I am concerned about being excluded and blocked by people I know without clear feedback. I have autism, which makes it hard to understand social cues. I have positive intentions and want to improve my communication. I feel misunderstood and rejected in many places. I hope Facebook won't do the same. I appreciate your platform for sharing my concerns even though it may be delayed. I want to address this issue respectfully and seek better understanding. Thank you for your attention. Best regards.

I received a message from a friend on Messenger recommending a tax-free grant. After following the instructions and providing personal information, I discovered it was a scam. The scammers asked me to buy iTunes cards to unlock the grant box. Upon realizing my friend's account was hacked, I contacted them and learned the truth. I am concerned about my exposed information and potential identity theft. As Facebook oversees Messenger, I am puzzled about how this breach occurred. I urge you to enhance security measures promptly to prevent such incidents. Your responsibility is crucial since my data is compromised. Kindly address this issue swiftly and apprehend the scammers.

Recently, I had an unfortunate experience with a scam through Facebook messenger. I received a deceptive message from someone pretending to be a close friend, mentioning a grant from The Lions Club. Due to a severe injury and the hope to reduce my work hours for medical reasons, I engaged with the scammer believing it was genuinely from my friend. I never disclosed sensitive information like my social security number, birthday, or mother's maiden name. It became clear it was a scam when they requested money for the grant application. Upon noticing my friend's warning about a possible hack, I stopped communication with the scammer and plan to report the incident. I feel foolish but also frustrated. I have issued a caution on my own Facebook page and would like to make Facebook aware of this situation. If there is any way I can assist, please reach out. - Lori A.

Subject: Urgent Refund Request Dear South Beach Skin Care Lifecell Customer Service, I am writing to express my distress regarding an unauthorized transaction from my bank account for $[redacted].54, performed by your company. Originally, I agreed to a small trial tube of cream for approximately $14 Australian dollars, which I later realized was converted to a $19.30 payment due to exchange rates. I vehemently request an immediate refund of the $[redacted].54 to my account and would like to cancel the trial transaction as well, as I no longer trust your company or products. I have sought guidance from my bank on disputing this transaction, and if the refund is not processed promptly, I will have to pursue further actions with the bank. Furthermore, I found your advertising misleading and am disappointed by the lack of transparency during the transaction, as the $[redacted].54 amount was never disclosed. Being on a limited income, I could never justify spending such a substantial amount on skincare. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly to alleviate my financial strain and distress caused by this unauthorized transaction. Thank you in advance for your immediate attention to this matter. Sincerely, Maggie Shambrook

My ex-girlfriend gained unauthorized access to my account, changed the password, and proceeded to steal money from my bank. She also changed the passwords to all my associated email accounts, including the one linked to my Facebook. On my Facebook account, there are invaluable pictures of deceased loved ones, particularly my late father, making it crucial that I regain access. I am willing to provide any necessary identification, such as my driver's license and other documentation, as well as my new email address and phone number for communication. These photos hold significant sentimental value, and I'm desperate to retrieve them. I have been a loyal Facebook user for almost a decade and hope for assistance in reclaiming my account. Thank you for your support.

I find it challenging to grasp all the features of "Facebook" and changing passwords feels like a hassle. I've encountered some inappropriate messages on the platform and wish to discontinue using it. Please delete all my information from Facebook immediately. I do not wish to engage with the platform anymore, especially considering recent hacking incidents and changes made by the company. I hope to never have to deal with Facebook again. Goodbye for good! I do not want any further contact or assistance.

Help needed please! I accidentally left my Facebook account open, and my brother, who has issues with my husband, changed my name to my maiden name. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress for me and my husband, with people contacting me thinking there were problems in our marriage. I had to deactivate my account to avoid further confusion. My Facebook name now reads as "Allison Cormier-Latham" instead of "Allison Latham." I am unable to change it back for 60 days, which is frustrating. I also suspect he may have altered my marital status to single when it should be married to Mike Latham. Can someone please assist me in correcting this? My email for login purposes is [redacted], and I can be reached at [redacted] Thank you in advance for your help.

Several pictures and videos of my child at a summertime camp program were posted by Casey R. These images have put my child and others at risk. Casey's post accuses the counselors of not supervising the kids at the park, sharing the business name and location. The post includes multiple pictures of my child in a bathing suit with his face clearly visible. It's concerning that instead of reporting to local authorities, this person chose to use social media to criticize the business, potentially exposing the children to harm. I have reached out to Casey privately, expressing my worries as a parent and asking for the post to be taken down. Unfortunately, the post has been viewed over [redacted] times and shared over [redacted] times, increasing the risk to these children. This situation has left us parents unsure about the safety of the camp and has caused unnecessary distress.

Casey Rosquete shared photos of my child and other children with their daycare counselors on social media to criticize KSR Ultimate Martial Arts. This has garnered significant attention and raised concerns about the children's safety. However, instead of going to local authorities, it would have been more appropriate for her to address the issue through official channels rather than risking the children's safety by exposing them on social media.

The KSR Ultimate Martial Arts Academy is currently experiencing harassment on Facebook by someone named Casey Rosquete and others who have shared unauthorized videos and images of our students, including my 8-year-old child. These posts falsely portray neglect by the camp counselors, posing a risk to children’s safety by potentially attracting predators. This situation is detrimental to the academy’s reputation and distressing for parents and students. Raising concerns on social media in this manner is inappropriate; it exploits my child for attention-seeking purposes. If there were genuine concerns about safety, contacting the authorities would have been the proper course of action. Casey Rosquete's actions seem to be driven by a desire for attention.

Hello, yesterday I created a user account for the first time to become an ADMIN on a BAND/Musician page. I mistakenly registered with the name Benedix Colt, which Facebook automatically reserved as a handle for a private user. This prevented me from using it for the public page. Despite my attempts to change the user handle, I learned that it is reserved indefinitely even if I delete the account. I created a new user and another page while requesting the deletion of the account with the benedixcolt handle. I am the same person as [redacted] and [redacted], and I am eager to secure the "benedixcolt" Facebook handle, which is crucial for a brand I am developing. I can provide any necessary verification. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

In [redacted] or [redacted], I created a Facebook account to promote a website I was working on. While deployed in Afghanistan, I got injured and had to undergo surgery upon my return, causing me to abandon the website project. I forgot about the Facebook account linked to the site named My Gay Nation. Now, I can't access the account as I don't remember the email or password. I want to close this unused page, but I can't initiate the recovery process since I can't recall the original email. I'm willing to provide a recovery email to verify ownership of the account. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be appreciated.

In [redacted] or [redacted], I created a Facebook account to promote a website I was developing. While I was in Afghanistan, I had to undergo surgery due to injuries, which halted my website project. I lost track of the Facebook account associated with it. Now, I want to remove the Facebook page for the old website, "My Gay Nation," as I no longer wish for it to be active. However, I can't recall the email or p***word used during the account creation. I believe I can provide a recovery email to verify my ownership. Despite my attempts, I haven't been successful in the account recovery process. The page displays my name, Catontodd, as the owner. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I would like to address the handling of my appeal regarding the disabled "Boost" function on my advertiser account by the resolution team. My advertiser account number is [redacted]9. The function was disabled due to a page related to cryptocurrency trends, not for selling but only promoting market trends. This page has been removed as per the updated policy by Facebook which came after its launch without prior warning. Despite making a formal request for the restriction to be lifted, it was denied without a valid explanation. This lack of transparency is upsetting, and it feels like commercial discrimination. If this issue hinders my legitimate advertising in the future, I may escalate this matter to ASIC for unfair practices. I urge for timely notification of any policy violations on my pages to avoid formal complaints to ASIC due to potential commercial disadvantages.

I want to express my gratitude for the efforts and security measures taken by Facebook to enhance the community's safety. I have been a loyal member for over six years and run a registered Media Company managing a well-known Nigerian News Website, Naija Olofofo, established four years ago. Please be informed that the website link shared on my Official Fanpage and Group has been flagged as spam, although it was shared genuinely with the audience. I kindly request the community's support in reviewing this matter to whitelist the link and restore the deleted posts in the group. I assure you of my commitment to adhere to the community guidelines, comply with policies, and continue contributing positively to the community. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I am experiencing trouble accessing my Facebook account. I am unable to call for assistance or even sign in to troubleshoot. I suspect that Facebook is censoring users as I have faced this issue for a while now. The help center seems ineffective if you cannot log in, which is frustrating. I attempted to seek help but was directed to pay $[redacted] to resolve the problem, which seems like a scam. It appears that Facebook is infringing on users' free speech rights and then trying to profit from fixing the accounts. I agree with the group's view regarding this violation and the subsequent monetary demands. It would be helpful if Facebook could communicate through email directly, making the process more straightforward. The situation is prompting users to consider legal action, given the infringement of rights by the platform.

My husband's account was hacked today, and he attempted to change his password. Regrettably, the updated password was not accepted. While browsing Facebook, I encountered a scam involving elderly women supposedly on a talent show. A voice then prompted me to call a number to address a supposed issue with Microsoft. This happened to me before, and I fear others may fall victim to this scam. I was able to have a savvy friend help me, but I urge Facebook to remove such fraudulent content to prevent harm to unsuspecting users. I hope Facebook can address this promptly to ensure the safety of its users.

I have been using Facebook for years to connect with family and friends. Please do not delete my photos of my family and friends, as that is all I have. Why has my account been disabled? I have never had my Facebook account disabled before, and this feels unfair. I believe I should have received a warning instead of a termination. I would like a full explanation as to why I am ineligible to use Facebook. I do not harass, stalk, swear, bully, post nudes, or share anything pornographic. My account should be active.
