I believe my account was hacked because I am not able to sign into my account. I've had this account for about * years and I haven't had this issue before. Whenever I am trying to sign into my account is it stating that I've set up my account to request a code as an authentication process (which I haven't done). And then when click to send the code, I am not getting it to my mobile number that is on my account. I have tried several times. Trying to resolve the issue through the help pages, I've sent two (*) of myself holding a paper of the verification code that wae required, but I haven't gotten any updates (which could be due to the fact that the email that is on my account is not a valid email, but you guys and send me text message to my mobile number *-***-***-**** updates PLZ DO). I really don't want to lose my account. Please research and contact me via that mobile number or this email* *****@***.com. Thank you.*Sincerely, Stephen Jason Johnson
