The issue in GetHuman-ramonaha's own words
I purchased an item from a collector group. The item was received but in faulty condition. I reached out to the seller who said i must be putting it together incorrectly and she doesn't do refunds. **After reaching out to administrators of several groups the item was cross posted in . I was told if she didn't list the items faultiness and her return policy in the original post then it was a fraudulent sale.**I then reached out to the seller again conveying the information from the administrators and asked her how she would like to proceed. I got no response. I sent a follow up email, and go no response.**I then filed a fraudulent sell claim with my bank, outlining what happened. The seller still did not reach out to me **She proceeds to take a snap shot of my profile and post it to her selling group (Retroshop Vantage ** ** **) .. that i am a thief and i ordered from her and refused to return the item and got a refund. And no one should sell to me. I posted all my correspondence on her page rebutting everything she claimed with actual emails she ignored.**Now the question is what is fb policy in a situation like this. My bank has issued me **% of the cost, and says I don't have to return anything because she never responded to my request.**she is now inboxing me requesting the return or she will report me ? to whom I don't know. **What is fb policy on fradulent sales
