GetHuman-vrvaler's customer service issue with Facebook from June 2018
Help with my Facebook issue
GetHuman-vrvaler's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Facebook doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-vrvaler will need to dig through the advice provided by Facebook, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-vrvaler can let us know if they help or not.
If you don't see a guide here that matches the problem you are having, please see if Facebook has better answers for you: Facebook Help Center
If time is of the essence or you are lost, we partner with a BBB-accredited US-based company that has live experts you can chat with about issues like this for roughly $20-45. Chat now with an expert.
The issue in GetHuman-vrvaler's own words
How do I add an existing post, which contains multiple photos, to an album? When uploading multiple photos as a post, I usually to select an album BEFORE posting. The post of photos then appears in newsfeed and on my timeline under the album heading. *Recently, when uploading a group of photos as a post, I forgot to select an album before positing. Photos are now in 'timeline' photos. When I tried to move them (individually, as this seemed to be the only option), it would then remove photos from the original post... I do not want this to happen.*I just want to add an entire post of photos to an album. *Is there a way to do this? *Thank you :)
GetHuman-vrvaler did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
