Hello, I used to manage several work pages, but after a promotion, I was replaced and lost admin access. However, I still have my personal online store called GOYA Lebanon. Recently, Facebook flagged all the pages, including my store, for violating guidelines. I am confused as to why I am linked to these pages since I am no longer responsible for them. I am only managing the Goya Lebanon page, and I don't see the connection. I have contacted Facebook via email, but I have not received a response. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue?

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the Swiss Stays Facebook and Instagram pages. I recently acquired Swiss Stays from the previous owner, David Schottenstein. The individual who initially managed the Swiss Stays pages on Facebook and Instagram is no longer part of the company, and we have been unable to reach them. The email addresses associated with these platforms are also inactive. I would like to request permission to take control of these accounts. My ten-year-old brother, Ai Va, mistakenly added a photo to my Messenger Day, resulting in my account being blocked for 30 days. I was unaware until I tried to log in and discovered the block. The photo, chosen randomly by my brother, was not meant for Facebook, only for Messenger. It contained inappropriate content, which I understand, but it wasn't shared on my profile where children could see it. I apologize for the misunderstanding and assure you this won't happen again. Please consider my situation, as my brother was playing with my phone. I carry it with me now, so this won't reoccur. I kindly request to have my account unblocked. Thank you for your understanding. I have two emails associated with my account. The email I use for login, "Gyminicrinit," I haven't accessed in over 10 years. Recently, that email was compromised, leading to my Facebook account being hacked. The hacker changed my password and added their own email. I managed to regain access by changing the password and using my current email linked to the account. However, this morning, they changed the password again and accessed my account from California, having previously logged in from Seattle. I reside in Omaha, Nebraska. They also connected my account to a suspicious foreign Facebook group. I need to detach the "Gyminicrikit" email from my account, but it's currently my login email. I want to set the email listed below as my new login for Facebook and remove the old one.

I created a Facebook account ([redacted]) to link my Pokémon GO account but used a picture of Lebron James which caused it to be disabled. My Pokémon GO account is now stuck on that Facebook profile and I need to regain access to it. I would like Facebook to temporarily unlock the profile so I can recover my Pokémon GO account. I have never had any issues with Facebook before. Recently, my phone broke, and I am currently using my son's phone. Everything went smoothly on FB until a few days ago when I tried to log in and was prompted to change my password. After attempting to do so, I was instructed to log in using a device I had used before, which is not possible as I only access FB on inactive phones. Following their request to send a picture of my ID, I received a temporary password. However, when trying to create a new password, I encountered an error message stating that FB is facing a problem and will notify me once resolved. This cycle has recurred five times. Given that Facebook contains all my cherished memories and photos, including those of my kids, I am distressed as I have never engaged in any offensive behavior on the platform. My FB usage is primarily for staying connected with loved ones back home. I seek assistance to understand the cause of this issue and to resolve it promptly.

My account, "Ol Verm," is associated with the email address "[redacted]" Last Friday, June 8th, I changed my password due to Facebook's prompt after posting about my stolen bike. I faced issues with accessing my account but eventually regained entry after changing the password. Unfortunately, I now can't recall this new password as I was preoccupied with trying to recover my bike. When attempting to retrieve the password through the "Forgot your password" option, Facebook sent a code to my old email "[redacted]," which I no longer use apart from Facebook. This hinders my access to my account. I propose changing my email to my current one, "[redacted]" Is it possible to facilitate this change? Additionally, could a verification process be implemented, such as recognizing friends' pictures, to confirm my identity? I eagerly await instructions on reclaiming access to my account. I enjoy playing Uno in teams of two, but some players take pleasure in not calling "Uno" and using their wild card at the last moment. This has happened to me so many times that I feel like I should receive compensation in the form of points since I have lost a significant amount due to players intentionally stacking Draw 4 cards, falsely claiming colors, and not playing the right cards. I would like a way to report such behavior so that these players can face consequences, and I can receive the points back that I have lost during these games. I have lost a considerable amount of points and requesting a substantial number of points to be credited back to me for the unfair gameplay I have experienced.

I run a business Facebook account for Echodale Farm, where I promote posts to grow my follower count. Recently, Facebook temporarily banned me from inviting people who liked my posts to like my page. My farm-related posts are not controversial or political, and I only advertise for exposure to expand my audience. I am unsure why this restriction was placed on my account. I received a friend request on Messenger from someone pretending to be a family member, Gene Yanchey King. After realizing it was a fake account, they mentioned their phone was acting up but didn't provide a number. I attempted to reset my password but can't recall the code. My Facebook account was linked to an old email, [redacted], that I no longer use, and that's where they were sending the reset code. I couldn't update to my current email, [redacted], without the password, so I deleted Facebook Messenger from my devices. Could you please confirm the deletion of my account? I acquired a pre-owned laptop and was horrified to find it infected with malware and spyware. Despite attempting a Windows reinstallation, the hacking issue was severe and rendered the laptop unusable, leading to its destruction. As a result of the hackers' activities, I lost contact with my friends on Facebook, who were targeted for money scams impersonating me. The hacking has extended to our other electronic devices, and they have even intruded into my home since [redacted]. I purchased some jewelry items from companies listed here, and they have charged my card but not delivered the products. Despite promising delivery within one to three days, I have yet to receive anything. I am frustrated that they have taken my money without providing the items I paid for. If my order is not fulfilled, I intend to take legal action.

I have an issue with content being reposted countless times on various platforms. Instead of flagging the images on the group and leaving a message for page owners, individuals messaged my personal account. Despite most being rude, a few were kind. The content was finally removed after a while, but my main account got reported and I'm now restricted. I've always followed the rules on social media, and this situation was handled poorly. I need my art account to be reinstated as it's crucial for my connections. Please reconsider the ban as I've never faced such issues before and need to stay in touch with my family, galleries, and clients. The original problem has been resolved, and my personal account shouldn't be punished for it. Contacting page and group admins directly would have been more appropriate rather than attacking personal accounts. I urge you to lift the restriction on my account.

Hello, I am encountering a disturbing issue and wanted to bring it to your attention. Animal owners, particularly of pitbulls, are listing their dogs on Facebook either for free or for a fee. What's troubling is that some individuals are picking up these animals and either surrendering them to high kill shelters or even resorting to shooting them and abandoning their bodies. I recently came across a heart-wrenching story about a pitbull who was adopted after spending months at a shelter, only to be shot mere hours later. This is unacceptable! While I understand that monitoring everything can be challenging, there must be some actions that can be taken to address this. It seems that this issue is also present on Craigslist. I am concerned that Craigslist and Facebook might face legal repercussions if this continues. I believe intervention is necessary before this situation escalates further. I am eager to know how I can contribute to resolving this troublesome matter.

After experiencing damage to my old phone, I had to replace it and got logged out of my Instagram account, as I couldn't remember my password. I've been struggling for the past three days to regain access as security codes keep being sent without success. Facebook reached out on behalf of the Instagram team requesting a handwritten code along with my full name and username, which I promptly provided, but haven't received any further communication. I understand the security measures in place, but I'm eager to regain access to my account as it is not compromised. I hope to hear back from you soon to resolve this matter.

I have an iPhone 7, and all my services are up to date. Facebook has forced me to change my password five times in the last two months, and now, it's asking for another change. While browsing on Facebook and watching video clips, suddenly, a message pops up saying my session has ended, and I have to sign back in. Then, I receive another message about suspicious activity leading to a temporary account suspension. This cycle of changing passwords and being blocked from actions is affecting my business page linked to the account. I can't access it. I need assistance as this situation is frustrating. Thank you.

On May 20, [redacted], I purchased a 4-tip eyebrow tattoo pen through a Facebook ad. I have not yet received my order. After reaching out to inquire about my missing item, I was contacted by a company called alpha buying.zendesk.com. Their email did not address my concerns. My order number is AB104544. Despite trying to track my order using the tracking number LN[redacted]30CN, I have had no success. The product cost $14.37, and I simply want either the product delivered or a refund. Unfortunately, I have faced several difficulties with Facebook ads in the past, resulting in scams and wasted time. I will be cautious before making any future purchases advertised on Facebook.
