Dear Support Team, I am reaching out because I have forgotten the password for my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I also cannot access my email to retrieve the password. Could you kindly send the password reset link to my current email address, [redacted]? Additionally, I have provided my working number, (+[redacted]74), on my Facebook account. I can recall several of my previous passwords: asad1992, Asad1992, Azam1992, and azam1992. I work for DU TELECOM in Dubai, UAE, and I manage a social media page called DU TELECOM UAE. I occasionally advertise on this page. My email and Skype ID associated with the account are [redacted] and asadullah.azam1, respectively. I am experiencing difficulty accessing your webpage. I am unable to provide a requested photo for your corporate records as no camera has been able to capture my full beauty. Although I have a Twitter account, I cannot view my posts or see others'. Is it worthwhile to try using your internet service? I provided my contact details for a trained individual to assist me step by step but have not received a call yet. The expectation of paying for your expert service while waiting for assistance is not ideal.

I am seeking assistance because my Facebook account was disabled after being falsely accused of impersonation. In an effort to resolve the issue, I provided Facebook with my ID and marriage contract. Despite receiving an email from the Facebook manager requesting these documents, their response suggests that the report does not belong in their current process. They advised me to log into my disabled account to address the issue, which is impossible. I am unsure of how to proceed and would appreciate any guidance on the next steps. Thank you. I am writing this email in the hopes of receiving a response from Facebook. I attempted to seek help through the site, but unfortunately, my issue was only registered as feedback, and this occurred four times. I find Facebook to be unresponsive. My name is Klaus Marshall, and my email is [redacted] Today, I was suspended for 30 days due to a comment I posted that violated Facebook's community standards. I deeply regret my actions and realize that I was unaware of your policies before the suspension. I sincerely apologize for my mistake. I kindly request leniency and ask for the removal of my suspension. I am the sole admin of a Facebook group with [redacted] members whom I can no longer assist. I plan to appoint 2 moderators to help manage the group during my absence. Please consider lifting the 30-day suspension. I commit to being more mindful of my posts in the future. I urgently need to assign an additional admin to care for the group members. I have 6 pending requests to join the group, and I am unable to add them. Could you allow me one hour to designate another admin before reinstating the suspension? I appeal to you to show some understanding to a 32-year Army combat veteran. I have been blocked again for a comment I made to a trolling hunter on an animal welfare site. It's frustrating that despite reporting numerous fake accounts and inappropriate language, nothing seems to be done. I've reported instances of racism towards my mixed-race son, including the use of derogatory terms by white individuals, which Facebook did not find to breach their standards. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed to combat racism on the platform. Facebook seems to prioritize certain groups, like vegans/vegetarians, while allowing trolls to continue their behavior. The platform's response to receiving violent threats is also inadequate, suggesting reporting to the police. The lack of action on these issues is disappointing and needs to be improved. It's getting embarrassing.

I have reported an issue to you about accounts appearing on suggested friends on Facebook. The profiles I reported are of a graphic nature containing sexual content such as genitals and explicit acts. Despite reporting multiple profiles, Facebook replied that they don't violate community guidelines, which is unacceptable. The fact that my children can see these inappropriate images on my profile is concerning. I am willing to provide screenshots and Facebook's responses via email. If I don't receive a satisfactory response, I will consider legal action and make this matter public. I find Facebook's handling of this situation and their communication methods lacking. This complaint is submitted on Monday, May 21, [redacted], at 11:50 am MST, and I expect a prompt resolution following your own community standards enforcement.

Hello! I urgently need assistance with an issue I've been facing since Saturday. My current account got locked after I forgot the password. Despite numerous attempts and hours spent trying, I ended up accessing an old account that I seldom use. I changed the password for that account and then deleted it, but I am still unable to access my current account. I tried the option of sending a code to three trusted friends, but they are unable to access the site to provide me with a code. This situation is incredibly frustrating, as I do not want to create a new account and lose all my pictures and recipes. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you! - KP

Hello, I need assistance with my disabled Facebook account. I have verified it before using my phone, but now my account is pending verification. I submitted my birth certificate as requested, but I'm still waiting for reactivation. Facebook is crucial for my job as a social media manager for a news website, and this delay is impacting my work. I'm unsure why this is happening as my account has always followed the rules without any issues. I have not posted any copyrighted material or violated community standards. I'm reluctant to keep sending my ID for verification due to a lack of trust in Facebook. Despite reaching out to them about the urgency of my situation, I have not received a response. Hello, a few years ago, I mistakenly set up a profile page for a church instead of an organizational page. Recently, when I tried to log in after a long absence, I had to provide a "valid" name, so I used my grandfather's name just to gain entry. Now, the page is asking me to verify my identity through security checks, but the only option given is to identify friends, most of whom I don't know. As a result, I failed the security question. I would like to deactivate the page once I address any loose ends, but I need full access to do so. I would appreciate assistance in regaining access to the page. Thank you.

I would like to create a page dedicated to promoting events in my local area, particularly focusing on English immersion events where participants can spend the day learning from native speakers. I am also interested in including teachers of other languages to promote such events. I attempted to change the focus of my existing page instead of starting a new one, but Facebook seems to be blocking my attempts. After explaining my reasoning for the change, the page goes blank when I try to send the request, leaving me uncertain if Facebook received my message. In my social learning group, I have created 7 units so far. I am encountering an issue when trying to add more units. When I click on the "Create Unit" box, I can enter the name and description, but clicking "Create Unit" doesn't generate a new unit. The screen just remains until I click "Cancel." I have even made others admins to try adding units, but they also faced the same problem. Although I have another social learning group with over 30 units, I believe I have not exceeded the limit. This problem has persisted for several days now. Any assistance you can provide in enabling me to create units in my social group would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This incident was unintentional, and I have never violated Facebook's rules before. I assure you that I will be more cautious in the future. I, Chris van Soolen, Mina van Soolen's mother, am having issues logging into my own Facebook account. Facebook is only recognizing Mina's account and even after attempting to delete it, they restored it during one of my login tries. I've had my account since [redacted] and would appreciate assistance in accessing it instead of creating a new one. I can use Messenger on my phone without issues. My login email is [redacted], the same as Mina's original account which was deleted before she created a new one. My Twitter account is linked to my Facebook account for communication purposes, but I really need help accessing my original account. Thank you.

On Friday, May 18th, I received three sets of emails notifying me that someone from Baghdad, Iraq, was attempting to access my account using a Galaxy phone. Despite having an iPhone, I followed the steps to secure my account successfully for the first two notifications. However, when the third set of emails arrived in a different language, possibly Arabic, I encountered difficulties. The emails were requesting a new code for signing in, but the designated email address was different from my Gmail account, instead being a Hotmail account, and the phone number provided was unfamiliar. Unfortunately, the options to edit this information were not available to me. As a result, I am currently unable to regain access to my account and unsure of the next steps to take.

In my attempt to reactivate my deactivated account, I encountered an issue as I couldn't recall the email address or phone number linked to it. Despite following the help menus, I progressed to a point where I inadvertently accessed a friend's account named Mark Kelly. However, this account only had his birth date but was otherwise empty without any posts or photos, which is far from ideal. I would like this situation rectified promptly. On Facebook, there are three Simon Birneys listed, and my account's phone number ends in 35. I wonder if this is being verified as my account, and I reside in Tenterfield. I am unsure whether to delete the account I have access to or wait indefinitely for a resolution. I doubt Mark is active on Facebook, and the lack of customer service support is frustrating. Dear Facebook, I have noticed some unusual issues with my account recently. Today, my Facebook account on my iPhone was disabled, but I have not checked my iPad yet. I suspect there might be a problem either with my iPhone or the network. I am certain that I have not violated any of your policies. Strangely, I was able to create a new account using the same email, phone number, and password, which makes me think my original account may have been hacked.
