Hello, I was part of a group that I thought was legitimate, but I now have concerns about its practices. The group sends out ad boxes and requests Facebook passwords and email account information. They then instruct you to install a software called SplashTop to remotely access your computer and display Facebook ads. Upon reviewing the rules, it is evident that this behavior is prohibited. I urge for this to be investigated, as I fear individuals could fall victim to scams or worse, putting their families at risk. The website where you can access this group is www.visionworkfromhome.weebly.com. I recommend checking the second ad and considering joining the group to ascertain the legitimacy of their actions. It is crucial to address this issue promptly, as they even request your account information when you attempt to change your password. Thank you.

I seem to have lost access to a secondary account I use for MyVegas, [redacted] I can log in and changed the password without issues, but it now requests me to know names of the people on my friends list. However, this is just an account for sharing rewards, and I don't know any of these people. I have many rewards in that game and want to retain access. My primary account is [redacted] This may have been triggered by trying to log in using Edge. I should be able to answer any security questions, except for the names of people on jmack4mv's friend list. Kindly assist in granting me access to my account.

Some of my friends have had their pictures taken from their Facebook accounts and used by someone else to create a new profile. Despite reporting this to Facebook, it seems like it's not being taken seriously. However, it should be a big concern as privacy is essential. Facebook advertises improving user protection, so I believe the IT Department can address this issue. People's faces should be kept private, and Zuckerberg should not tolerate identity theft on his platform. If nothing is done to prevent users from stealing others' images without consent, Facebook would be aiding criminals. Please return my friends' pictures and take action against those who steal from Facebook.

I am running for the Toronto city council in Ward 39 (Canada) as Hisham Chisti. My political opponent has created a false webpage titled "Truth about Ward 39 candidate Hisham Chisti." The page contains defamatory statements about me, such as baseless accusations of fraud and lack of community and religious values. I am taking legal action against this defamation and ask for assistance in having the page removed or the individual blocked. Additionally, I seek guidance on how to track down the person's IP address and personal information for further legal recourse.

Dear Facebook, I am a Facebook user who has lost access to my account. Unfortunately, I recently lost my phone, which has led to my inability to log in to my account. A friend initially created my account for me, and I have solely used it on my lost phone without ever logging in or out on any other devices. Now that I have a new phone, I am unsure of my email and password for my account. Despite attempting various methods provided by Facebook to reset my password or recover my account, I have been unsuccessful. I have contacts from around the world, and recently, someone named Obierunea Sunday on Facebook has been overly familiar. He insisted on having personal contact with me, even suggesting I find him an Israeli wife. When he realized I am an older married woman, he asked for a formal invitation to my home, which I declined. Given the current climate of uncertainty, I feel uneasy. Though he may be lonely, his requests are bizarre. I would like to remove him from my list without causing offense to either of us. It's an uncomfortable situation that I wish to resolve respectfully.

Recently, a person from South Africa named Obierunea Sunday contacted me on Facebook seeking friendship. After learning that I am an elderly married woman, he asked me to invite him to my home and find him an Israeli wife, which made me uncomfortable. Now, he is requesting a formal invitation letter which I am hesitant to provide. Given the current circumstances, I believe it's best to remove him from my contacts to avoid any further odd interactions. I hope Facebook can assist in resolving this matter respectfully.

I have a Facebook account with almost [redacted] friends. I have many pictures of my grandsons that I can't replace. I got a suggested friend request from someone using my profile picture. I clicked on the notification, tried to report it, and my account got disabled. I have sent a copy of my DL and the picture I used for my profile. Please review and reinstate my account ASAP. I keep getting emails asking me to log in, but I can't. I have an old account I never used, but I don't need it. Please help me. Thank you, Dana Dickson.

I created my mom's Facebook account some time ago, but I can't recall the linked email address. Her phone number (+[redacted][redacted]) is visible on her profile. She recently got logged out and attempted to reset the password. During the verification process, the code was sent to my phone (+1-[redacted]) instead of hers. After using the code, my Facebook account got linked to her phone, and I noticed my password had changed, not hers. The password reset notification was sent to at least two email addresses, including the one connected to my account.

Hello, I am Andy Stutsman. I suspect that my Facebook account has been compromised. Upon resetting my password, I found the language changed to Arabic. Despite briefly accessing it, I got logged out. When attempting to reset the password again, I could only send the code to an old email I believe was hacked and one that isn't mine. Even after submitting my photo ID and receiving an email that the issue was resolved, I remain locked out and unable to receive an unlock code. Previously, I used to receive a text on my mobile at [redacted], but I am now only offered the inaccessible email options. I am concerned about the unauthorized access and need assistance.

I am Natasha from Michael Gould Property Agents in Midsomer Norton. It has come to our attention that someone on Facebook has deceived a young lady by using one of our rental property addresses to unlawfully take £[redacted] from her. The victim has reported the incident to the police, and I have the reference number available. The scam involves a group called Houses/Flats for buy/sell/rent/Somerset. Initially, the false landlord identified themselves as Carl Andrew for the property at 24 Waterloo Road, Radstock. Subsequently, the same property appeared online with a different landlord name, Howard Thomas. The victim, Amy Wilding, was asked to make a payment into a bank account with the promise of receiving a key before the move-in date, a promise that was not fulfilled. As the legitimate property manager, we want to bring this issue to your attention and request that you investigate and prevent further fraudulent activities by this group. I have set up my Facebook account to require a login code sent via SMS to my phone. However, recently I haven't been receiving the code despite numerous attempts. Now, when I attempt to log in, I receive a message about too many code requests and a warning about being blocked. I have tried submitting photos of my ID and face with the provided code but to no avail. I've been unable to access my account for almost a month and am worried about being permanently blocked. I have not changed my phone number or used any other devices for login. I used to access my account successfully with the code, so this recent issue is very frustrating. I hope to resolve this matter without having to create a new Facebook account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I received an email from Facebook about deleting my account, but I didn't request this deletion. I urgently need to access my account as it contains important information. The email address linked to my Facebook account is [redacted] Unfortunately, I was overseas and couldn't check my emails at that time, so I couldn't cancel this deletion request. The email stated that my account will be permanently deleted in 14 days if I don't act. The email also provided a link to log in and cancel the deletion request. I want to make sure I can access my account and prevent it from being deleted. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone and attempted to log in to my Facebook account, only to realize I had forgotten my password. When I tried to reset it by requesting a code, the codes I received were deemed incorrect both when inputting them with my phone number and email. I then tried on my laptop with the same outcome. Now, I keep receiving the same two codes repeatedly, and I'm locked out of my account due to too many failed attempts. Despite waiting 24 hours before retrying, I'm still unable to access my account. We recently encountered a situation on Facebook where a group of individuals publicly threatened to leave one-star reviews and harm our business reputation due to a personal issue with one of our employees. Despite the reviews being unrelated to the services we provide, they are demanding money from our employee to remove the negative feedback. As a result, we had to disable reviews on our page to prevent further damage. Despite reporting the reviews through the appropriate channels, no action has been taken. We are currently seeking guidance on how to address this issue.

Subject: Concern About Scam Page "TBC Online Mart - Official" on Facebook Dear Facebook support team, I wanted to report a page on Facebook called "TBC Online Mart - Official." This page is engaging in fraudulent activities by providing false information, posting misleading images of cars and products, and urging users to register and purchase items through a membership. After users register on this page and make payments using Bitcoins through a link provided as "register.tbconlinemart.com," the administrators block the users and abscond with the money. Personally, I fell victim to this and lost $1,[redacted]. The page administrators then blocked me and deleted my comments. I possess evidence of the transactions, including payment receipts, invoices, and chat transcripts. Despite numerous reports from other members regarding this page, the administrators continue to block them as well. I kindly request Facebook's assistance in shutting down this page, as it is being maliciously exploited by the owner to defraud individuals of substantial sums of money. Hello, I am contacting on behalf of a friend who is unable to access his account. Several years ago, I created a profile for him and also set up a Yahoo account, which we can no longer access. He recently changed his password when prompted but has since been locked out, unable to log in even with the new password. The account recovery process requires access to the old email, which is no longer accessible. Yahoo customer support mentioned that the account may have a virus. I admit that I used false information to create the Yahoo account in my friend's name, making recovery more challenging. I created the account to assist him with his Facebook account years ago. He is distressed about potentially losing precious memories stored on Facebook. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am having trouble adding a Gift Fly gift certificate option to my Facebook business page. When I try to add the custom tab on the Gift Fly website, I receive the error "This page does not have permission to install the custom tab." Gift Fly informed me that I need to be the Admin on the Facebook business page (Biloxi Body Mechanics) to add the Gift Fly custom tab. I suspect my business page may be linked to my personal page ([redacted]). Could this be causing the issue? I would appreciate any help you can provide. Also, a quick question: Can my friends on my personal page see my business page, even if I have not invited them? The FAQs do not give a clear answer. Thanks a lot! :)
