My account was compromised by my ex, Angela S., as I discovered she was unfaithful and subsequently took control of my emails and Apple ID, disabling my 9 devices and erasing all my social accounts and data. Angela has been creating multiple Facebook accounts using various names and pictures to connect with multiple men. She is currently in a relationship with a married man named David A., using a similar last name as his. David has children, and Angela has caused chaos in many relationships, including mine, by separating couples or moving on quickly after divorces. Angela and David have access to my email linked to Facebook, which is not receiving the 6-digit code needed for login. Angela frequently changes devices and phone numbers, and her current email is [redacted] Despite my attempts to contact Facebook, my compromised device prevents me from receiving their responses effectively.

My ex-husband is spreading false information on Facebook, including my new husband's old mugshot and photos of my children, accusing me of kidnapping them. Despite being blocked, friends have shared screenshots of his posts. The situation is causing harm to my family, particularly my daughter who is experiencing a PTSD episode. I have ample evidence of his abuse, which includes my daughter's sexual abuse. I've requested friends report and remove the posts, but some have unfriended me based on his lies. My current husband's professional reputation is at stake due to the mugshot being circulated. I've been informed that legal action against Facebook may be an option if his account is not taken down. Initially, I considered deactivating my account but was advised to keep it active until the issue is resolved to address these harmful claims.

Last week, my Facebook account got hacked. I am unable to access it because I don't have the same email or phone number from 12 years ago when I created the account. I have tried the online help center methods to recover it, but they keep requesting my old email and phone number from when I was 14. I even tried creating a new account to report the old one, but Facebook insisted everything was fine. I just want to either recover my account or shut it down. I have been trying to contact Facebook customer service for days without any success. Please assist me with this issue.

I received a bill for advertising on a Facebook page I didn't order while setting up my site. I've tried disputing the charges with my bank, but Facebook doesn't believe I didn't order the ad. My bank, Bank of America, temporarily credited the amount back, but they will withdraw it on the 31st. I'm a retiree on a fixed income and cannot afford these unexpected charges. The ad was for Victoria's Bling Bling Jewelry, a page I've closed multiple times with Facebook's help, but the ad persisted. The total charges are about $[redacted], which I can't pay. I need urgent help to resolve this before the 31st to avoid overdraft fees. I don't know how to create ads and only use social media minimally. Please assist me promptly. My contact number is [redacted] if a call is needed. Thank you for your help.

A few years ago, I had a disagreement with my mom, and she insisted that I change my phone number. Without realizing, I changed my number, which was the only login detail for my Facebook account, with no backup email or phone number. When I switched phones, I couldn't reset my password to access my account. To resolve this, I created a new FB account, but I feel disappointed about losing all my old pictures and shared posts. I assumed my old account would be deleted due to inactivity, but it's still there after 3 years. It's frustrating because I want to retrieve my old pictures before transitioning to a more professional FB page. I'm hoping for assistance in accessing my old account to delete it as I'm the only person with my name on FB, causing confusion when two results show up in searches.

Around 2 years ago, I had a Facebook account that I created in middle school. One day, I logged out to use a friend's account and couldn't log back in, even after trying all my passwords. The issue is that I used a non-official email address for that account, which I randomly chose when I was 11 and unaware of email security. I'm now 16 and really want access to that account since it shares the same name and friends as my new profile. I hope to retrieve old messages and pictures which hold dear memories for me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am encountering issues posting photos to Facebook from my photos page. Recently, whenever I attempt to share a picture, a pop-up appears in the upper right corner asking for my Facebook password. After entering the correct password, I receive a message stating "Unable to verify account name or password." The message references something about Internet Accounts which confuses me. Until a few days ago, I had no trouble sharing pictures on Facebook. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I received a text message on Sunday, April 8 at 7:28 am from the number [redacted] informing me of a password change request for my Facebook account, even though I was asleep and didn't respond. Upon waking up, I realized my account had been hacked. Despite multiple attempts to recover it through various online methods, the hacker changed my account details, including my email, phone number, and password. They also compromised my email account, which I can no longer access. The hacker has kept my Facebook account active, even after deactivating it. Unfortunately, I am unable to regain control despite sending my ID photo. I am worried about potential misuse of my identity. Some of my friends faced similar hackings with their profile pictures changed to the same image. I request assistance as I've been preoccupied with school and finals. Thank you for your attention and sorry for the lengthy message.

On January 22nd, my account got blocked, and I was requested to verify it. I promptly followed the instructions and provided a picture of my state ID and a photocopy of my library card, ensuring my personal info was blurred. However, I have not received any details regarding why my account was suspended. Despite numerous attempts to log in after each system update, the message I receive simply states that my submitted documents are under review, with no timeline provided for resolution.

I recently had to change my Google password and phone, as Boost Mobile couldn't resolve my messaging issue, resulting in a new email address being created. My new email is [redacted] under the name Deirdre Wheeler, matching my Boost Mobile account. I am seeking assistance to recover my old account and consolidate everything. Hello, I have recently been hacked by a 12-year-old who changed all the information on my account without my knowledge. I noticed that he changed it to Mark B. It would be a great help as he changed my phone number, email, and more. My account holds a lot of personal information, so please help me regain access. Thank you in advance. Hello, my name is Patrick, and my account was recently compromised. The individual who accessed it is 12 years old and changed my Facebook name to Mark B. Burtus. I am unsure how this person gained access to my account or obtained my password. Their email is [redacted], and after doing some research, I discovered they are a scammer. Burtus, with a profile picture of Michael Jordan (which was originally mine). Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Contact me at [redacted].

Hello, my name is Patrick, and unfortunately, my account has been hacked. The hacker, who is only 12 years old, changed my Facebook name to Mark B. Burtus. I am unsure how he gained access to my account or learned my password. I discovered his email, [redacted], and found out that he is a scammer who targets many people, including myself. The recent password he used was Mark1998! before altering it. I have never engaged in any wrongdoing on Facebook, merely browsing pictures before getting unexpectedly logged out. To prove that the account is mine, I can provide details of five family members. If you search him, his name appears as Mark B. Burtus with a profile picture of Michael Jordan (my previous profile picture). It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me in retrieving my account. Hello, I am reaching out regarding a concerning issue. In April [redacted], a close friend, Kulu Eorage Maggiu, passed away. However, there have been recent activities on her Facebook account, with changes to the profile picture, a new status update, and acceptance of friend requests on May 19th & 20th. This unexpected activity has caused distress among the family, leading to suspicion falling on my nephew. Despite his denial of involvement, the situation has escalated. We are now seeking assistance from Facebook to identify the individual(s) accessing the account by providing device login details, GPS coordinates, and any relevant information. This would help bring clarity and peace to the family during this challenging time. Any guidance or support from Facebook would be greatly appreciated.

I received messages from a Facebook friend about a grant for single mothers from Human Support Services. They provided a phone number and sent a picture of an envelope with money. I applied through the provided link. After congratulating me, they asked for my Facebook account details, including my password. They changed my information, making it impossible to access my account. They seem to be scamming others by showing fake pictures of money envelopes. They asked for a processing fee, claiming it could be deducted from the grant money. I need help recovering my account. I have important data in it. My name is Laken Andrea Goings, my previous email was [redacted], my cell number is [redacted], and my Facebook account is laken.andrea. I can provide proof of identity. I believe my account on Facebook has been deleted or deactivated. Although I am not an active user, I do rely on it to save my game progress. The game I am referring to is associated with my account under the email [redacted] I have attempted to retrieve my game data with no success. After seeking guidance from the game developer, I was advised to reach out to Facebook for assistance in recovering my account. The inability to unlink my game from the Facebook account due to its non-existence has caused me significant frustration and stress. I would be grateful if there is a way to restore my account and access my game data. Thank you for any help you can provide in resolving this situation.

I am a communication and marketing professional at LEMAN, your personal link to global transportation and logistics. Our headquarters are in Denmark, with branch offices worldwide. The challenge we face is the existence of the outdated "Leman USA, Inc." page created by the US office years ago. To align with our vision of "One LEMAN," we aim to merge this old page with our official "LEMAN" page. Unfortunately, the original creator is unknown due to many company changes. I have been unable to find a contact person or email to address this issue, despite reaching out to the company page. Our main focus is on retaining followers and likes from the old page. I am one of the admins for the official "LEMAN" page. I need to provide identification documents to regain access to my Facebook account under the name Yung Sonny Wilson. I changed my name to honor my late grandfather, whose nickname was Sonny. I am hesitant to share my personal details with a social media platform and find it unnecessary. The report made against me stemmed from a disagreement with Uber drivers in Dallas. I inquired in the Uber/Lyft Houston group about their plans for the NFL Draft in Dallas. I prefer not to alter my Facebook name, which is a tribute to my grandfather and my everyday identity, due to a dispute with Uber drivers who do not belong in the Uber Houston Facebook group.

My Facebook page was recently closed because of a post that allegedly did not meet the community standards. The post was flagged for sexual contact and nudity policies, which was surprising as it was meant as a satirical political comment. Facebook's policy allows for posts that are educational, humorous, or satirical, but my picture was removed. I later discovered the post was from [redacted]. After appealing, my page was restored, but Facebook still claimed the post violated their policies. It seems like Facebook might be inconsistent in enforcing their rules, and there is no clear way to contact them about these issues.
