I currently have two Facebook accounts. One is deactivated because I don't use it, and the other is an old account with embarrassing content from when I was younger. The issue is the email linked to the old account, a Comcast email, no longer exists. When I try to recover the account or change the password, I'm told the email does not exist. I have tried to use Facebook's account closure feature with no success. If anyone has advice on how I can resolve this without involving Comcast support, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am having trouble accessing my Google ([redacted]) and Yahoo ([redacted]) email accounts. I successfully logged into Facebook, but when I tried to update my phone number and new email, Facebook asked me to confirm my identity by calling people I don't really know, but added as friends just because they sent me a request. It also requested me to identify people in photos whose names or Facebook names I do not know. I want to sign into my current Facebook account without creating a new one. To whom it may concern, I would like to report a user who is using hate language targeting specific individuals, publicly naming and shaming them. This behavior constitutes harassment and is illegal. The user engages in severe bullying by issuing threats, using foul language, and making death wishes, all while attempting to manipulate and bribe others. Such use of anyone's name in a derogatory manner is unacceptable. The profile in question belongs to Antonis Yiallouris, where you can observe the inappropriate language aimed at shaming and humiliating individuals. We believe this individual may be mentally unstable and require assistance. Facebook serves as a platform for spreading his harmful messages to a large audience. We urge for the temporary deactivation of his account until he receives the necessary help and these issues are addressed. My store, Blackout Tees, had its account removed due to copyright issues. I reached out to the company, and they sent me a Notice of Compliance. Here's the letter they sent me: --- Dear Mr. Madden, We acknowledge your cooperation in stopping the unauthorized use of CAPS Members' trademarks on your website and Facebook. We are pleased to inform you that, at this time, the CAPS Members will not pursue any further actions against you. Please note that any future unauthorized use of the CAPS Members' trademarks will be considered willful infringement and will be handled accordingly. They will continue monitoring your sales and advertising activities. This letter does not cover all of the CAPS Members' rights and should not be seen as a waiver of any legal or equitable rights or remedies. I attempted to reset my Facebook password as I couldn't recall the email or password linked to the account which was automatically signed in on my phone. After getting a new cell phone number, I found out it's associated with another girl's account. When resetting the password, the SMS code was sent to my phone, but for her account. As a result, I unintentionally sign in to her account. Despite multiple accounts created in my name and efforts to resolve the issue by requesting deletions and sending emails over the past year, my account remains inaccessible. Even though I locate my name on Facebook, it lacks my profile picture. I am struggling to access my actual Facebook account amid these complications.

I am unable to like my friend's posts as I receive a message from Facebook each time I attempt to do so. The message accuses me of violating Facebook's policies by sharing violent content, which I assure you I have never done intentionally. I shared a picture from a friend's page that does not violate Facebook's policies. It is humorous and features a woman in shorts that are not revealing. Many other pages have similar content without any issues. I find it unfair that I was blocked for the same post. Other pages with the same content remain active. It is frustrating that I was blocked without a chance to appeal. I believe my post should be reinstated, especially since others have not been asked to remove similar content. It seems arbitrary and contradictory to block me while allowing others to keep similar posts. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I am unable to access my account as I am stuck in a cycle where the system prompts me to enter a 6-digit SMS code, which I can't generate because of my security settings. When I request a new code, I encounter an error and never receive it via text. I suspect someone might have tampered with my account and changed the associated phone number. I tried submitting my driver's license and explaining the issue, but I have not received any resolution after three days. I urgently need to log in for work purposes. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Facebook, I am unable to access my Facebook and business accounts because I forgot the new password I recently set and I can't reset it without access to my Yahoo email, [redacted] Despite successfully changing my email to [redacted] using the recovery option with my trusted friends' codes, I did not receive a confirmation email, leaving me locked out of my accounts. I am currently running a significant ad campaign that I am unable to oversee due to this issue. I am requesting a refund for the ad expenses from Facebook for the three days I have been unable to access my accounts. I reported someone named G T Thomas for repeatedly posting defamatory content about women. Despite reporting posts like "#RapeCassidyRose" and derogatory remarks about rape victims, Facebook claims this doesn't breach community standards. He creates numerous fake accounts to harass women, including myself, but no action has been taken despite multiple reports. I rely on Facebook to communicate with family who live out of state, but I'm considering deleting my account due to this issue.

Dear Customer Service, I am unsure if I have contacted the correct department, but I am unsure where else to seek help with my dilemma. I have forgotten my Facebook password and am experiencing difficulty receiving the password reset email on my designated email address. While I have a linked mobile number, I am unable to request an access code as this option is not available to me. Similarly, using trusted friends for account recovery has not yielded the needed email. I am feeling lost in my attempts to regain access. I'm currently locked out of my Facebook account and I'm unsure why this occurred. I want to recover it as it contains cherished photos of my children. My soon-to-be ex-husband has my phone and the email linked to my Facebook account. I need access to my account to retrieve important photos of my kids and keep in touch with friends, employees, customers, and family. I have regained access to my original email address, [redacted], which was used to set up my Facebook account under the name Nicole Bush (Desy). My current hometown is Cartersville, GA, and my original hometown is Phoenix, AZ. I am currently unable to access my Facebook account. It seems to be locked, and I am unsure why. I am very concerned as I have important pictures on there, especially of my children, and I desperately need to retrieve them. Hello, my name is Brianna Roller, but on Facebook, my last name is set as Caulder. I have an old Facebook page also named Brianna Caulder, which I no longer use. When I created my new Facebook page, I used someone else's email, and we are no longer in touch. He has changed my password, and I cannot access my account because it is set up under his email and SMS. I cannot receive reset codes because they are being sent to his mobile number and Gmail account. I need my new password, and I cannot prove my identity with the codes being sent. If there is another way to verify my account rather than using codes, like matching my friends to their pictures, please help me. My daughter's pictures are on the account, and they are irreplaceable. When I stopped contact with this person, he presumably hacked into my account using his Gmail. This is unfair, and I need help to regain access. Thank you.

Hi there, I’m Robby Romero. I recently got locked out of my Facebook account. Initially, I signed up with my cell phone number, [redacted]. A few weeks ago, I changed this to my ex-girlfriend’s number, [redacted], which I now can't access as we broke up. My password was "sidmoore4", which Facebook claims was changed recently, but I did not change it. If there was an email associated with my account, it would be "rromero1231@gmail". I have 3 friends who can vouch for my ownership of the account: Martin Pighills, Jeff Kidder, and Shelia Kidder. My profile picture is of me in a white Georgia bulldog baseball cap. To Whom It May Concern, I recently received a notification that a photo I posted over a year ago violated intellectual property rights, resulting in a temporary block on my account. The photo in question was of an item I purchased on AliExpress, and I was unaware of any wrongdoing at the time. This was an isolated incident, and I have been an active member on Facebook for over a decade with connections worldwide. It saddens me to lose access to my memories over a single photo. My Facebook account got hacked, and I can't find it anymore. I created a new account to try to find my old one, but now my old account is missing. I deactivated the new account I created and now I'm trying to recover my old account. The hackers changed both my password and email on my original account, so I can't log in to reset them. According to an email I received, there was suspicious activity from an IP address in Iraq on May 26, [redacted], at 3:45:44 pm (IP address: [redacted].[redacted].91.[redacted]). I lost access to my account and everything on it, including changing the email to z*********[redacted] I'm uncertain whether I can retrieve my old account or if I should just stick with the deactivated new one.

I have been unfairly banned by Facebook for 30 days, and it's causing issues with my business and contacts. My account was hacked and someone posted inappropriate content that I did not write. This mistake is hurting my business and income. I need access to my account restored as this ban is unjust. I did not violate any community standards, and the content posted was not as severe as other explicit material on the platform. The words used were inappropriate but not in violation of community guidelines. Please unblock me so I can get back to work.
