I am looking for assistance in re-activing my account. **Months ago I received a message that there was unusual activity and my account was locked. Using your help page was useless. I went to the web page and input the security code that was texted to my phone. Upon entering the code there were two options, SUBMIT and CONTINUE. If I selected submit, the input field reset, nothing else. If I selected continue I received a message that I input the wrong security code. I tried this dozens of times, on my phone, on my laptop, on my tablet, on different browsers, all with no success.**When a friend mentioned that my profile no longer appeared on their friends list, I recreated my account using my full name (Philip vs Phil). This second account was only active a couple days when the same thing happened. **You help page had no way to actually reach someone. A friend gave me this email as a potential source of help to reactivate my original profile. **Please let me know if you can help
