My facebook account was hacked twice and has since been deleted twice. In the middle of the night, while sleeping, received a text for a password reset for my facebook account. Went to check facebook and I was unable to log on. I contacted facebook at that time, and was able to get back into my account although my profile name had been changed. The same thing happened again the next night and I was unable to get into my account once again. This time getting help from facebook proved to be difficult, the reply I received was "this issue has been resolved". Within a day or so, I received an email saying my account, an account that I didn't have access to, had been deactivated due to unacceptable activity. I reported the problem to facebook and didn't get a response. I waited a week or so, started a new facebook profile with a different email address. I had this account for a few weeks and again was told that my account had been deactivated due to inappropriate activity. Throughout the whole process, getting in touch and getting a response from facebook has proven to be extremely difficult.
GetHuman-rpotthof did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
