Hello Facebook Support, I apologize for any inconvenience. I appreciate your efforts in maintaining Facebook. My Facebook account, where all my business data is stored, was disabled today due to a negative comment from a girl. I engaged her to resolve the issue, but she made concerning statements about Facebook. Following this conversation, my account got disabled. My Facebook account email is [redacted] with the name Chedad Ali. I've submitted several requests to recover my account and I am patiently waiting. This account is crucial for supporting my family and all my hard work hinges on it. Thank you for your help.

I reported two posts on Facebook that promoted violence, but they were not removed citing community standards. One post threatened to run people over for blocking traffic. The second post also mentioned running over people who would block the poster. I find it concerning that these posts were not deemed violations after recent incidents of protestors getting hit by cars. Why does Facebook allow such threats while silencing political candidates like G.W. in Pennsylvania? It raises questions about Facebook’s lack of consistency and prioritizing profit over safety. If there's no explanation for these inconsistencies, I'm considering deleting my account to not support these irresponsible practices.

I reported a photo depicting bestiality involving a man and a goat but it was not removed as it apparently does not violate community guidelines. To add to the issue, I received a 3-day ban for complaining about the photo, which seems unfair. I strongly believe that the photo should be deleted, the person responsible should be banned, and my ban should be lifted. I have taken steps to pursue legal action against Facebook, but I am willing to reconsider if my ban is lifted and the offensive content is removed promptly. It's disheartening to see Facebook allowing such content while penalizing users for comments. I look forward to a resolution soon. Regards.

Unable to log in, I tried a password reset, which required a code sent to my email. Upon entering the code, I discovered my email and phone number had been changed by an unknown person. This account dates back to [redacted] and my last profile picture features me in a pink shirt with a blue pen in my pocket. I recently noticed my old Facebook account, which I hadn't used since [redacted], has reappeared. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to the account for any changes. To permanently delete this old account, I am willing to provide additional information to authenticate my ownership. I no longer have the Yahoo email account due to spam concerns, and I changed my phone number after marriage. My spouse, with an active Facebook account, was friends with my old account and can verify my ownership. I attempted to use the friend support option, but it seems it was not enabled during the time I had the account. This option only allowed for changing the password linked to my husband's account, not mine.

I encountered some issues with accessing my Facebook account after someone changed my password as a prank. I tried the password reset process through my old email and trusted contacts but didn't receive any emails with the verification codes. This has been going on for 12 hours, and despite many attempts to resend, no emails have come through. As a last resort, I managed to access my old email and tried to reset the code with the 6-digit pin, but still didn't receive any emails. The system even warned me for potential misuse when I tried to resend codes. I deeply need to regain access to my account as it holds precious memories of my late grandma, who was like a mother to me. These photos are invaluable to me as they are a way for me to keep her memory alive for my young child. I understand the situation might not be your fault, but I genuinely seek your assistance in resolving this matter so I can access my account. My Ad Account was disabled on March 19th, nearly two months ago, after being flagged for policy violations by Facebook. Although I understand the reason now, leading to my previous appeals being declined, I'd like to plead my case for reactivation. Our Fan Page, promoting the Force Field Cloak, faced delays in product delivery last year, causing some customers to become upset and label us as a scam. Despite the setbacks, we've worked hard to rectify the situation, delivering orders and receiving positive feedback from formerly dissatisfied customers. I am a Consumer Cellular customer using Messenger without Facebook. I have multiple email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] My Moto E w/4G LTE broke and was replaced with a Moto E 4 Plus. I successfully transferred most data to the new phone except for 15 pictures and Messenger. Despite attempting to move Messenger to the new phone and setting it up with my Gmail account, it couldn't find my account key. When using my school account, it requested permissions I am uncomfortable granting. Struggling to switch back to my Gmail account, I encountered issues due to speeding through the setup process. This resulted in two phones, where one is dedicated to Messenger and the other for everything else. I urgently need assistance to merge Messenger onto my new phone with all conversations intact before I must return the broken phone. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I had two Facebook accounts, one under the name Derrick Mechelle Proctor and the other under Mechelle Proctor. I was reported for impersonation on both accounts. Facebook had me choose which account to keep, and I chose to keep the Derrick Mechelle Proctor account. However, now I need help transferring photos from the deleted Mechelle Proctor account to my active one. Additionally, my business page, 5 Star Presidential Cleaning LLC, was created under the now-deleted Mechelle Proctor account. Although it shows up on my current account, I can't manage it. I requested to delete my account so I could create a new one. However, my old account remained active even after making the new one. I attempted to delete the old account again, prompting me to log out. Upon trying to log in with the new account, I was asked to provide a picture for identity verification. I expected this process to be quick, but despite waiting overnight, my situation remains unclear.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing in regards to our Facebook account, "Englandia- Dweujezyczna sala zabaw," registered in Poland for our foundation dedicated to helping children in need. Unfortunately, our account has been targeted by around 10 other Facebook accounts spreading false and harmful information, which is damaging to our foundation. We are unsure why this is happening, but our account now primarily displays this misleading content, making it difficult for users to access the genuine information we provide. Despite filing a complaint, we have not received a response. We have attempted to remove these harmful messages without success and have reluctantly decided to close our Facebook account due to the ongoing harassment. According to the account information, it will take 14 days to close, but we urgently request that it be closed today to prevent further financial issues for our foundation. N & E Goodchild
