Up until recently my FPL bills have been between $***.** to $***.** I live alone and have had the same usage of electricity for the past six years added to which I have been away fro home for long periods of time and yet I received a bill for $***.** I cannot get anyone to speak to in order to ascertain why this huge leap has occurred despite less usage by myself. I am a retired widow living on a fixed income and would just like to know the reason for this enormous jump. Thank you
