Help with my FPL Energy issue

The issue in GetHuman-colecala's own words
Get an FPL personnel to install and verify matching results between inside thermostat amd meter outside. ... After having had $** added to bill and only TWO extra days, I now have two travel thermostats telling me that mine is off by **. So when I think its set to **, it's actually **. The thermostat looks to be from the **'s, the complex I live in is incompetent in many things, I do not want them involved in any of it. I've lived here *.* yrs, and the only time my a*c had 'leaking sounds' was when the outside drain needed suctioning out. I had a work order about a momth ago for same problem* and was told my a*c is supposed to do that and snottily told I was not going to get a new one. First off, I don't need a new one, and I never even hinted at asking*wanting one. I don't care how old*new, so long as it WORKS RIGHT. As far as I know, coils are to be cleaned as well. This has never been done that I can tell and they are disgusting. The humidity hasn't reached below **% in over * mos and the air coming out of the ventilation smells awful- it doesnt matter how many filters I change. I would like to know if FPL personnel would install a new thermostat, make sure its right, AND check the meter to ensure same info is coming from both. I will inform the complex after installment as they will be getting a work order to remove-not 'fix' (they've "done that" twice)- their "energy efficient"dryer that melts clothes on high heat, takes *x ** minutes to dry ONE load of * towels, a pair of jeans, and a fleece jacket, and burns hand when touching the top. I can't afford this!!!!!
This is costing me a fortune. My complex is useless, I do not trust them.

I am hesitant to call, I am at my wits end, just got news of a good friend's death. At this time, I am not able to keep frustration levels down enough with automated systems, I will be livid by the time I get to a person, and your personnel dont deserve that.
