This issues is STILL NOT fixed!!! NOYHING in the list of other issues that might be similar are similar so I can NOT check any of them off!!! HOW many times do I have to repeat my original concern and NOW my issue with the lack of response from FB?????

I was TRYING---am STILL TRYING (today ****'**) to get someone from FB to HUMANLY respond to this ongoing issue---NOW with the addition of NOT getting ANY satisfactory answer!!!! I NEED to know if FB sees my original issue as something that really needs looking into and an what action would be taken!!! ... Yesterday ****'** I sent in a report to FB about my concern about one of the users I've been in touch with and who I don't think is who he says he is--indeed I've found out some info that caused red flags raised!!! However his profile is still accessible on FB and I'm wondering if my concerns have been ignored by FB! How do I know if my concern has been looked into? Your "methods" of reporting leave much to be desired as they are too general!! I could share with you the info I've discovered but am not sure how many "characters" you allow in this message! This IS especially frustrating because I feel this person and his profile NEEDS to be seen together with the knowledge I have!!! Apparently there is a "history" connected to him!!!
They could make this (partly) right by RESPONDING to me in such a way that they are not only addressing my original concern abd now my (new) issue of feeling I am being ignored!!! They could also make this right by deleting the profile that is my concern if they agree the person ( with WHOM i have texted) is a potential problem to others who he contacts or they contact him!!!
I have had a FB accout for at least **-** years and have never had a problem or complaint about FB----BUT---that is quickly changing as I feel I'm am being ignored, or at least being given a "run around"!!!!!
Besides TRYING to get a response from a HUMAN going over and thru the "help center" and customer servive I'm not sure what else I can do!!!!
