Account number: **************** and *****************Please i would like a to make a formal complain regarding my account with you. I have been trying to settle my liability for the past year with your bank but i have not been able to get through to anyone. Every time i call the customer service i have been told that the right department will contact me which they never did. I have written you so many times but no reply. I finally had a call from one of your representatives in January **** and since then we have not been able to resolve the issue of agreement of settlement. The representatives name is Mr Jithu Jose. He has not been professional with his conduct and mannerism towards me and supporting me in coming to a mutual agreement of sorting out the issue. I really want to clear my liability and i have been the one chasing after the bank to do so. I have contacted the CBN and also the department in the UK that contacted Mr. Jose and he refused to deal with the department from UK because he said the bak has not assigned him to deal with me and that they are in dealing with me which he is not. He has also refused to respond to me via email accusing me of not using the rightful email on my application. This is another case and a way of not trying to resolve the issue. I really do not understand the bank's gain of doing all this. I told him i had only one email and that is the email i have and had used for all my banking. He refused to communicate with me since then. I asked him to send me a document showing my application with this email he said i used for the cards. All i want is to settle the liability and i am not happy been charged all the extra charges and fees when i have tried since last year to settle it and the bank intentionally avoiding such. I took out **,*** aed on the cards and i was making payments on them till i stopped receiving statement on it. I tried contacting like i said earlier but to no avail. I would like the bank to pass me to a professional and competent member of staff that can help me resolve this mutually. I would like your earliest response so that this can be resolved quickly.
