I had a Facebook account under my real name for over 9 years. It contained many precious memories, serving as a journal of my life. Today, I woke up to find my account disabled without any explanation or chance of retrieval. Some friends suspect it may be related to my involvement in sharing a story about a controversial individual who was accused of inappropriate behavior. I received a message while I was sleeping asking me to remove screenshots, possibly related to the situation. I have never had any prior issues or bans on my account, so it seems unfair to lose it so suddenly for what might be a first offense. If this action was taken due to my warning other women about a potential threat, I believe I did the right thing and should not face permanent consequences. I hope for assistance in resolving this misunderstanding or error.

My Facebook account, under the name of Sean Natis Wiggins, was hacked around 4-5 months back. I've tried various ways to contact you, even sending a letter via postal mail. The profile picture is of my horse with a pink blanket. The hackers changed my email address and password, locking me out of my account. They have been messaging my contacts about a Global Fund and attempting to hack them as well. It's frustrating to have friends reach out through other means, asking if I've been sending strange messages. I've even received a friend request from my hacked account to my new account, Natis Wiggins. I informed them about the hack, but they are persistent. They even sent fake FBI badges claiming to be investigating. I need assistance in regaining control of my account. My name is Sean Natis Wiggins, originally from Elko, Nevada, now living in Grants Pass, Oregon, and employed at Fields Home Center. All my personal information is on the hacked Facebook account. Please help me resolve this matter, as I have not found a solution elsewhere.

I've been attempting to regain access to my Facebook account for the past 7 days after being unexpectedly logged out. Unfortunately, I cannot recall my password, and the email associated with the account ([redacted]) is inaccessible to me as I have not used it in a decade and lack the necessary information to recover it. Despite trying to provide Facebook with a photo verification, my account was disabled. I have my mobile number ([redacted]) linked to the account but am unable to use it for the password reset. I resorted to creating a new account under the name Hannah Suniga to contact Facebook for assistance, but I truly need access to my original [redacted] account. I've been an active Facebook user for approximately 10 years and have made numerous attempts to contact Facebook support directly by submitting ID photos. Please help me reactivate my account and enable me to reset my password through my mobile number.

Four days ago, my personal Facebook account, using my nickname, was blocked and disabled by Facebook. I was in the middle of a conversation with a friend when I was abruptly logged out. I submitted 5-10 appeals because I was frustrated. Today, I tried to access the account using the URL and it loaded, but I suspected it was still disabled. I logged in to confirm this and indeed saw the disabled message. I attempted to appeal again, but received an error stating the email or number didn't belong to a disabled account. If my account isn't disabled, why can't I log back in? Why is Facebook being so unprofessional and blocking my account without reason? I simply want access to reply to messages and stop receiving emails about responding to messages when I can't log in. Please, fix this issue promptly.

I need urgent assistance! I am having trouble with my Facebook account. I am unable to recover it as after going through the steps, a message appears saying "my identity can’t be confirmed, please try again later." Despite receiving password reset emails, every login prompts me to reset the password repeatedly. Moreover, my friends have received notifications stating that my account has been disabled for spam, but when I try to appeal, it says my account is not disabled. Additionally, I am not receiving codes on my mobile to reset or confirm my account. Please help me resolve this issue and provide information on how to contact Facebook.

I am attempting to make a payment for the May advertisement fees for "Business Institute Yangon - BIY" using my VISA debit card, but it's not processing. After reaching out to my bank, I received the following response: "Dear Customer, Facebook cannot accept your payment with this card as it has been blocked. You will need to register a new card and add it as a payment method on Facebook. Thank you. Customer Service, KBZ Bank Ltd. - Card Department." I am seeking guidance on how to successfully make this payment and why the current card is not being accepted. I await your response. Best regards, Aye Mar

I am experiencing a technical issue with accessing my Facebook account. The primary phone number linked to my account was removed and replaced by someone else's email and the password was changed. I have followed the account recovery process but have been unsuccessful in regaining access. My trusted friends did not receive the verification code when I requested it. I kindly ask for any assistance available, including an interview if necessary, to help me regain access to my account as I have important matters to attend to. I would be extremely grateful if my request could be considered.

My name is Liam Darcy from 14 Corkhill, Kinnegad, Co Westmeath. My date of birth is the 19th of January [redacted]. Two days ago, my Facebook account was hacked, and my email account was compromised. The passwords for both accounts have been changed, and I can no longer access them. I kindly request Facebook to remove the profile that I have used for nearly four years as it is no longer under my control. Currently, I do not have access to my email, so any correspondence should be directed to my wife's email address. I urgently need the Facebook profile that I no longer have control over to be taken down. Thank you. Liam Darcy

I am inquiring about my personal account, which I attempted to dispute but have not received any response. I provided my email address, [redacted], for communication purposes since I no longer have access to the email linked to my old account. My account was disabled on April 31st, [redacted], for inadvertently violating terms in a closed group. Initially, I was informed by Facebook of a three-day posting ban, which I accepted. However, after just one day, I found myself logged out and unable to sign back in due to the account being disabled. Despite my efforts to report this issue, I have not received any feedback. I created a new account, which was subsequently removed within a week. After nearly nine years of using Facebook, it has become an integral part of my daily life. It feels unjust to be completely banned after a first offense, as Facebook plays a significant role in my daily activities.

I am continuously facing bans for old pictures that are causing trouble for no reason. I previously discussed this issue with a Facebook representative during the time when admins were targeting accounts with conservative content, assuring me that it wouldn't happen again. This time, I suspect I was reported by someone named Tracy who got upset after a playful comment led to unwanted attention from her end. I am frustrated by these recurring bans every month for harmless content that does not violate any rules. This situation is becoming tiresome. Please contact me via my cell at [redacted].

I have been attempting to regain access to my Facebook account for some time now but have been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, I lost my phone and no longer have access to the two-factor authentication required to log in. Despite submitting my ID for account recovery, I have not received an email to proceed. The account under the name Marisa Resendiz, linked to ([redacted]), with the password (redacted), has become inaccessible for almost a week now. I urgently need to get in touch with important contacts. Despite changing my password, I am still prompted for a 6-digit login code that I am unable to provide. After exhausting the ID submission process without success, I fear losing access to an account I've had for over 8 years with valuable friends, photos, and information. Assistance in restoring my account would be greatly appreciated.

I recently experienced an issue with my deactivated account. After sharing a post about Education with friends, I later found my account deactivated without warning. Despite attempting to log back in, I received a deactivation notification, possibly due to an incorrect password entry. I tried creating a new account, which was unsuccessful. Following Facebook's reactivation steps, I submitted copies of my passport and driver's license as requested but encountered difficulties uploading them. It has been a day since this incident occurred on June 8th, and I am yet to receive any confirmation of the documents being received. As a teacher who heavily relies on Facebook for personal, classroom, and professional communication internationally, I am uncertain about the next steps and eagerly await Facebook's response to resolve this matter promptly.

On Wednesday evening, my account got hacked on Facebook. I was locked out and asked to reset my password multiple times due to the hack. Despite trying various passwords, I had to resort to mobile SMS verification, which I had to repeat three times since then. Now, it seems mobile SMS verification has been disabled. Additionally, my account is linked to an inactive email address. I am seeking to regain access to my account, update the linked email address, re-enable mobile SMS verification, and set up trusted friends on my account for access recovery.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. It was linked to my old phone, which I accidentally smashed at work, and an old email account that I no longer have access to. I followed all the instructions and had my trusted friends help verify my identity. I received codes from them, but now it's saying it sent a link to my email which I cannot find. When I try to resend, I get an error message. By the time I can try again, the codes expire. All I want is to regain access to my account. Thank you.

Yesterday evening, I received an email notifying me that a password change request was made on my account, followed by another email just a minute later confirming the change. Unfortunately, the hacker promptly changed my account's primary email to one I can't access. This has left me unable to utilize Facebook's account recovery tools as entering my old password prompts a message saying it was changed 10 hours ago, and any confirmation code is sent to the hacker's email. If a confirmation code could be sent to my phone to verify my identity, that would be ideal. Nonetheless, I am inclined to delete my account to prevent any further unauthorized access to my personal information. Kindly suggest an alternative method for confirming my identity.

I need assistance. In May [redacted], I bought an item from an advertiser called "Kitchen on Line Gadgets". Upon opening the item, I discovered it was damaged and not user-friendly. I reached out to them for a refund, packed the item, and awaited return instructions. However, they refused a refund stating their policy excludes sale items. Despite explaining it was broken, they were unhelpful. I find myself at a loss of $69.95. After searching on Facebook, I noticed other customers facing similar issues with this advertiser. Can Facebook ensure this advertiser acts ethically and respects their customers? I appreciate any support provided through this customer help forum. -Jo D.

I am seeking clarification on the reason behind the denial of access to my account. Originally, I only created a social media account due to persistent suggestions from an acquaintance, urging me to establish a personal presence online. I was under the impression that setting up an account on Facebook for my page would be a straightforward and complimentary process. In contrast to the numerous irrelevant advertisements and inappropriate content, my page is dedicated to providing legitimate advice and adheres to ethical standards. As a professional in the business industry, I was shocked by the immediate request from Facebook staff on my initial login to verify my identity. In my surprise, I accidentally uploaded the incorrect image. I am questioning if this intrusive approach towards clients is a standard practice for your platform, as I conduct my own business with more respect for privacy. It goes without saying that no social media platform should insist on invasive challenges to privacy rights as a requirement for membership. Even in high-security settings like government buildings, the procedures are less impolite. I was assured that uploaded pictures would be promptly deleted without any retention; my team will supervise this. Moreover, in the event that my page is unjustly kept restricted (I alter, thus I am ME), I understand that according to Federal regulations, I have the right to retrieve my content including posts and images. I trust that this message will lead to a satisfactory resolution. The legal issues surrounding Facebook are widely known by the public.

I am experiencing trouble viewing a video sent to me on Facebook. The video starts loading but then abruptly stops playing. I have already reported the problem through Facebook's website but have not received a response. It is frustrating not getting a timely resolution to my issue. In response to a message claiming my account was fixed, I must inform you that the problem persists. I am unsure why the message states that the issue is resolved when it is not. There is no guidance provided on how to address the problem. To rectify this matter, please provide me with additional information or another contact person to assist me. It is unacceptable that this issue remains unresolved.
