We are attempting to upload a CSV file to Facebook for the Locations Page Feature to consolidate our 47 location pages under one Franchise Page. After filling out the template as instructed, we consistently encounter an error message stating: "Some Locations Can't Be Added 47 Locations With Errors These locations can't be added due to issues in the CSV information. Correct the errors to proceed with adding the locations." Upon reviewing the error file, we found that the issues persist in the following columns: • Store Number • Page ID: Main Page • Page ID: Location Page • Postal Code The reported "errors" indicate that the content is formatted as text instead of numbers. Despite multiple attempts to rectify this by changing the format to numbers, saving the file, and re-uploading, the error persists. How should we address this issue?

I recently came across a page named "I am upset" that offers paid promotion services for content creators. After negotiating a fee with them to feature my video, I made the payment but did not receive the promised promotion. Despite numerous attempts to contact the Admin for confirmation, they failed to respond, claiming their page was banned for two weeks, which I later found to be untrue as they were responsive to my friend's inquiries. When I confronted them with evidence, the Admin replied rudely and made a racist comment. I decided to withdraw my video from their platform due to their unprofessional behavior. It has been over a week, and I am yet to receive a refund or any response from them despite reporting the issue to Facebook. I received a text message alerting me that someone was attempting to change the password for my Kaydee Garner account, prompting me to change it myself. However, the following day, I discovered that my account had either been disabled or compromised. My email and phone number were unlinked, and I noticed a different, unfamiliar hotmail email associated with the account during the password recovery process, despite my use of gmail. Although my account is still visible on my friends' pages, my profile picture has disappeared. I have since created a new account with the same Kaydee Garner name and my email [redacted], but I am eager to regain access to my old account due to the years of history, photos, and connections it holds.

I am the trusted contact for my sister who is unable to recover her original account under her correct name. Someone has accessed her current account, preventing her from posting since June 6. Following a catfishing incident in February, reported to Facebook and the FBI, the same person gained entry to her account on June 6 and locked her out. This individual deleted their Facebook account under the name Michael Johnson, claiming to be in a photo they sent to my sister. Communication was redirected to Hangouts. Despite efforts with Facebook, we remain unable to access her account or personal data. We are concerned about her friends' security as this hacker seems to have infiltrated her account through a friend. We seek assistance from Facebook to address this serious breach.

I have been experiencing difficulties messaging one person named Kimberly Combs for about a week now. Today, I decided to contact Facebook for assistance and phoned [redacted]. I spoke with a technician and explained the situation. He mentioned that my account was being hacked by individuals from Nigeria and Texas, advising me to purchase two $25 Google gift cards for an application to resolve the issue, with a promise of a refund. Feeling skeptical, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was connected to a person named Jack Miller at [redacted] ext.[redacted] who instructed me to buy the gift cards and call him back. He assured me that the program would be purchased to stop the hackers, and I would be refunded promptly. When I questioned the refund process, he suggested using moneygram. I expressed my concerns about having to pay to address a security issue on Facebook.

I was at a BART station in Concord, CA when as a disabled senior using a walker, I was on Facebook when a guy walked by and grabbed my phone. I attempted to chase after him but was unsuccessful. Later, I received a notification from Facebook stating that I have violated their policies and my account was blocked. They requested proof of my identity, but I don't have the means to scan and send the required documents. My nephew suggested creating a new account with a new email and password, which I did, but after three days, I was asked to provide photo proof of my identity once again. I tried to comply but my account was disabled once more. Facebook is crucial to me, and I don't want to switch to Instagram as my primary social media platform. I appreciate any assistance. Vicki H.

Facebook has requested photographic ID from me, but I am hesitant due to privacy concerns, especially given recent incidents involving personal information. My Facebook ID is under the name church Pernicious, and I have tried using Peter Church, but it seems to be taken. I am associated with a child protection organization called Baca, where safeguarding our identities is crucial. I urge Facebook to reactivate my account so I can connect with friends. I solely communicate with friends on Facebook, not in public spaces. My friends all recognize me, so I am not attempting to deceive anyone. I hope to receive a response soon; this is my third contact attempt with Facebook.

Hello, my daughter has been facing harassment from a previous tenant who has serious mental health issues. I was hesitant when she mentioned taking in a tenant from California without a background check or job. The tenant has blocked my daughter, preventing her from viewing a defamatory post on Facebook with unauthorized pictures. We urgently request the removal of this post. Facebook is requesting my identification, but I hesitate to provide it, fearing for my privacy due to the nature of my association. The individuals on my friends list are familiar with me, and I value authenticity. Facebook's involvement in a recent incident concerns me, and I am not comfortable sharing my photo ID as requested. Social media platforms like Facebook should be for socializing and enjoyment, not for demanding personal information to access my account. I believe that content posted on Facebook belongs to the user, so the current situation seems unjust. I have observed similar complaints from other users, and I view Facebook's actions as coercive.

I am frustrated with Facebook claiming that my post on a free and for sale page includes illegal items, which is not true as I only posted clothes and hats. When I try to appeal the decision, the form does not display the items in question, making it impossible to submit the appeal. This lack of clarity and disorganization is disappointing. Why are hats and clothes considered "illegal" when they clearly comply with Facebook's policies? Additionally, reaching customer service by phone has been impossible as nobody answers after calling for an hour. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am reconsidering using Facebook for selling items in the future.

I need help with my Instagram account. I recently lost access to my old email and created a new one, which I set as the primary email on my account. I also tried to update my outdated phone number, but the confirmation email showed my old number was still there. When I tried to correct this, my account got blocked for suspicious activity. However, the verification options provided were incorrect, leaving me unable to access my account. Can you please update my email and phone number on my Instagram account to resolve this issue? My account is linked to a phone number that now belongs to a different Facebook account, a fake one! My Facebook has been hacked, the email is no longer mine, so I can't regain access through it. My password has been changed, and the number associated with a fake account, preventing me from accessing it! Someone used my phone to lock me out and create a new fake account using my number. I have my phone number back now, but I'm using a different phone as the original one was stolen. Each time I try to log in with my phone number, I receive a message stating the number is being used for another account. I need to regain access to my Facebook; I'm worried about my pictures and contacts! Facebook can't reach me via the email listed, but I can confirm I am Alison Austin with the account name Ali Austin and phone number 00[redacted]54. Please assist me! :'(

I received a notification about my account being suspended. I attempted to reset my password and initially tried my most recent one from my password log. Unfortunately, the system indicated this was entered incorrectly. Subsequently, I tried the password just before the most recent one, but encountered the same outcome. Since I only had one other password saved, I tried that one as well, yet received the same error message. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my Facebook account.

I have exhausted all options to regain access to my Facebook account. Despite reaching out to three individuals for the passcode, attempting to reset my password, and contacting both my email providers, I still cannot log in. One company suggested I purchase a hacking program, but I am unable to afford it currently. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance I am receiving and have thoroughly researched all the available resources provided by Facebook. I kindly ask for help in restoring my account without being pressured to buy unnecessary products. Thank you.

I used to have a Facebook account under my full name, Stephanie Burgess. Recently, I deactivated it and only kept Messenger. Today, a strange thing occurred when my friend logged out of Messenger, and I couldn't log back in using my usual Gmail and password. Instead, it redirected me to an old page related to my hair business, which I don't use anymore. I'm worried I might have been hacked as I can't access my original account linked to Stephanie Burgess. I tried changing my password, but it only connects me to the old page. I need help to regain access to my real account.

I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook ad account. I recently set up a Business Manager account and a public page for my business with the intention of creating an ad account. However, after selecting my local currency, I accidentally disabled the ad account without adding a payment method. Facebook requires me to add a payment method to reactivate the ad account, but my debit card is not being accepted. I discovered that I can use PayPal as a payment method, but it's only available for ad accounts set in USD. Unfortunately, I cannot change the currency or create a new ad account. While I managed to link PayPal to my personal ad account, I prefer to use it for my business ad account to ensure the Facebook pixel works correctly. I am reaching out for assistance as the system is not providing me with a solution. Thank you.

After performing a factory reset on my mobile device, I encountered challenges recovering my Google and Facebook/Messenger accounts due to using an outdated email address from over 10 years ago. Despite my efforts to update it in the past, I faced repeated issues with each new phone. Upon realizing this, I attempted to create a new account but encountered freezing and malfunctioning, possibly due to both using the same phone number. Despite trying to reset passwords and providing identification photos, I am now locked out of both accounts and Messenger, losing access to communicating with friends and viewing my children's photos. This situation is distressing to me as all my photos of my two kids since birth are stored in my primary account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently got logged out of my Facebook account and received a message saying it was temporarily disabled due to suspicious activity. I'm unsure if this happened because I switch devices frequently for work or just to stay in touch with friends. I followed the verification steps, but still can't log back in after waiting a day. Some people have been unable to reach me, causing me to worry.

I've been trying to access my Facebook account for 5 days. I was logged out and can't remember my password. The email linked to my account is a hotmail address I haven't used in ten years, and I don't have enough information to recover it. I tried sending Facebook a photo of myself, but they disabled my account. I need to reset the password via the mobile number linked to the account, but that option isn't available.
