As Hilltop Granite's Marketing Manager, I've created this account to handle our three business pages. I've submitted the required documents to Facebook twice, but despite being told there are no issues, I can't access anything. I'm using a personal account for my company, and after being given the option by Facebook, I keep receiving a message stating they will look at the documents and get back to me. However, whenever I log in, it prompts me for more documentation. Accessing these business pages is crucial for my work, so the block on my account for the past two months has severely impacted my business. I urgently need assistance with this matter.

My Facebook account was deactivated on Monday, May 14, [redacted], without receiving any explanation via email. I am an admin of a group, and while the other admin received an email, I did not. The report number is #[redacted][redacted]. The other admin, Cristina Coutu, and I are both banned, but a complaint against us was dropped by POP SOCKETS LLC. They have contacted Facebook to confirm this. Our business involves selling cosmetic bags and purses, and with our accounts disabled, we are unable to attend to our customers. Initially, my Facebook account notified me that my login had expired. Subsequently, upon logging in again, I encountered a request to confirm my identity by submitting some form of identification. Initially, I brushed it off, but upon attempting to log in once more, I was informed that my account was under review pending the examination of the documents I had submitted. Consequently, I decided to create a new Facebook account, which I have been using for nearly a month. To my dismay, the new account now also requires me to provide an ID to verify my identity, repeating the same situation. I am now grappling with the dilemma of not being able to access Facebook and consequently not being able to contact my work. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I got a new iPad tablet in October of [redacted]. I am 74 years old, handicapped, and legally blind. During tech support with Paula, I was directed to a page requesting my visa deposit, but I couldn't read it. The issue began when Facebook asked me to change my email and password for the third time since I received the device. I'm now confused and having trouble accessing my account due to multiple blocks. I uploaded a photo as requested, even though there are no photos on my iPad except for one as an infant under Decendents of WWBeach. Facebook now requires me to wait 24 hours for them to examine the photo, which includes what appears to be myself as an infant. My current situation is complicated by my recent illness and limited online presence. I am requesting to revert to my usual password, starting with a capital L, and my email, [redacted], in the same format. Despite Facebook's attempt to email me three times, I have not received their messages, although my settings appear to be correct.

I recently had to change my password but unfortunately forgot it since I did not write it down. Upon attempting to log in again, I encountered an issue. When trying to recover my account by clicking the "forgot password" link, I faced a problem with receiving the reset confirmation on my phone due to an error message implying multiple failed attempts which was not the case. Eventually, after sending the reset code to my email, I still encountered the same error when trying to input the code. Despite not being able to access my account through the website, I have been utilizing the app by staying logged in through Facebook. However, I am unable to access other linked accounts as I cannot access the desktop version. I have tried various methods without success.

I established a charity page with my son, C.J. MacGregor, nine years ago. Sadly, he has decided to delete the page out of spite and disabled my ability to prevent it. The charity, which I mainly manage, supports terminal cancer patients and urgently requires the funds raised. The page, numbered [redacted][redacted], needs a new name - THE JOAN MACGREGOR MATRIMONIAL FUND, as I aim to continue its work. My account was blocked today, and I have an important event in two weeks. My Facebook account is under the name Tootteebird Black, which carries cultural significance and is linked to my witness protection status. I have no other accounts and use this one for various purposes like news updates, shopping, and supporting businesses. I ask for respect for my privacy and understand the necessity of using this specific name. I rely on Facebook for communication related to major events on June 3rd, 10th, and 15th. It's distressing to be treated this way, especially after previously explaining and being deemed a sensible customer. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly to avoid any further stress and disruptions.

I recently updated my name on Facebook due to harassment from someone. Unfortunately, this led to my account being closed after this person reported it. Despite providing my ID to prove my identity, I have not received any response from Facebook regarding the restoration of my account. It's important to note that this individual who harassed me also attempted to scam me with a product he advertised on Facebook but never delivered. After numerous reminders, I did manage to get a refund. It's concerning that this seller is still active on Facebook, potentially deceiving others. I am eager to have my profile reinstated and ensure that his unethical behavior is addressed to protect other users from falling victim to his schemes.

My accounts have been hacked multiple times, leading to inappropriate use. I was informed that they were shut down. I want to clarify that I have never engaged in any inappropriate activity on Facebook. The hackers changed the email pins on my accounts, making it impossible for me to recover them. The latest compromised email was [redacted] I am receiving unsolicited emails from women propositioning me. One account was placed in a denial "blackhole," which I do not understand. The hacked accounts all contained my name, either as Lyne Merida Barczyk, Lyne Merida-Barczyk, or in a shared one with my husband, Jim. I kindly request assistance in regaining access to my accounts, contacts, friend requests, and overall account functionality. As a 69-year-old Christian woman who has lived a moral life and has been faithful in my 22-year marriage, this situation is distressing. I had to replace my phone due to [redacted] viruses from the hacker visiting explicit websites. I humbly seek your help in resolving these matters.

My daughter, Zoe Gill, was recently contacted by Shana Nicole Stahley on Messenger, inviting her to come over, drink, and do drugs. After some investigation on Shana's Facebook page and talking to a mutual acquaintance, it was revealed that Shana and her husband might be sexual predators, luring girls to their place, getting them intoxicated, drugging them, and assaulting them. Although this could be untrue, given the circumstances, my daughter decided to confront Shana. She later shared the incident on Facebook, warning others to be cautious. Surprisingly, instead of support, Zoe was blocked from Facebook for 30 days without any explanation. We believe she did not violate any rules, as her post was honest and meant to keep others safe. We have reported the situation to the police and have evidence of the messages exchanged. We seek clarification on why Zoe was punished for trying to warn others. My Instagram account has been hacked, and the hacker is sending inappropriate messages from my account to my friends. They have changed the email and username, damaging my reputation. I need immediate action to recover my account. I emailed yesterday for an email change, but it has not been reviewed. I tried to change the password with the link provided but couldn't proceed due to email verification, which I can't complete since my email was changed.

I am suddenly completely locked out of my account. It says my number is not valid. It sends a code to the email address and then says the email isn’t valid. This is my business page, and one of them disappeared months ago without any resolution. I can't get into my "Nancy DeMarchi" account or my "Nans DeMarchi" account. My "Prissy Pahley" account disappeared with all the followers. Additionally, I can't access my newest account with almost a million invested in preparation for a launch, which has approximately 5,[redacted] followers. I need this issue resolved immediately. I recently changed my password a week ago, but when I try to log in with the new password, it says it was changed again, which I did not do. I didn't change it twice in one week. Also, I was supposed to receive a SMS for recovery, but I never got it. I suspect someone changed both my password and recovery phone number since there is no email linked to my account, only the phone number [redacted]. I tried to verify my identity by sending a copy of my driver's license (with my legal name Kira Rider matching my user name Kira Nonya and date of birth April 17, [redacted]), but they said it didn't match due to the name discrepancy. I prefer to use Nonya on my profile for privacy reasons. What steps should I take next?

I am writing about my wife's phone being posted in a group without our consent. It is a serious issue as her pictures have been shared without permission. I am unsure how it was posted by a lady named Hora Arab. I have tried to contact her through Facebook to remove the pictures due to cultural and religious reasons. I have also reached out to Facebook for assistance. This situation is very concerning, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Please advise on how to remove the content from Facebook.

My stepson's account has been removed. His name is Jerry Meade III. He didn't have the III on his Facebook page. His date of birth is 1/15/[redacted]. He was from Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti, MI. Not sure if his phone was listed on his Facebook account ([redacted]). He suddenly passed away in Nov [redacted]. The family has been devastated. Just to see his pictures and videos was some help. If you could please help us reactivate his account, it would be of great comfort to his dad, grandmother, and his many friends and family. I have his profile picture I can provide if needed to help recover. His dad's name is also Jerry Meade, so not to confuse his account with our son. To protect my privacy, I created a new account named Lilian Ramirez, but I refrained from adding a profile picture to avoid being traced by my ex. His name on Facebook is Jacques Rawls or Jock Rawls. I urgently need assistance as he has a history of hacking into my accounts. I have been blocked by Facebook due to not having a profile picture, but I assure you I am a legitimate user. I plea for support in maintaining my current account Lilian Ramirez to stay connected with my close friends without the fear of intrusion from my ex-boyfriend.

My nephew mentioned he received a government grant and provided me with a contact number, which is [redacted]. He goes by John Lee West. When I reached out via text, the person on the other end claimed to be my nephew James Lee West. After expressing interest in the grant, they instructed me to submit personal details to check my eligibility. I obliged and was informed that I qualified for $96,[redacted], but the requested information included full name, address, email, marital status, phone number, occupation, income, disability status, birthdate, ID, and Facebook details. Unfortunately, in trying to comply, I accessed Facebook and noted a login attempt from California, which I confirmed unknowingly. Regrettably, I was scammed, and my Facebook account was compromised.

A few weeks ago, my boyfriend received a concerning message on Facebook from a man claiming that I had been flirting with him. Despite lack of proof initially, last night the man provided my boyfriend with screenshots of messages purportedly between us. I have no recollection of this individual prior to three weeks ago, though the messages show my profile picture. It seems my photo was used deceptively in this exchange. The only connection I have with this man is through a woman who has personal issues with me. I suspect collusion between these two to impersonate me and mislead my boyfriend. I am unsure if they digitally altered the image onto a message, created a hidden profile, or gained unauthorized access to my account. What is clear is I have never interacted with this man. I need a thorough investigation to uncover the truth behind these messages and if necessary, legal action. This situation has deeply impacted my relationship. Despite my efforts to report this to Facebook, I am unable to progress as I cannot input their names in the form.

I managed to recover my account yesterday, changed the password, email, and enabled two-step verification with a new number. Unfortunately, my account has been compromised again, and the hacker has control. While I can reset the password using the link provided, I can't log in as the verification details have been altered by the hacker. I urge Instagram to promptly address this recurring security breach, as the hacker continues to perform malicious activities. My username is hussainsheikh013.
