Hello. I am reaching out on behalf of my employer, Jurica Tomicic, the owner of Kod Kapetana restaurant on Hvar island in Croatia. He is listed on Facebook as Jurica Tomicic Kapetan and has a business page named Kod Kapetana Hvar. Unfortunately, it seems that the restaurant's Facebook page (Kod Kapetana Hvar) has been compromised, as my boss is currently unable to access it. This has hindered our ability to use the page effectively. We are wondering if there is any assistance available to help us regain access to the page. If so, what steps do we need to take? Good afternoon. I have recently been notified that my account has been blocked for 30 days because I called someone stupid. I find this unfair, especially when Arab individuals post threats to kill others which I report, and you reply saying it doesn't violate policy. The dispute between the individual and me was about our countries, mine and India. I suspect the person who blocked me is of Indian nationality. I work in real estate and have online businesses through Facebook. I believe you are abusing your power, causing me to lose money. Please review my Facebook status. Have a nice day. Just as a quick note: people do much worse on Facebook than calling someone stupid and face no consequences.

My account has unexpectedly been deactivated due to allegations of selling drugs and being associated with a terrorist group, which is completely untrue and illogical. I do not sell or use drugs, and have never been involved in anything of the sort. The accusation of terrorism is equally baseless as I have no connections to any such activities. I am baffled as to how these claims were made against me without any evidence. I am deeply concerned about losing contact with my friends in Germany and Switzerland, as Facebook is my primary means of communication with them. I urge Facebook to review this situation promptly and reinstate my account. It is important for me to maintain these connections, and I earnestly request for this matter to be resolved promptly.

I am concerned about my Facebook account under the name Rebecca Romines. It appears to have been compromised, hacked, or altered by someone named Becky Buechner, a close friend of mine. As a result, I am unable to post anything on my account or even locate where to send a message for help. A few weeks ago, someone posted using my account without my knowledge, sharing Christian and God-related messages that I did not authorize. It seems that someone has taken control of my Facebook page, and I am locked out. This is disrupting my frequent use of Facebook and preventing my friends from hearing from me. I usually access Facebook on my MacBook Pro. I recently upgraded my Windows-based PC and wanted to log into my Facebook account on it too. When I signed in, it created a new account with the same user name and password but none of my friends or posts. Is there a way to disable this new account on my PC and access my original Facebook on both computers without creating a new account?

In [redacted], I had a Facebook page with pictures and information about myself. Since then, my email and mobile phone have changed, making it difficult for me to access my old account. Despite multiple attempts to create a new account, I have been unsuccessful due to issues with receiving text messages on my old phone. My current email is now [redacted], and my new mobile phone number is 1-[redacted]. In the past, I used the names PF Foster and Phil Foster on Facebook. I have a more recent photo ready to upload. I am reaching out on behalf of my partner, Steven Lamb. For the past three nights, he has been contacted by Tobias Leingruber on Twitter regarding a supposed Facebook competition win from January. Steven closed his Facebook account on June 12, [redacted]. Tobias claims to be contacting him on behalf of the Facebook CEO. Despite our skepticism, Tobias has sent a picture of himself holding a Facebook ID card. We are now irritated by the continuous contact. Steven is no longer on Facebook, but can be reached via email. We need confirmation from Facebook to clarify if this is a scam. Steven has been engaging with Tobias to see how far Tobias will go. Would appreciate your help in determining the legitimacy of Tobias' claims so Steven can move on from this ordeal. Thank you in advance.

Maryann has two accounts due to changing providers. She is playing a Facebook game, IE, on the old account. The old account cannot be linked to the new email address because the new one already exists. Even after trying to delete the new account, Facebook still recognizes the association with the new email address. Additionally, there is an issue with resetting the password as Facebook continues to send the reset code to the old invalid email address. There is no access to SMS for verification.

I forgot my password. Three friends sent me the code, but I accidentally entered the wrong email. I tried to resend it, but it wouldn't work. So, I logged into the Facebook app and chose the correct email. They sent me a code saying: "Dear Isabella, Please use the following code to confirm your new email: KV34seCeXP. If this wasn't you, please ignore this email. Thanks, The Facebook Team." I was confused about where to enter the code and confirm it was me. I then logged out and tried to log back in, but it said: "We have received your ID. We're sorry, it seems like you already uploaded your ID. We will contact you after reviewing it." I need Facebook to talk to my dad in Colombia, so please help me fix this issue.

I have been blocked from the marketplace for weeks because I was trying to sell empty growler bottles that I got on the marketplace. I am also blocked from all the garage sale sites which is frustrating. To add to my annoyance, Facebook keeps showing garage sale posts from people I don’t know in my newsfeed while I'm blocked. I am considering deleting my whole account due to this issue.

My account was accessed from a suspicious location in Texas, which wasn't me. Despite changing my password and attempting to set up two-step authentication, I faced issues receiving the verification code. Facebook notified me of the password changes through emails, but it was odd that I received the same emails in English and Spanish simultaneously. As a Spanish speaker, this was unusual since I only speak English. Even after multiple password changes, the same pattern of bilingual emails persisted. Upon deactivating my account, I received only one email in English confirming the deactivation. Reactivating my account led to the same situation of receiving emails in both English and Spanish regarding password changes. Due to this unsettling experience, I've decided to delete my Facebook account, which is set to be deactivated in 14 days.

I received a 30-day block on Facebook after sharing details in the Vape Court group. I presented facts regarding a case where members were wrongly accusing the defendant. Despite him admitting to being a heroin addict on live video, I was blocked. This person attempted a fraudulent chargeback on items purchased from my business, which PayPal rightfully rejected. He continues to harass me and even sent threats to my spouse via Facebook Messenger. Strangely, TONY PARKES, a registered sex offender for assaulting a child, is still active on Facebook while I am the one facing a ban. Facebook is crucial for promoting my business, so I need to resolve this issue promptly.

I was removed from Facebook on Friday, 6/15/18 at around 4:30 pm. I had no issue accessing it multiple times that day. I found a number online, not realizing it was a scam, and was told by scammers that my account was hacked by someone in Ohio and Alabama. I was instructed to buy Google Play cards totaling $50 each at a grocery store without telling anyone and give them the card numbers. They claimed there were compromising photos of me and insisted on two more $[redacted] Apple cards for further "investigation." Suspecting a scam, I was then directed to buy a non-existent "STEM card." Eventually, I realized it was a scam after spending almost four hours on the phone and $[redacted] on cards. I need help unblocking my account.
