Although I received a link to change the password today, login is challenging due to the hacker altering the email and phone number. I urge Instagram to address this security breach promptly. Despite trying for two months, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access. Being a separated father, this platform is crucial for my daughters to reach out to me. I urgently need to recover it. I recently had a comment removed on Facebook for saying "men are trash," deemed as violating the platform's community standards. It's frustrating because this phrase is a common feminist slogan highlighting issues of patriarchy and misogyny. It feels like there is a double standard when misogynist and racist comments are allowed to persist while feminist perspectives are censored. Many women, like me, have experienced similar situations, leading me to question the biases in Facebook's "community standards" enforcement. This, coupled with the concern of our private information being compromised, is disheartening. I am considering leaving Facebook and hope others will do the same. Best, Dr. L. Graham

My daughter's Facebook account was hacked a month ago, and despite reporting it to your company, we were informed that someone in Nigeria was using her account with no solution. This morning, her profile pictures were changed again. I urgently need help in shutting down this compromised account as many reports have been made with no action taken. After returning home, I made some video calls to friends before going to bed around 3 a.m. The next morning, May 20th, I tried to log into my account but found my session had expired. I was puzzled as I hadn't posted anything reportable. When trying to reset my password, I realized my recovery email was not the one linked to my account. This complicated the recovery process, leaving me frustrated with the lack of human support available. I just need a link to recover my account, but I'm uncertain if the assistance I'm receiving is legitimate. I'm also unsure about Facebook's verification policies as I've been asked for identification before, contrary to what I've heard. This experience has left me feeling unsure about the site's security.

Jeannie M. from North Berwick, Maine, has three pages on social media. She has been identified as having mental health issues, which have been brought to the attention of the authorities. Despite multiple reports, her defamatory behavior towards myself and my daughter Sara has not been addressed adequately. Sara, who holds a high-ranking job, is seeking legal action not only against Jeannie but also against the social media platform itself. Although there are policies against bullying, Jeannie continues to spread false information about us unchecked. Even though she is banned from other platforms, Facebook has not taken appropriate action. It is frustrating that this situation persists, and I urge for more effective intervention to protect innocent individuals from further harm.

I am facing a major issue with my Facebook account. I mistakenly clicked on the "it's not me" button and now I am locked out. Facebook keeps asking for my cellphone number, which is already associated with the account. I have received several code numbers to reset my password, but none have granted me access to my account. I accidentally locked myself out of my Facebook account. I only have one account and would like to keep it that way. The issue is that I no longer have access to the recovery accounts and emails connected to my Facebook account since I no longer use them. The primary email was an old Yahoo account from high school. The other email was my college email, which I no longer have access to since I graduated four years ago. Despite thinking I changed my primary email to my Gmail account, it seems that I did not. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my password due to lack of access to the recovery accounts. Could someone help me regain access to my Facebook account, please?

Over a month ago, my main page was hacked, and on the same day, my business page was unpublished. While I managed to get my main page back up quickly, my business page remains offline. Despite numerous messages, I have received no assistance. The situation is causing me to lose business and money, which is incredibly frustrating. I suspect someone took advantage of the hacking incident to control my business page improperly. This issue must be addressed urgently. Despite Facebook claiming to be working on technical problems, it seems more like a generic response than real help. The customer service in this department is disappointing, and the lack of resolution after a month is unacceptable.

Dear members, as the group administrator with over 10k members, I want to address the challenges we face with the recent changes implemented by the platform. Despite reaching out multiple times, there has been no response or action taken. The new method of inviting members instead of adding them directly is causing difficulties for group growth. In reality, invitations are often overlooked, especially in secret groups which are hard to find on FB. This change is detrimental to our group as we are losing members and failing to expand. It is crucial for the success of the group that we can directly add members who can easily leave if they wish. I urge for reconsideration of this policy to prevent further decline. Let us have the freedom to add members and thrive as a community.

My Facebook account, Alesha Bryenton, was hacked, and I had to create a new one. The old account is still active, and the hacker is messaging my family. I have been reporting it to Facebook, but the issue persists. I'm feeling helpless and violated as they are even using pictures of my daughter. I created a new account named Rose Alesha Bryenton, but I cannot access the old one as the password and email have been changed. My Facebook account has been disabled, and I am frustrated not knowing the reason. I recently posted about disliking winter, and if that's the cause, I find it unfair as I have seen worse on the platform. I'm a 53-year-old grandmother who relies on Facebook to see pictures of my distant grandchildren. I attempted to create new accounts, but they were promptly shut down once I verify my phone number. I value using Facebook but the continuous closures are making me dislike the platform. My friends are also surprised by my ban. Dear Facebook Admin, I am writing to appeal the disabling of my Facebook account due to copyright infringement. The email address associated with my account is [redacted] Last month, I shared a poster inviting people to an event featuring someone singing Shania Twain songs at a car show for the sick kids foundation. I have all the necessary documentation and evidence for this event. I also posted a video on YouTube, which was subsequently shared on my Facebook page. After receiving a notification that my account would be disabled for 4 days, I was able to regain access only to find the video had been automatically deleted. My account was disabled after two friends tagged me in the same video on May 16th, and I was unaware it would be shared on my page as I had not adjusted my privacy settings. I had a frustrating experience with Facebook customer service. Despite submitting the Child Data Request form and paying for a notarized letter to retrieve my child's videos and photos, the representatives I spoke to were unhelpful. They claimed the issue didn't pertain to minors or parental inquiries, contradicting the purpose of the form I completed. Rather than addressing my concerns, I received a generic response redirecting me to another department. Upon reaching out to the ID verification team, my son's account was flagged for deletion. I emphasized that I no longer had copies of the media and even went as far as getting a letter notarized for the form, but the staff remained indifferent. It was a disheartening experience. Customer service should aim to surpass expectations in resolving user issues.

I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account. The error message prompts me to log in again due to a session expiration, but when I try to log in with the correct password, it indicates it is incorrect. I recently got a new Samsung mobile phone, but I'm having trouble accessing my active Facebook account with over [redacted] friends and daily notifications. Additionally, I unintentionally created two other Facebook accounts: one with the name Carol Nugent displaying a blank screen and another with a profile picture of colored balls. I visited a Vodafone store for 3 hours on Friday to address this issue, but unfortunately, it remains unresolved.
