I am an independent consultant working with two different companies and managing two Facebook pages in addition to my personal account. Unfortunately, I was hacked yesterday at 4 a.m, leading to me creating a new personal Facebook account and two new business pages for the companies I represent. Concerns have arisen as the hacked platforms had sensitive customer information like addresses, phone numbers, and credit card details stored in messages. Today, I established a new personal Facebook and a business page for one of the companies but now face issues accessing the new account. Operating my businesses through Facebook, this ordeal has caused me to lose customers, affecting my ability to provide for my children. I need a swift resolution to this problem to safeguard customer data and continue my work.

I was unexpectedly logged out at 1:28 a.m. on June 22 Texas time while chatting with my friend on messenger. The platform is requesting that I upload an ID as it doesn't seem to recognize my account name. It claims this is to help my friends identify me. I have used this name on my account for a long time, and my friends know me by this name. I value my privacy especially due to safety concerns related to my ex-husband. I find it unfair to have to reveal my identity just for my online friends. Facebook is crucial for staying connected with my family. I am a responsible user and do not understand why I am facing this issue. I am confused and frustrated by the sudden demand for verification.

I created a dummy account with a fictional email a few years ago, sharing embarrassing content and messaging people privately. My colleagues discovered it, leading to bullying. Unfortunately, I made this account during elementary school, and I can't remember the password. Additionally, I lost the phone and SIM card associated with it long ago. Since I didn't prioritize my Yahoo account, I am struggling to recall the password. I would appreciate any assistance.

About four days ago, I forgot my account password and I have not received any emails from Facebook regarding resetting it. Initially, when attempting to reset my password, I was informed that a code was sent to my Hotmail account. Despite multiple attempts to resend the code, I never received the email. I then tried to reset it through my three trusted friends, but encountered an issue when verifying the change in my Gmail account. Despite numerous attempts to resend the email, I keep encountering a message stating, "Sorry, this feature isn't available right now." This has been ongoing for four days, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating not receiving any communication from Facebook. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently engaged in a conversation on a Fox News post where the OP made derogatory remarks about Mexicans. I defended the Mexican community by pointing out the importance of the presumption of innocence. In a sarcastic tone, I highlighted the absurdity of the accusations made against Mexicans. It seems that due to this comment, Facebook has placed a 3-day ban on my account, which is my first offense. I believe this decision was unjust as I was merely speaking up for a marginalized group. I hope Facebook can review their standards to differentiate between hate speech and genuine defense of a community. I look forward to the emergence of alternative social media platforms to move away from this situation.

Recently, my business pages on Google and Facebook have been targeted with negative reviews and ratings by a group I mistakenly joined. The group based in Baytown, despite my attempts to distance myself, is maliciously posting fake and misleading feedback. These individuals are not our clients and have caused my Google rating to drop significantly. These negative reviewers are associated with a hate group, purposefully damaging my business as retribution for not aligning with their views. Despite reporting the issue to Facebook, no action has been taken. As a hardworking business owner, it's unjust to allow such false reviews to harm our reputation. I recently noticed an account under the name Judy Martinez, created by my ex, Humberto Martinez. I have attempted to remove this account without success. I did not authorize this account and I would like it to be deleted. When friends look me up to send messages, they see both Judy Martinez and Judy Alexander. My correct Facebook account is under the name Judy Alexander, and I would like to keep it active. I appreciate your assistance with resolving this issue. Thank you.

My first Facebook account was hacked, and you took it down one day mentioning a post that shouldn't have been there. I emailed and explained I didn't make such posts. After a couple of days, it reappeared, but I had already created a new account. I deleted the new one, but the old one persists, not allowing me access, though my friends can see it. I saw the hacker's profile once, but it disappeared. Please assist me in resolving this urgently. I am in desperate need of help.

I recently faced a troublesome situation when I was informed that someone reported my twin brother, Jester Borja, for impersonating me on Facebook. Initially, his account was disabled but was later reinstated. Surprisingly, my account was disabled instead. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to Facebook with my IDs, I have yet to receive a response. It's crucial for me to have access to my account, [redacted], as it serves as my primary means of communication with my family in the Philippines while I am in Dubai. I want to bring to your attention that the Facebook account of Marci Fournier, also known as Marci Lyn, VIP Signature Services, and ML Pro Events, must be taken down. She is organizing events through her Facebook page at different venues and collecting money from people, including $[redacted] from me, for events that we did not agree to in any contract. She even set up a fake GoFundMe account attempting to deceive people out of $2,[redacted], which was removed after an investigation. I have reported this to the police, and they are handling it, pressing charges for fraud and larceny against her. Kindly remove these fraudulent Facebook pages of hers. Hello, we have encountered an issue with one of our Facebook ads that appeared in a user's messenger feed. The individual, Dale Marshall, expressed displeasure and rated our company poorly even though the matter pertained to the ad display and not our services. My account has been disabled for allegedly posting something considered inappropriate. I disagree with this assessment as I believe it was a matter of freedom of speech rather than targeted at anyone. Reporting alone should not determine what is deemed acceptable. Many things on social media can be offensive, including to me, but expressing opinions on social matters is not necessarily hateful. It feels like Facebook is unfairly targeting me based on my race and my perspective on ongoing injustices towards my community. I feel silenced and oppressed by those who continue to limit my ability to speak out.

The company previously had a company page linked to an employee's personal account. Unfortunately, the employee has left, and now the company is unable to access the company Facebook page which is still linked to the former employee's personal account. To prevent this situation from happening again, a new "company personal" page was created, and a new company Facebook page was established. However, the old "personal" company page needs to be accessed to update it correctly. I am dealing with a distressing situation where my name and photograph have been used to create a fake ID on Facebook without my permission. Despite multiple reports, the issue persists, causing significant distress and potential harm to my reputation. The individual behind this fake ID is sending friend requests, sharing my personal information, and promoting false narratives involving me. When my husband was battling cancer, we had to save our photos by creating an account on someone else's cell phone while we were both in prison. I am currently in the process of legally changing my name as I am transgender and recently got out after 12 years, making it challenging to adapt to new technology. I do not have my ID yet, and my grandmother assisted me in getting a phone from Sprint, using her information and email. I am unsure which apps I should be using. Can facial recognition be used to verify my photos on the account under the name Jocelyn Warren? The other account, under the name hepjamal, belongs to my grandmother, Barbara Larson. Please assist me in sorting out my accounts, specifically ensuring that my photo appears correctly on my Jocelyn Warren account, as it holds immense sentimental value to me.

I encountered an issue with my account when I switched to a new phone in a different location. It appears as though my account has been divided into two separate accounts. The first account is linked to my new email and phone number, but it is empty of all previous contacts and information. Strangely, it still suggests friend requests to my old contacts. The second account retains my old email addresses and contains all my profile pictures and contacts. Unfortunately, I am unable to access this account through my old emails. This division has left me unable to reach my important contacts, even though I recently updated my email and phone number to avoid this problem.

Someone impersonated my friend, asking for money in exchange for a large sum of cash. I believed it was my friend, Lee Ann Tanape, who then directed me to someone else requesting my email and Facebook password. Despite not sending any money, my aunt was also contacted with the same scam. Subsequently, my long-standing original Facebook account, "Carl Patrick de Leon," with a cover photo of me in graduation gowns with two other women, vanished. This has been a fraud scheme, and I am seeking assistance from Facebook to retrieve my original account.

My former partner, "E," and I ended our relationship some time ago, but there's still uncertainty. About a month ago, she updated her relationship status from "In a Relationship With Me" to "No Relationship to Show," which automatically changed mine from "In a Relationship with 'E'" to just "In a Relationship." Instead of displaying "Single," I chose to hide my relationship status. Recently, she still had "No Relationship to Show," and mine remained "In a Relationship," undisclosed and not linked to her. Today, I decided to change it to "Single." After the update, Facebook displayed a message saying, "We're sorry 'E' and you broke up..." causing me to panic and quickly scroll through without reading further. I'm left wondering if Facebook's action meant she was still in a relationship with me but had chosen to hide it, or did my update initiate our Facebook break up?
