I am having issues with messaging one person so far, Kimberly combs.i have been dealing with it for about a week. Today I went and looked up the number for facebook so I could call and talk to someone for help. I called *** *** **** I got an tech and told him what was going. He told me that I was being hacked, one out of nigeria and another out of texas and I needed to go and purchase * $** Google gift cards to pay for the application that was needed and after he was done I would be refunded my money. That sounded a little weird so I asked to speak to a supervisor. I got a guy he said his name was jack miller and his direct number was *** *** **** ext.****. And I should go get the two $** cards and call him back immediately. He would buy the program, stop the ip addresses, and then he would immediately refund me my money. When I inquired about how I would get the money back he told me he could moneygram it to me. I told him that I should not have to waste my time and money to pay for facebook to stop the two hackers.
GetHuman-getzm did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
