I accidentally created a duplicate account under Jennifet Nsenkyire with no profile picture, when I already had an account under Jennifer Nsenkyire with a profile picture etc. *I have attempted to get this duplicate account deleted and even paid $**.** to a company called PopUp which Facebook connected me with. I have also sent numerous emails since to have it deleted but that duplicate account is till active and my original account has been deactivated instead. I need help.
GetHuman696178 did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
