My mother is having trouble accessing her Facebook account through her mobile phone. The platform is trying to send her a code via SMS, but she hasn't received it. Although she updated her phone number on Facebook after moving, she is still unable to receive the reset code. She can receive texts from other contacts, but not from Facebook.

I am reaching out regarding the Finebloom and Haenal account (@fightyourcase). This was our firm's page prior to our rebrand. Please compare the Fightyourcase and TheLawPlace accounts to confirm they are the same entity. We kindly request the deletion of the fightyourcase account or assistance in gaining access to it for deletion. I tried to log in with [redacted], but the system indicates there is no account linked to that email. Unfortunately, the previous account manager is no longer with us, and I am unable to reach him. I would like to request the deletion of my account. I am facing an issue where I am prompted to ask a friend to send me a code, but the person linked to my account is no longer a friend. My username is Kimberly Cuevas with a profile picture showing me in a yellow dress standing next to a guy. Since this person is not my partner anymore, I wish to remove my account. If possible, could you provide instructions on how I can verify my identity to proceed with the deletion process? Thank you for your assistance.

Good morning. I am Plesnicute Aurora Camelia, and I am facing an issue with retrieving my Facebook password. I originally signed up for Facebook in [redacted] while in Italy before moving to the U.K. Recently, I got a new phone and am unable to remember my password to access my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I cannot retrieve the password via email as I have not used that email account for approximately 8 to 9 years and do not recall the password for it. On my account, I have listed my daughter's name and phone number, as well as provided this email as a contact option, although I am unsure how to utilize it to regain access. Additionally, I have included a new email address, [redacted], as a secondary option. The original email address associated with my account is [redacted] I attempted to reset my password with your staff on Friday but was unable to do so due to work commitments. I am available to address this matter on weekends as my work schedule from Monday to Friday is from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. I was given your email address to reach out for further assistance. My daughter, Manolache Oana Malina, also created her Facebook account around the same time while in Italy. Once I regain access to my account, I would like to update the email address to my current U.K. one. Kindly advise on the necessary steps to recover my Facebook account, as I have a significant number of friends that I need to reconnect with. If additional information is required, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you and have a great day.

I recently created a new Facebook account with my wife. I am looking for guidance on how to transfer my photos from my old account to our new joint account. I don't want to transfer all my friends, just select individuals. This change is part of my effort to be more transparent with my wife. Once the photo transfer is complete, I plan to cancel my old account. I would appreciate any assistance with this process. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I usually stay logged in and recently found myself logged out without knowing my previous password. I have not encountered this issue before. When I try to log back in, I seem to face difficulties. It would be great if you could assist me in resolving this matter and getting me back on my account. I am not familiar with how to upload a photo, but you can use the one currently on my Facebook profile. Your help in this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

Dear friends, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account I've had for 7 years. I'm locked out without a clear reason. I need to provide ID, but there are complications due to my name change since moving from New York to Greece. Although my account states my location accurately, it's registered under my previous name. I can't provide documents under my current name, as they are all in my husband's name. I listed my cousins' names as a backup, and I could obtain my birth certificate eventually, but the process is slow in Greece. Any help convincing Facebook of my identity would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support. Sincerely, Louanna Jfc.

My account has been compromised, and I can no longer access the email associated with it, leaving me no way to recover it. I have searched online for solutions, but I cannot find any helpful information. When I follow the steps provided by Facebook and reach the point of indicating I no longer have access to the email linked to my account, I am stuck. Facebook suggests I continue guessing my password, which is not a viable solution. I am in a bind as I need to secure a business account linked to this account. There must be an alternative method to regain control of a hacked account. I am reaching out from a different email ([redacted]) as the compromised account’s email is [redacted]

Hello, I'm Jaikiran Hundal, and you can reach me at [redacted] Approximately 15 years ago, I created a Facebook account that I never utilized. Despite this, I continued to receive friend suggestions from Facebook using my unchanged email address. Recently, I began receiving notifications that individuals had accepted friend requests from me, requests I never initiated due to my inactivity on Facebook. Concerned about my account's security, I visited Facebook to address the issue. After entering my email and previous password, I changed my password as prompted. However, upon doing so, I was informed of an "unusual login" and was only given the option to log in from a Windows 7 device that allegedly hacked my account. I wasn't presented with alternative security measures like confirming my birthdate or answering a security question. I am a middle-aged South Asian male with brown skin, yet my Facebook profile now features a picture of a young white woman. I urge the platform to prevent this impersonation and safeguard my account integrity. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

My account is currently blocked, and I am unsure why. I recently expressed my opinion, which did not contain any offensive language or inappropriate images. Below is the statement I made that led to the block. "I believe it is essential for people to acknowledge that every race, culture, and ancestry has a history tarnished by wrongdoing. No group is exempt from atrocities like rape, murder, war, mutilation, and violence against innocent individuals. Instead of focusing blame solely on one group, we need to address how we treat others in the present moment. Actions taken today matter more than those of past generations. It's crucial to recognize that acts such as raiding, selling people as property, and conquering lands have been committed by various peoples throughout history. None of us come from a perfect lineage, despite any claims otherwise."

I previously had an account under the name David Sollers, linked to an old email address. Unfortunately, after a difficult situation, I lost access to my Facebook account when my ex-partner changed the password. I believe she might still have access to my account where I had sentimental photos of my children and a dear friend who has passed away. I would appreciate any assistance in retrieving these cherished memories. My current email is [redacted], and my wife's is [redacted], if you need to contact us. My current profile shows accurate details to confirm my identity, and my wife, Tammi Asbury, can provide further verification if needed. I value any help in recovering my photos. Thank you.

I am writing to address the removal of my post/note which contained my intellectual property and was not offensive. It was flagged as spam unjustly. The link to the original content can be found on my personal blog. I kindly request for it to be reinstated, along with the comments, as it holds sentimental value to me. The removal was unwarranted and has infringed upon my rights. I have seen inappropriate content persist on the platform without action, so why was my heartfelt art targeted? I urge you to rectify this situation promptly. Thank you.

A few days ago, Facebook blocked me right after a post, claiming it was hate speech, which it wasn't. It was actually a response to a man I've reported multiple times for making hateful and racist comments without any action from Facebook. I even reported a man who sexually attacked my daughter, and Facebook did nothing. Why am I being targeted and labeled a Republican? The political bias against Trump supporters is evident, as I have proof from reporting another racist comment directed at me with no action taken. My blocked account is "Kiale Hogue," and I urge you to cease these attacks based on political beliefs. Restore my account, please.

Yesterday, when I opened my desktop computer to log into Facebook, I noticed that my account was active in Oklahoma City, OK, instead of Burlington, NC where I live. I changed my password but now I can't access my account. Facebook says they are sending me emails, but I haven't received any. Please text me on my cell phone at [redacted]. My Facebook account is linked to a landline which cannot receive text messages or 6-digit codes needed to log in. Facebook sent me a 5-digit code that is not working. My name is Howard Willets, and my profile picture is of Jesus in black and white with a colorful eyeball background. My address is [redacted] Kernodle Dr., Burlington, NC. I don't have any friends listed on my account.

Hello, I need assistance as I have been struggling to contact someone for a resolution. My Facebook account was hacked over 2 months ago. The hacker changed my profile picture to a cat image with Arabic text all over. They also changed my password, email address, and phone number linked to the account. When trying to reset the password, the verification code was sent to the hacker’s email and phone. The "trusted friends" method is no help as those have also been altered by the hacker. Friends reported the account as hacked, but no action has been taken. I am frustrated and worried by the unauthorized access to my personal information. I am unable to provide my original email address, [redacted], as it has been changed. I want the hackers removed or the account deactivated. I even submitted my passport for verification without a response. I hope for a resolution soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Natasha Solomons

My Facebook account seems to have been hacked. I've tried multiple methods to regain access without success. Last night, I received a spam video and haven't been able to log in since. My husband mentioned receiving the same video supposedly from me, even though I wasn't on Facebook at that time. Other friends have reported similar incidents to me, and it's distressing because all our family photos are stored there. I'm very upset and need assistance addressing this matter promptly.

I recently encountered a distressing situation involving my sister-in-law misinterpreting innocent photos of me on Facebook. Despite blocking her, she had a friend access my pictures, leading to false accusations of infidelity with my husband. This misunderstanding worsened our ongoing divorce. The images were taken during a solo road trip, not at bars as claimed. I am currently seeking advice on how to prevent such invasions of privacy in the future. I wonder if Facebook could take measures to restrict these individuals' access or potentially remove their accounts. Should I consider deleting my account as a solution? Any guidance on how to address this troubling issue would be greatly appreciated.

My sister, Megan E., is unable to access her Facebook account. We have attempted the password recovery options without success. She does not recall changing her password. Her Facebook is under the email [redacted], but she cannot access her Yahoo account either. Our mom originally created the account for her, and despite trying the recovery methods, we are unable to regain access. On her account, Megan E.'s profile picture is of a small box with characters from "Ed, Edd, and Eddy," specifically Double D and Kevin holding a white ball.

I have a close friend suffering from a rare liver disease, and I want to raise awareness and request a live liver donation for him using Facebook. I'm unsure of the best approach. Should I create a public group or a public page? I need to reach a wide audience to potentially find a donor for my friend, who is urgently in need due to time constraints. I've already been tested but am not a suitable match due to blood type. Any guidance on how to effectively use Facebook for this purpose would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Martin Gomez. I recently used Facebook, but I logged out some time ago and now I can't remember my password to log back in. I posted some photos that I now regret and wish to remove from my account. These photos don't violate Facebook's rules; they are just embarrassing personal photos of myself that I'd like to take down. I have tried various methods to regain access to my account but have been unsuccessful. Please assist me in resolving this issue as seeing these pictures on my account is distressing to me. I sincerely hope for a prompt response to my request. Thank you for your help.
