I am Jan Overstreet, and I am reaching out regarding my cousin Pam Meeks. Unfortunately, Pam's account was taken over by her partner, and she was unable to access it. She opened a new account but didn't use it much. It seems her partner, Samantha, has posted on Pam's Facebook page, and I believe I am blocked from one of the pages. Pam has passed away, and I would like one account taken down and the other turned into a memorial. I have two Facebook accounts; one is mine and the other was mine, but my ex-boyfriend changed the password and blocked me out of it. I also discovered that someone in Nigeria hacked my recent account. Facebook suggested downloading suspicious software that costs money, which seemed fishy. I want to contact authentic Facebook support to resolve these issues. They deleted one of my accounts but couldn't delete the hacked one. I want this account deleted and secure from hacking. Please assist me with this matter.

Hello everyone, I have a pressing issue that has been troubling me since the beginning of April. I continuously encounter blocks when attempting to place or respond to ads. This has led to my ads being inaccessible and unnoticed. I seek clarification as to why this recurring block is happening and why my ads are affected. I mistakenly input my email address as "[redacted]" instead of "[redacted]" when creating my Facebook account two months ago. Until now, I accessed my account through my profile picture without needing my email. However, on July 7, [redacted], when I attempted to log in, the profile picture option was not available. After realizing the incorrect email address, I tried entering it with my usual password but was unsuccessful, making me concerned my password may have been changed without my knowledge. I have not received any notifications from Facebook alerting me to these changes. I am unsure if the incorrect email is being actively used by someone else. I am seeking assistance from you or Facebook to verify the device my account was typically accessed from before the issue occurred. I am willing to provide requested photos to confirm my identity. I am dealing with a situation where an individual repeatedly creates fake accounts to try to connect with me. The latest attempt was a friend request from an account under the name Allison Ledbetter today. They all follow a similar pattern - female profiles with no history and few friends. I know the person behind these fake accounts and can provide their identity if necessary. Despite requesting them to stop contacting me and my wife, they persist. This individual used to create such accounts professionally but now does it solely for harassment. I have already reported the latest account created today named Ruth Benjamin. These fake accounts keep coming, with two more today, always with no mutual friends and always female.

I accidentally cleared my cache and browser history, and now I can't access my Facebook account because it says I changed my password 11 months ago, which I didn't. My old email address is no longer valid, and I never changed it. The only email I have associated with Facebook is regarding a purchase receipt for Candy Crush Saga in October [redacted]. I need to report unacceptable behavior in a buy/sell/trade group for My Little Pony and other toys. Several individuals, including admin Sanne, have been incredibly rude by harassing people on my friends list with false information. The group as a whole is engaging in harmful behavior towards innocent individuals. I have reported this issue and I urge for action to be taken to address this matter promptly.

I had trouble accessing my account when I got a new phone as I was still logged in on the old one. I got a new number with a different service provider and couldn't receive the recovery code via SMS on my old number ([redacted]). I tried to get the code sent to my email but encountered issues. After many failed attempts, I had to create a new account. Now, with another new phone, I'm unable to recover either of my accounts. The email verification codes don't work, and they keep sending the SMS code to my old number. Even when I try to send it to my new number, I never receive it. I've followed all instructions diligently but nothing resolves the issue.

I stepped away from my computer briefly, only to come back and find inappropriate comments made on my open profile by a guest I had to remove from my house. This has led to me being blocked and unable to manage the groups I administrate effectively. I have addressed the root of the issue and now request to have the block lifted so I can resume managing the groups. This situation has also impacted my ability to remove scammers from the groups, enabling fraudulent activities to continue unchecked.

My account was hacked by an unknown person through a link. The hackers changed both my password and email, preventing me from accessing it. I am unable to prove ownership of the account. I am requesting Facebook's assistance in either deleting the account or helping me regain access by verifying details like the account opening year, listing five friends' names, or identifying them in pictures. The hacker is using my account to target my friends, leading to further security concerns. I suspect the hackers may be from Kenya. Unauthorized activities with my photos are a serious breach of my privacy and integrity. This is a report coming from Nigeria.

Over a year ago, I encountered an issue with a second Facebook account created using my personal email ([redacted]). Although I managed to have it deleted after months, I faced difficulties accessing Facebook on my iPhone due to the disabled account message. While my original account remained active, I could only use it on my laptop, not on my phone. I needed access for a political campaign, but I couldn't change the password on my original account as I couldn't remember it. Facebook prevented me from retrieving the password via email, possibly due to the disabled account confusion. Today (7/4/18), I unintentionally created a new account under the same email, hoping it would link with the existing one. I now have the original and the new account, alongside the disabled one. If this issue can be resolved to allow access on my phone, I will continue using Facebook; otherwise, I may have to move on from the platform permanently.
