I've been struggling to access my Messenger and Facebook all day. My passwords are not working, and I'm unsure how to resolve this issue. Additionally, I'm experiencing trouble with my email. After contacting Metro, I was advised to reach out to you for assistance. My name is Louise Leclair, and I am attempting to access my Facebook accounts under the names Louise Leclair and Louise Chiavaroli. The email associated with these accounts is [redacted] I am the owner of both email addresses but am unable to log in. I suspect there may have been a mix-up with my accounts. Today, I emailed a photo identification as requested, but I am unsure if it was successfully received. I urgently need help to regain access to my accounts and resolve this situation.

A few months ago, something happened to my phone and I am struggling to understand the technology. I tried to create a second FB account, "Rosario Fitze," but now I am having issues. I want to keep my original account, "Rosie Fitze." I would appreciate not being removed from my FB account. I am having trouble deleting the extra account. Please assist me in sorting this out. My phone number is [redacted], but I prefer a message due to my work. You can contact me via email at [redacted]. Thank you for your help. - Rosario Fitze

On Monday morning, I received a message from Nyla on Messenger asking to promote her new nail salon and jewelry business on my page. She offered to pay $[redacted] today and $[redacted] weekly based on her sales. In exchange, she requested my email and Facebook password, which I shared. Unfortunately, she logged me out of Facebook and took over my page, posting about money. She claimed her page was hacked afterwards. Please remove my old page as it no longer represents me. The profile picture shows me in a red school shirt and black Tiger Pride jacket, and the cover photo is of me in a white crop top. Kindly take down the page. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Facebook Administrator, Thank you in advance for your assistance. I was recently removed as admin from my company's Facebook page, TIC. The situation arose after our Director of Marketing suddenly quit and demanded a large sum of money which we cannot afford. She controls the page and its paid advertising, but we have contributed equally. We appreciate her work but are unable to pay the demanded amount. Despite the emotional turmoil, we are trying to handle this with fairness. Any help in regaining access to the TIC Facebook page would be greatly appreciated. Best, Emily (FB username: Emily Willow)

I have encountered issues with my Facebook account as of late. Last week, I got logged out and despite regaining access with help, I was logged out again the next day. When attempting to reset my password, it indicated it was a prior one and prompted me to input a new one. I have multiple accounts from gaming that I no longer use and cannot recall the passwords to remove them. My primary account, under the name Alexi Isle, holds significant sentimental value as it contains photos of my family, friends, including my children and grandchildren. Being a senior citizen with disabilities, Facebook serves as my primary means of staying connected. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the recovery code sent to my email as I cannot log in there. The phone number option for receiving a code seems to have been disabled. I seek assistance in recovering my cherished account (the one featuring my dog by my father's grave) and restoring my connections with over [redacted] friends. Recently, I have been receiving friend suggestions on an old account, which further complicates this situation. I earnestly request your aid in reclaiming my original account, which has been my lifeline through my challenging health circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.

Hello, I am deeply troubled as my personal Facebook account was unexpectedly disabled by Facebook administration. I have used this account for nearly 8 years and was startled to find it disabled today. I have always respected the community standards and have never shared any hate speech or violated any guidelines. If there was any inadvertent breach, I sincerely apologize and will take extra precautions in the future as this account holds significant value to me. Additionally, I oversee two business pages linked to this account, making this situation not only financially detrimental but also emotionally distressing. I kindly urge your assistance in resolving this matter. Please feel free to reach out if more information is required. Regards, Taseer Shah

I am considering legal action against Facebook for refusing to let me change my password. I believe they have sold my information to companies without my consent, which violates their privacy policy and our legally binding contract. I have two options: either Facebook allows me to change my password and retrieve my children's photos, as I never authorized the sale of my account, or I will escalate this issue to court and the media for breaching our agreements. I did not agree to any such actions. If needed, please reach out to me at Kayreganxxx@[redacted].

Hi Team, I've been using Facebook for business purposes for over 2 years. I have an idea to create a "group of pages" concept. For example, if there is a brand called "Vel" with a main page "Vel India" and 30 other pages like Vel Delhi, Vel Chennai, etc. When Vel India posts a new offer like "15% off this weekend on a pan-India offer," there should be an option to post this offer to all 31 pages in one go. Having the ability to group pages like this can greatly benefit businesses with multiple branches or franchisees. If the team thinks this idea has potential and can be developed on Facebook, please send a thank you email if the idea is well received. Thank you, Velraj.

1. I was using Messenger when I suddenly got logged out. I tried to log back into the Facebook app using my password and a code from two-step verification, but then it asked me to select an option that was already disabled due to an "identity photos (hourly limit exceeded)" issue. 2. After reporting this problem, I received an email to reset my password. Even after resetting it, I continued to encounter the "identify photos (hourly limit exceeded)" problem. 3. After waiting for hours, I attempted to log in again, but this time I didn't receive any SMS for the second step of verification. Despite numerous tries, I was prompted for a code from a generator that I hadn't activated, and the troubleshooting message indicated too many SMS requests.

I received a notification on Facebook that my account was being accessed from a different city. Following the prompt, I changed my password, but now I can't log in at all. While Messenger works, my attempts to log in say it's my old account. I have sentimental memories and business connections on Facebook. The recovery email is outdated, and I never imagined this could occur. My current email is [redacted] I'm concerned about losing personal information shared on my account. Please assist me. Thank you, Krista Bain.

I created a company Facebook page using my personal ID, then realized I should have used the Business Manager with my company ID instead. I shifted to the Business Manager and tried to add the existing page, but I couldn't because my business ID wasn't listed as an Admin on the page created under my personal ID. I struggled to add my business ID as an admin to the existing page. When attempting to "Add a Page from Another User," I encountered the options to "Add Existing Page" or "Create a Page." Opting to create a page resulted in an infinite loop. Dealing with Facebook in this situation has been challenging.

Hello, my name is Jai S. My account has been blocked for 30 days because you stated that I wrote hateful comments on a post. I came across a video of two black girls and a white girl fighting in Orlando, where I live. The white people in the video were criticizing the black girls. I used the term "white trash" in response to the situation. I wasn't promoting hate, just addressing the bias against the black girls. I feel unfairly treated by having my Facebook account blocked as I was merely sharing information from the video. I believe this issue may have arisen due to my use of the term "white girl," which I find discriminatory.

I experienced a hacking incident on Messenger, resulting in the loss of most of my Facebook friends. I took the step to remove the Messenger app and initially deleted the FB app, but have since reinstalled it. Prior to the hacking, I had [redacted] friends, which has now dwindled to just 28. According to my daughter, the hacker created a new FB account using my middle initial, whereas I typically use my full maiden name. The hacker has managed to convince 49 of my former friends to add them, mistakenly thinking it was me. I reached out on the false account to clarify the situation and reported it to FB for fraud. I am appalled to discover that the hacker is posting political content on my behalf, as I refrain from engaging in such content. I have no interest in sharing political messages, although I may support by liking content. I kindly ask for assistance in removing the fraudulent account associated with my middle initial, restoring my original friends list, and eliminating the unwanted political posts.

For the past week, my posts are not appearing after I publish them. I have checked and made sure they do not contain any inappropriate language or content, yet they are still not showing up. If this issue persists, I may have to consider closing my account. Recently, I uploaded pictures and a video of my nephew's new car as he requested, but it did not post. A few months ago, my account was hacked, and it took me three days of attempting to log in multiple times before I could change my password. I had a similar experience with MySpace in the past where my page got completely messed up, leading me to stop using that platform altogether. I hope to avoid a similar situation with Facebook.

Hello, I'm contacting to address an issue we are currently facing with the Facebook page for the Weller Library. The page is still managed by a former employee named Catherine Daly, who is no longer associated with the village or the library. We urgently need to regain control of the page to update event information and respond to messages promptly. I, Bre A Baylor, am the new Library Director, and I kindly request that the page administration be transferred to me as soon as possible. For authentication purposes, my user profile is currently under the name Jane Anne Edward. I can switch it back to Bre Baylor or provide you with a copy of my driver's license and the letter confirming my appointment as the Library Director. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Bre Anne Baylor Email: [redacted]

My friend is facing an issue with accessing her old Facebook account as she has forgotten both the password and email address associated with it. She believes the email might be [redacted] but cannot recall the Yahoo account password either. Despite being on her friend list, the email address is not visible to me, likely due to privacy settings. She urgently needs to access the account for important information. We are kindly requesting Facebook to consider implementing a feature that allows users to merge multiple accounts into one, as it would greatly simplify managing different accounts. Personally, I had similar challenges with multiple accounts in the past and consolidating them would have been beneficial. Thank you for considering our request. Zulfikar

My friend has forgotten the email address and password of her old Facebook account. She needs urgent access, but even though I'm on her friend list, I can't see her email address due to privacy settings. She believes the email might be ***@***.com, but she also can't recall the email account password. It would be extremely helpful if Facebook could assist in regaining access to her account as it holds crucial information. I suggest that Facebook should consider implementing a feature allowing users to merge multiple accounts into one to avoid confusion. Personally, I had several accounts for games and entertainment as a child, but consolidating them would simplify things. Thank you.

I need help with a Facebook post that was flagged. I recently shared a lighthearted post on a Facebook group that was flagged for violating community guidelines. The content was humorous and did not include any nudity, only a few mildly vulgar words with missing letters, which I personally don't find offensive. Following the notification from Facebook, I was given two options: to request a review or to accept the violation. I'm uncertain which option I selected, but currently, only I can view the post, with a message indicating that it will be deleted soon due to the supposed violation. However, it has not been removed even after 24 hours. On the support page, the post's status remains open, with a mention that a review team will reassess it upon request. I would like to know where I can find the review option as I wish to prevent the post from being deleted. Despite my post's high engagement and lack of explicit content, I'm puzzled as to why it was flagged in the first place when more severe content often remains untouched. I made the post with the intention of spreading joy, not causing offense. I hope for a swift resolution to this issue. I have shared a screenshot of the post and the support inbox status for reference. If further details are needed, I can provide them.

Hello and good day. I've been hacked after having this account for over 12 years without any issues before. I am puzzled as to why someone would want to hack me or why the password and email were changed. This has made it difficult for me to access certain information. As an event host and online group administrator, not having access to my accounts is affecting my work. Despite reaching out for the past 9 months to a year, I have not received adequate assistance from Facebook support. Furthermore, I have received messages from friends about unusual activities on my account, which I have been unable to address. I have a history of over 10 years with this account and I am eager to regain access.

Hello and good day. I have been hacked, and this has never happened in over 12 years of having this account. I don't understand why someone would want to hack me or why my password and email were changed. It has been challenging to obtain certain information without my usual access. I have organized many online events and manage another group, but I can't access those accounts due to losing access to my own. I have been trying to reach someone with higher authority at Facebook for several months to a year without a satisfactory response, just going in circles. I haven't posted anything, yet friends are receiving messages that seem to be from me. I am concerned and just want to regain access to my account. My name on the account is Lacez Ashley. I trust that Facebook will address this issue fairly and help me recover my account.
