I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account, as I do not have an email linked to it, only a mobile number. I have attempted to log in, but I am being prompted for a code generator that my phone does not have or a code sent via SMS, which I have requested multiple times to no avail. Facebook recommended logging in from a known browser, but I no longer have any previous devices I have used. Despite sending them a photocopy of my passport three times along with my contact details, I have not received any response or been able to regain access to my account.

I would like to report an issue involving a person named Hyun Seo from San Diego State University. She claims to possess videos that could infringe upon my privacy. I am unsure of how she obtained these videos. She is threatening to send them to all my contacts via Messenger in the morning unless I pay her. I am reaching out to Facebook to request an investigation into and filtering of any videos she may have sent to my friends. If necessary, I will visit the local police station to file a report if she follows through with her threats of sharing the videos with my loved ones.

Hello, I am Obun Julie from Nigeria. On Thursday, the 21st, at morning time CAT, my Facebook account was compromised due to a malicious message I received. Please see below my login details: Username: [redacted] Password: assemblies The individual who compromised my account changed my Facebook email, password, phone number, and profile picture after gaining access to my account. I suspect that the person has successfully deactivated or deleted my account. I am no longer able to access my [redacted] inbox, which was the email address linked to my Facebook account. My girlfriend's account was hacked after she opened a web page from her Facebook account. She has been trying to get help for the past week without any success. I suspect the hackers are posing as Facebook customer service to extract more information from her. If you can reach out to me, I would greatly appreciate it so I can assist her. A few days ago, my Facebook account was disabled and after numerous attempts to contact them without any response, I decided to email them about how frustrated I am and my efforts to resolve the issue. It has been challenging as their replies seem automated, and reaching an actual person feels impossible. I'm feeling helpless and unsure of what to do next other than wait for a human response, though it seems unlikely. I expressed my disappointment in an email to them, mentioning my status as a registered disabled person in the UK under the Sick and Disabled Act and how their actions have affected me. I asserted my identity with legal documentation, insisting on the reinstatement of my account and a written apology, informing them of an ongoing investigation by ICO. I am in need of assistance. My ex-fiancé has taken advantage of a serious situation by posting my mugshots on social media without my consent, even going so far as to infiltrate my accounts and post on my friends' and family's pages. Despite my pleas for her to stop, she continues to humiliate and degrade me online. She has manipulated my online presence to the point where it has caused distress for me and my loved ones. I am worried about the impact this may have on my job, especially for my mother who works for the government. I have tried reporting her activities to no avail and even had to clean my phone of spyware she planted. This relentless harassment is taking a toll on my mental well-being and I am reaching out for urgent help.

While clearing out my phone recently, I discovered that I was logged into nine different devices, two of which were unfamiliar to me. Upon investigating these devices, I found photos of the same man named Christopher Pugh. I vaguely remember meeting him over a year ago, and haven't had contact with him since. It's puzzling how he gained access to my email, password, and username. When I try to log in now, only his ID appears without any option to access mine. I am distressed about this situation and hope to regain control of my account soon. Facebook has acknowledged the issue but mentioned they are unable to assist me directly. They assured me they would work on preventing similar incidents in the future.

I used Facebook years ago but stopped for a while. Now, I can't log in because it says my password is wrong (and the language changed to Chinese). I used Google Translate to reset my account using my email [redacted] and found out the account name was changed to Brittany Whitworth from Karim/Kareem Ashraf. After resetting the password to *killer5050, I tried logging in but got a security message saying my account was locked due to recent activity. I followed the steps to confirm my identity, but the only option was to ask friends for help, which showed profiles of Chinese people I don't know. I don't speak Chinese and can't contact them. I can provide any information about the account's creation. The account email is [redacted] and was never changed. It was created in Sharja, United Arab Emirates. I hope for assistance as I abandoned this email but can confirm any details needed.

Hello, I am experiencing bullying and harassment from Kelly Lambrianou. Despite submitting several reports, I have only received generic responses stating that my complaints do not violate community standards. Kelly is creating fake accounts using my name, which I have reported to Facebook with screenshots as evidence. She quickly deletes threatening posts before they can be captured. Despite blocking her fake accounts, she continues to create more using my name, Patricia Durant, as contact information. Kelly has threatened harm to me and my family, often deleting these threats after posting them on her page to her friends. I have tried to explain this to Facebook without success. She even falsified a post in my name, leading to a 3-day ban. These actions have severely impacted my mental health, as I am undergoing treatment for depression. I am willing to provide medical evidence if necessary. Please help me stop her.

My Facebook account was hacked recently. After receiving a notification from Facebook about a login attempt in Seattle, I promptly locked my account. However, the hacker managed to gain access again, posting strange pictures on my page, causing concern among my friends. Despite attempting to lock the account once more using my old password, I couldn't receive a recovery password due to my inaccessible email. My account received a 30-day ban due to accidental nudity posting. While commenting on a friend's Facebook page, I mistakenly clicked on a wrong photo on my phone at work. I tried to halt the action when I noticed it was "pending," but it posted before I could stop it. Although it was promptly deleted, Facebook still imposed the ban. The message did not specify which setting needed attention, despite providing links to settings. I have diligently checked all settings and spent over 10 hours scouring Facebook to fulfill this request. I am frustrated by the lack of specific guidance in the message, as it has consumed a significant amount of my time. I recently encountered an issue with my account while playing Candy Crush Saga. Instead of being logged into my own account, it seemed I was suddenly playing under my husband's account. Despite attempting to log out and sign back into my account, it appeared to be inactive. To resolve this, I tried changing my password via Facebook, where I requested a code be sent to my Yahoo mail. However, after multiple attempts, I did not receive the code in my Yahoo mail as instructed. Both my father and my daughter also searched for my Facebook account with no success.

I received a 3-day ban from Facebook after posting a screenshot of a disturbing video that was circulating on the platform. The video depicted inhumane actions towards a dog, and many users were shocked by it. Facebook itself had allowed the video to appear on my newsfeed, where I captured a partial screenshot in an attempt to report the content. Unfortunately, someone reported me for violating community guidelines regarding family values. I believe Facebook is at fault for initially showing the disturbing video, and I feel that they owe an apology not only to me but also to the numerous concerned parents who were exposed to such upsetting content.
