I have been a Facebook user for over ten years. Four days ago, when I logged into my Facebook app, I was surprised it asked for my password, although I always stay logged in. After several failed attempts with my old password, I opted to reset it. However, despite changing my password and completing the security questions multiple times, I keep receiving an error message stating, "oops something went wrong please try again later." My friends even tried to search for me on Facebook, but my profile seemed to have vanished. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from Facebook's help center and inability to resolve this issue. I have reported the problem to the BBB and seek immediate assistance to regain access to my original account rather than creating a new one. Genuinely troubled by this situation after changing my password more than 30 times. A swift resolution is greatly appreciated.

After changing my password on my account, I was supposed to receive a six-digit SMS code on my phone, but I haven't received it despite numerous attempts. My email is [redacted], the one I used years ago to create my Facebook account, but my active email is [redacted] I have already updated it years ago. I have also submitted a photo of my government ID as requested, but have not received any email or response. I have tried these steps multiple times. Please, I need real help because I just found out that a friend passed away, and today is his funeral. Everyone has been trying to reach me on Facebook, which I have been unable to access for some time. Thank you. I have also taken a photo of myself with a four-digit code.

I recently took over as the manager at a business and discovered that unauthorized Facebook ads were being run from our account by the previous manager. I need assistance in either deleting the ads account as per my boss's request or stopping the ads to avoid being charged for them. Currently, I'm unable to take any action in the Ads Manager due to an outstanding balance, despite canceling all ads three weeks ago. I can't even remove the bank account details to prevent further charges. These ads aren't reaching our target audience and are irrelevant to our business. While I'm willing to clear the existing balance, I want to avoid incurring any new charges. These ads are causing issues for my boss, and he may need to close his Amex account because of this situation. I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this matter by either deleting the account or halting the campaign with the existing balance owed. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance with regaining access to my personal Facebook account, "Sharon Goebel." It seems someone has taken over my account, changing the associated email and phone number. My original email is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. Despite my profile picture remaining the same, I am unable to log in. I have received password reset options for unfamiliar email addresses and phone numbers. The recent change in login information has left me locked out of my account. There is someone named Joel Andrew Robertson who seems to be using my name, Joel P Robertson, on social media to avoid being found. On a site called Pipil, his profile picture is actually my picture from Facebook, and it keeps updating when I change mine. Even if it were my own information, having my details linked to someone else is disturbing. I am concerned about how my private photos from Facebook are ending up on random sites like this. I have attempted to alter my information to no avail. Until this is resolved, I have chosen not to use my actual photos as profile pictures.

There is a Facebook member named Martjin Voglestar who is recommending "hunting down" others and posting personal information. Here is a post from the member: The release of the Saskatoon video has sparked controversy, with certain individuals attempting to block it from YouTube. I created a video to unmask an individual responsible for causing trouble on various GNR platforms under nicknames like MJStealth, Warchild, and others. This person, Joel Hutchins from Tuscaloosa, is described as an autistic loner living in a trailer park community with no social life. Along with another individual named Walker Alford, they have been attacking multiple pages and individuals. After my mocking video, my channel was targeted, and now it's offline. I am now focused on addressing their actions over the past decade. It's concerning that they have an account with the IFPI to issue automated strikes without proper oversight. The IFPI's slow response is frustrating.

I have reset my password multiple times, but each time I reach the Market Place page, I encounter an error message preventing me from deleting items and prompting me to try again later. I need assistance in resolving this issue. I can provide a screenshot of the specific error message if you share an email address. I have already sent a copy to [redacted] In an attempt to understand the problem, I have created a new Facebook (FB) page, but now I am unable to view my own profile and have been restricted to only joining one of the group pages I manage. Will I lose all my posted baby photos from the past 15 years?

My old Gmail account, [redacted], was hacked, and now I can't recover my Facebook account under the name Samantha Ann. I had chosen 3 to 5 emergency contacts to assist in accessing my Facebook, including my brother, Scott Meding, my sister, Megan Kozlowski, and my aunt, Christine Humphrey, but none of them received a verification code. I am the same person for both accounts and would like to regain access to the Samantha Ann account. My new email address for the time being is [redacted] I am the owner of both email addresses, sam.meding1744 and s.meding1744, linked via Gmail to the Samantha Ann account, but I'm unable to access any of them as they have all been changed.

Hello, I created an account named Amar Mishra a while ago, but I no longer have access to it as I forgot all the login details like username and password. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in permanently deleting this account. My friends still see this account when they search, and it displays an old picture of me. I'd like it removed completely. Please contact me at [redacted] so I can send you a screenshot of the profile I want to delete. I recently got a new phone and attempted to change my password since I forgot it. During the process, I was prompted to do multi-factor authentication, but I did not receive the 6-digit code via SMS for 2 days. After researching further, I realized I needed to download a code generator from my settings while logged in to obtain the code. I have tried contacting Facebook by sending a photo ID, but they have not sent me any codes or unlocked my account to grant access. I have not received adequate help or service from Facebook, as there is no customer service number to call. This forum is my only outlet to connect with someone regarding my issue. I am seeking assistance to unlock my account, reset my password, and improve the quality of service I am receiving.

I am attempting to set up Facebook and Messenger on my new phone, but I have forgotten my password. Despite trying to recover it using my email and phone number, it indicates that there is no account linked to them. While I am still logged into Facebook on my old phone and have added both my email and phone number to my account, it does not recognize them. Although I receive the pin when I request it on my number, it says I have used too many pins even on the first try. The issue lies in it trying to use my old high school email, which I have as my secondary email, but I cannot remove it without the current password. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm encountering a problem with my Facebook page. As the owner, I'm unable to view the contents or posts on my page due to a scrolling issue. This problem only occurs on my PC, as everything works fine on my mobile device. Oddly, I don't experience this issue when visiting other pages or pages where I'm an editor or owner/admin. The problem is specific to my largest page, and my editors also face the same issue on their PCs. While scrolling down the page timeline, the action bar/write a post tab remains static and expanded, displaying features like "Check in," "Write Note," "Feeling/Activity," "Tag a product," "Offer/Discount," and "Get Messages." This obstructs my view of the page's content. I urgently need assistance with this matter and would appreciate a response within 2 to 3 days.

Our local farmers market is now under new volunteer management. We are unable to make changes to the old Facebook page, so we have created a new one. We have the old username and password from the former volunteers, but we are unsure how to use them to update the old page. Ideally, we would like to merge the two pages to retain all the existing "likes," but if that's not possible, we would like to delete the old page. Unfortunately, none of the former volunteers we've contacted seem to know how to manage or modify the page either. When people visit the site based on our recommendations, they are still being directed to the old page, which contains outdated information, causing confusion. For almost a week now, I've been unable to access my Facebook account, which is also affecting my 'FB Messenger'. While actively using the account, a 'Security Screen' suddenly appeared claiming my account was locked due to suspicious activity. Despite multiple attempts over 5 days from my laptop and phone, I have been unsuccessful in logging back in. Facebook continuously prompts me to verify recent friend accepts and posts, all of which are mine, but when asked about items I posted for sale on the Marketplace, an error message stating "Experiencing a Problem, Please Try Again Later" keeps appearing. Each time, I'm required to create a new password, leading to confusion. I even reformatted my hard drive thinking it was a virus, but nothing has worked. This account is essential to me as a musician who has built a community over a decade, and I'm desperate not to lose it. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Seeking Assistance with Ad Posting Issue Hello, I have faced a persistent issue with placing or responding to ads starting from the first week of April. Each time I try to access a page, I encounter a blockage that requires an appeal. Despite this, no reasons have been provided for this restriction, leaving me feeling frustrated. Currently, I am unable to view any of my ads or receive feedback on them, likely because they are all blocked. Consequently, promoting or boosting these ads seems pointless. Hello, I'm Alysha Hansen. I recently experienced hacking issues and had to create a new Facebook account because I couldn't access my old one where all my daughter's pictures are saved. I planned to save them to my phone, but upon checking my old account through my new one, I discovered that all the photos and information were deleted. This has left me devastated, especially if my daughter's baby pictures are gone. The hacked account containing my daughter's pictures is linked to the email address [redacted], while my new account is under [redacted] Unfortunately, I couldn't recover my old account due to its associated outdated email. I was playing around with the photo props on the Messenger app and accidentally tried to post a picture that got flagged on Facebook for violating community guidelines. Now I can't access my page, and I'm frustrated because I've never posted anything inappropriate before. Hello Facebook Team, I am Jose Martin, and my phone number linked to my Facebook account is [redacted]. My email address is [redacted] I work as a News Camera Operator at NBC. While covering the volcano in Guatemala during an assignment in South America, someone in the shared apartment where I stay intruded into my room without consent and accessed my computer, emails, and bank account. Unfortunately, my Facebook account was deleted, along with all my emails. When I travel abroad for work, I usually do not bring my devices for security purposes. I am feeling increasingly frustrated as I have not received any response from your end. A few months ago, my account was hacked after I clicked on a video. I attempted to reset my password, but instead, I was directed to an account recovery process. Everything was going smoothly until I reached the code generator stage, where I couldn't locate it on the page. This situation has become tiresome and I am reaching out for your assistance. Hello everyone, I am facing a concerning issue regarding someone who created a fake account in [redacted] using my personal information and pictures, including instances of my name being used to insult individuals, especially married Muslim women in the Philippines. This has led to serious consequences for me, including legal troubles, threats, and even dangerous situations. I have attempted to report this fake account to Facebook and have asked my friends for help, but unfortunately, no action has been taken yet. I only have two legitimate Facebook accounts under the names Giancarlo Lizio and Andrew Lizio. All other accounts claiming to be me are impostors, and I urgently request for the fake account to be permanently removed to prevent further harm to me, my son, or my wife. Currently, the fake accounts are temporarily deactivated, but I fear they will reactivate them soon to continue their malicious activities.
