Hello, my Facebook accounts "MogyoroMogyoro" and "Hale Aloha Siargao" were hacked yesterday. The hackers/scammers are requesting money from my family and friends through these accounts. My identification card was in the inbox/conversation. I want to delete both accounts to prevent further hacking attempts and protect my personal information. The hackers changed the email recovery to [redacted] and the phone number associated with the account. My Facebook account is "MogyoroMogyoro" with the account number +[redacted]44 and email [redacted] I was attempting to upload my driver's license photo without success. Additionally, my second hacked account is "Hale Aloha Siargao," which has also been altered by the hackers using the same email and phone number. The information for "Hale Aloha Siargao" is as follows: Hale Aloha Siargao, [redacted], +[redacted]44. Please assist me as my two accounts are still compromised. Thank you.

I have been continuously harassed in the past few years, escalating to spiteful comments, messages, phone calls, emails, and even involving my children on social media. My vehicle was vandalized with graffiti, and the harasser has used vulgar language on my social media. I have two harassment reports filed and have been advised by the police to obtain an order of protection and contact Facebook. I have saved evidence of the harassment on my wall and can provide screenshots if necessary. The harasser may also be facing a civil lawsuit for their actions. I am seeking help to stop this harassment.

My fiancé's mother tried to send me money on Facebook, but after a few failed attempts, my account was unexpectedly locked. Following the instructions to unlock it, I tried logging in from a PC, but was prompted to use a previously used device, which I did. Due to my relocation between Georgia and Oklahoma, there seemed to be confusion. Contacting Facebook led me to a supposed support number where a man, with a questionable accent, tried to walk me through troubleshooting procedures. Suspicious of his intentions, I questioned the need for remote access to recover my account. His demeanor turned hostile, accusing me of being rude, and abruptly ended the call. Feeling uneasy about the situation, I disconnected from the remote session in progress. Now I wonder how I can regain access to my account after this encounter.

I recently set up a new account and was working on creating a page for my startup. Suddenly, a pop-up locked me out of my account, prompting me to provide a photo of myself for verification. Here are my concerns: 1. I prefer not to share pictures of myself online. 2. Time is precious as I launch my business. 3. It seems odd to have unusual activity on a new account. 4. I'd like clarity on the photo verification process. 5. To consider using paid services, I request unrestricted account access. 6. This experience has been frustrating. Thank you.

My Facebook account has been hacked multiple times by someone in Iraq. They even removed my phone number, preventing me from receiving the verification code to regain access to my account. Unfortunately, I cannot log in with my email address [redacted] anymore due to a forgotten password. The moment I received an unexpected Facebook confirmation code ([redacted]) on my phone, I knew something was wrong. This situation is frustrating as there are sentimental items on my account. Dealing with this for the first time has left me feeling upset and annoyed.

Yesterday, my Wi-Fi service replaced Google with its search engine, which is terrible. This happens monthly, causing me wasted time and effort. Despite my pleas to not affect Facebook, I now have four accounts, two with only my name and a female silhouette that I would like to be deleted. Additionally, there's an account from seven years ago with my name and white male picture in a muscle shirt with huge arms that I'd like removed. When using Google, it directs me to the wrong account, not showing my clear profile picture. I have trouble accessing the correct account, and despite reporting it multiple times and spending hours on hold, I've made no progress. Please delete the specified accounts and ensure the correct one is visible to others. Facebook is crucial to me as a disabled shut-in. Thank you, Brian.

I was surprised to hear from friends that they received friend requests from me when we were already connected. Additionally, posts promoting things like poker didn't seem like my style. I noticed an unfamiliar device had accessed my Facebook account from Toledo, a place I hadn't visited in years. Despite deleting the device, the issue persisted, leading me to ultimately deactivate my account. It's concerning that even after deletion, others claimed to still receive messages from me. Any advice on how to halt this unwanted activity would be greatly appreciated.

I am Veronique Mastey, and I use my personal Facebook account under my name. I also have a business page on Facebook and Instagram called "sosdoctorhousecall." Recently, I've encountered a peculiar issue. When I post on Instagram and share it on Facebook, it shows the name of a former temporary employee, Jake Yates, who worked for us from October [redacted] to December [redacted] handling social marketing for two months. Our association with him ended on December 28, [redacted]. The latest Instagram post shared on Facebook displayed his name as the publisher, causing him to allege unauthorized use of his name. This situation is perplexing, and I seek urgent assistance to address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I need help understanding the App Review process. When users log in with Facebook, my app requests access to user_friends, leading to the need for re-submission for review. However, I've realized that the access to 'user_friends' is unnecessary. I have some questions: - If I remove user_friends access and release a new version, do I have to resubmit for review? - If I remove it, will it affect the old app version? Can users still log in to the old version which requests user_friends access? - Does the App Review Page on Facebook display Approved Items manually submitted by admins or automatically list all the required access for the app?

The Shop tab on our business page is currently linked to the incorrect Shopify account. We have two Shopify accounts, one for New York and the other for Australia. Initially, we tried to connect both accounts to our page, but found out it was not feasible. After disconnecting both accounts, we are unable to re-link our Australian Shopify account, which is our primary store. The page only accepts our New York account. It appears there is an internal issue causing this broken link. We need this matter resolved, please assist in fixing it.

I am reaching out for assistance with my daughter's Facebook account. Her profile is under the name "An Irish Lass" and features her high school yearbook photo. After encountering a virus on our previous computer, we had it repaired, hoping she could log in with her saved password. However, the issue now is that we cannot recall her email address. Our best guess was [redacted], but it does not seem to be associated with her account. As a great grandparent, my memory is not what it used to be, making it challenging to locate this crucial information after relocating. My daughter is quite upset and eager to regain access to her account without losing important messages. We can provide details about her page and have a contact familiar with her account who can vouch for her identity. Your prompt assistance in resetting her email and password would be greatly appreciated. Expecting a response soon. Thank you for your help.

We experienced a break-in at our shop in December [redacted]. After reaching out for information, we faced backlash from someone we suspected because they had the keys. Despite no physical break-in, keys were used. Following this, friends and family on Facebook posted negative comments and two friends left one star reviews. We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and request Facebook to remove these reviews as they are not related to our service. One review claims they were not offered a refund, which is false. We urge Facebook to investigate as one reviewer is a friend of the person we suspect. The accusations made, including harm to a dog, are unfounded and malicious. We have faced hate crimes for seeking assistance in solving the crime we fell victim to. We seek urgent help in resolving this issue.

I am reaching out to report multiple fraudulent accounts impersonating my father, Rev Eastwood Anaba – the president of Eastwood Anaba Ministries in Ghana. There are approximately 30 fake accounts misusing his identity to deceive individuals. These accounts are sending messages asking people to sow seeds into a specific orphanage in Nigeria, claiming it will bring blessings and breakthroughs. The message typically includes phrases like "I saw God's favor, success, joy, breakthroughs," and urges the recipient to contact a phone number in Nigeria. I kindly request assistance in addressing this issue and stopping the spread of false information in my father's name.

My Facebook account is displaying a message stating that it's under review, preventing me from accessing it. I've had this account since a long time ago and unfortunately missed updating it in time before being locked out. I hope to regain access soon to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for your help. I believe Facebook will address this matter fairly and resolve it promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

Wee Care Pediatrics has two Facebook pages. One is located at [redacted] Mackey Lane in Shreveport, LA, and the other is on North Market in Shreveport, LA. Unfortunately, the North Market location is closed and is now Harris Memorial Pediatrics. When searching for Wee Care Pediatrics on Google, our website appears first, but the second link directs to the Facebook page of the North Market location. I contacted Google Business, and they advised reaching out to Facebook to remove the link from Google search results and ensure that our active Facebook page (Wee Care Pediatrics [redacted] Mackey Lane) is the primary link displayed. Any assistance in resolving this issue, removing the closed page, or making our current page more prominent would be highly appreciated.

Seven years ago, I established a page dedicated to a TV show character. Back then, as a 15-year-old, the page gained significant popularity with thousands of likes. A former acquaintance convinced me to make him an admin, guiding me through the process. Regrettably, he deceitfully maneuvered me into granting him the ability to add or remove admins. Shortly after, he ousted me and took control. His inappropriate posts, including offensive memes related to tragic events, tarnished the page's image. Although he ceased posting in [redacted], the page now boasts 50k likes. I aim to reclaim ownership of my creation and wonder if it's possible to reinstate my creator status. It's disheartening that an admin could strip the creator of their role, a function I believe should be safeguarded. Your support in resolving this matter is sincerely appreciated. Best regards, Ryan.
