Dear Facebook, I have security concerns about my Facebook account and rarely use it for this reason. However, I tried to access it yesterday and encountered issues when trying to change my password. I received an email asking me to contact three friends for security purposes, which I find unnecessary and risky. I believe my email address should be sufficient to access my account. If not, I will cease using your services. There has been a recent resurgence of a scam circulating on Facebook that is affecting my account and many of my friends' accounts. The issue is frustrating as it disables the ability to report it. Facebook needs to be more proactive in monitoring and addressing these types of hacks. Many users are considering deleting their accounts due to feeling unsafe. As someone who works with sensitive data, this poses a significant risk to my job. Facebook must take action to combat these hacks by improving feed monitoring and quickly removing malicious content. It is vital for the platform to regain users' trust and ensure a safe environment for all.

I'm new to Facebook, Roseanne R., with phone number [redacted]. A friend helped set up my personal and business pages. My account got suspended for an identity verification photo, then disabled citing a violation without specifics. I appealed but mistakenly submitted a photo instead of an ID. In a login attempt later, I got locked out and my email was not recognized ([redacted]). Another appeal fails with an error, despite it being reviewed for accuracy. I have contacted Facebook support with the following message: A little over 24 hours ago, I created a new Instagram account named Stay Golden Las Vegas. Subsequently, I set up a new Shopify store for the brand and claimed the corresponding Facebook page. I uploaded three products on Instagram, linked them to the Shopify store, and put $[redacted], $33 each for three products, into ads for 24 hours. After noticing discrepancies between Google analytics and Facebook promotions, I expressed my concerns in the community. Shortly afterwards, Facebook detected suspicious activity, disabled my account along with the ads I was still paying for, and disconnected the Shopify store from Instagram and Facebook. This has rendered the links I paid for useless. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you. I am the owner of the Instagram account and the newly created page, Stay Golden Las Vegas. I was eager to use Facebook's advertising to promote my new product line. I am perplexed as to why my page was disabled after only 18 hours, undermining my efforts to launch my brand. I seek clarification, a refund for the advertising costs, and restoration of my page. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Jennifer Robertson. I updated my password a while ago, but now I forgot it after getting a new phone, and I cannot receive the code to reset it. Even when trying through email, I received a message with the name Alexander Bulkgakov (the hacker). My email isn't linked to my account, and I can't attach it without the password that I can't recall. I'm hesitant to delete my account as I have many photos on Facebook attached to it. I recently got a new phone, and iCloud connected Facebook to it automatically. Unfortunately, I forgot my password. Despite Facebook saying they sent a code to my email to verify my account, I haven't received any codes after multiple attempts. This is causing difficulty logging into Pinterest as well, which I access through Facebook. I also have a second Facebook account that I want to delete. I need help with two things: 1. How can I regain access to my account without a verification code? Please provide me with a code so I can verify my account and continue using Facebook. 2. I initiated a fundraiser for a friend in need. I provided all the necessary information to start the fundraiser. Facebook halted it twice and requested additional details, which I promptly provided. I am now upset because potential donors are unable to contribute, questioning the fundraiser's credibility. Recently, when I logged onto Facebook in the morning, everything was operating normally. However, in the afternoon, I discovered I was logged out of the app on my phone. Despite numerous attempts using different passwords, I was unable to regain access. The email linked to my Facebook account, "[redacted]," is no longer in use, and I neglected to update it on Facebook. When I attempt to use my current email, "[redacted]," I am directed to a different account that does not belong to me. This account appears to be empty with only a name displayed. Facebook holds sentimental value to me as it contains numerous photos and important information. I am eager to retrieve access to my original account without resorting to creating a new one. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing an issue with my account. It seems like someone has accessed my profile and disabled my ability to log in. Despite not having access to the email or recovery email, I can still log in using my phone which is now somehow disabled. Fortunately, I can access my account on another browser where I am still logged in. The recovery email address doesn't seem familiar, and although the phone recovery is enabled, it is not working. I fear that the person who tampered with my account can regain access at any time. Attempting to resolve this via help pages only leads me in circles.

Hello, I am writing to report a concerning issue with my Facebook account. On Saturday, June 2, [redacted], I received three unexpected text messages from Facebook on my phone, prompting me to change my password due to security reasons. Although I initially dismissed them as a mistake, I later discovered an attempted login from a Samsung Galaxy device, which I do not own. After changing my password successfully, I encountered further difficulties accessing my account that evening. Despite changing the password, I was unable to sign in. When attempting to verify my identity using my phone number, I was only given the option to do so via an old email address ([redacted]), which I have not used in many years. Unfortunately, I could not provide recent email contacts from that account leading to verification failure. As a result, I have lost access to my Facebook account as neither the email nor phone number associated seems to be valid anymore ([redacted]). I would appreciate instructions on how to recover my account. There is no phone support available, and the customer support is inadequate. The lack of transparency about the upcoming changes is causing instability for my clients. Hello, I am facing an issue with my business Facebook page, "Rines Motorsport SDN BHD." The page was created by an admin, Angie Lyl, who is a staff member but not the director. I am one of the directors, FH LEW, along with KNOISAF PHAN. There are three admins on the page - FH LEW, KNOISAF PHAN, and Angie Lyl. Recently, due to a disagreement, Angie Lyl removed both KNOISAF PHAN and me from the page. However, as a director, I believe she did not have the right to do so without discussion. I need to regain access to the page as there are customers trying to reach us through it. If Facebook requires any documentation to verify my directorship, I am willing to provide it. Thank you.

Hello, my name is LaCheral Williams. I have been dealing with a concerning situation since yesterday morning. Someone from Nigeria has been altering my account information, and despite my efforts this morning, they are persisting. I received numerous emails regarding these changes and even received a fraudulent check related to Sykes Enterprises. I have spent hours trying to secure my account with no success, encountering repeated errors. I'm having trouble signing into Facebook. I have multiple accounts but want to keep only the one with family photos. The account I want to keep uses the email [redacted], which I can't access. My active email is [redacted] I am aware that one should have only one Facebook and Gmail account. Due to account access issues, I've had multiple Gmail accounts. I am reaching out for guidance on a payment issue I experienced recently. Roughly a month ago, a customer made a $30 payment to me via Facebook Messenger, which I directed to my PayPal account. Unfortunately, PayPal placed the payment in a pending status for the entire month and eventually sent it back to Facebook. I have attempted to contact Facebook regarding this matter without success. Although their email support seems to have been removed, I managed to report the issue through a link on their platform. However, I have not received any response. Following PayPal's suggestion, I tried using a provided link to email Facebook directly, but the email bounced back as undeliverable. I have also searched for a Facebook customer service phone number, but it appears they are not legitimate. I am unsure if this forum will be seen by Facebook, but I am hopeful for a resolution on how to access the funds owed to me.

Hello, my Facebook account has been hacked. I was able to access it until last Saturday with the password "RoccO321," but now someone has changed it. I am unable to reset the password via email because I have forgotten my email password for a long time. I need help resetting my password as someone has accessed my account and posted a picture in my messenger story, which was my license picture. I believe someone else is using my account, and I am worried about them messaging others from my account. I have another Gmail account that I can provide for assistance.

Hello everyone, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account. I have attempted the 'forgot password' option multiple times, completing all verification steps successfully. However, I have not received a positive response from Facebook. Initially, they send an OTP to my registered email address. After entering it, I set a new password as requested. Then, I have to identify some friends' images, confirm a new password, and I keep encountering an error page despite completing all steps multiple times.
