOOK BILLING "AUTO-DEBIT" MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT .. THIS NEEDS TO BE "NEGOTIATED" AND THEY NEED TO AGREE TO ALLOW ME TO PAY OFF THE DEBT WITH A LUMP SUM PAYMENT UP FRONT - AND THE REMAINING BALANCE PAID OVER THE NEXT * MONTHS --DEBITING MY PAYPAL ON THE **TH OF EACH MONTH FOR * EQUAL MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS....AND AT THE SAME TIME ENABLE MY ACCOUNT TO ACCRUE NEW CHARGES DURING THE * MONTH INTERIM PERIOD COMES TO END AND THE CURRENT DEBT AMOUNT WILL BE PAID IN FULL. THIS SITUATION CAN ONLY BE ARRANGED BY ME SPEAKING TO A SENIOR MANAGER IN THE FACEBOOK BILLING DEPARTMENT. I NEED THEIR PHONE NUMBER...IT'S THE ONLY WAY ---NON-NEGOTIABLE...TO ACCOMPLISH THIS TASK.
