The issue in GetHuman-vanceha's own words
My wife & I bought new phones this weekend (Samsung Galaxy S* to S* & kept phone numbers). We switched from Verizon to TMobile. My wife was able to reset her password via text - she received a code. I, however, did not receive the reset text. I am able to see FB on my old phone, but I cannot access the texts on my old phone since we switched companies. I tried to add my email to the acct, but of course it asked for a password, so couldn't add my email. I did add * contacts on the old phone, but that recovery option was not offered on the new phone. The "help" pages are useless. Can you PLEASE email a reset password code to me (email provided). My phone is ***-***-****. Please help! I contact my family through FB! I am typing this from my new phone - HELP! TIA
