I recently switched from buying Shell gift cards to ExxonMobil gift cards for myself and family members. Lately, my ExxonMobil card hasn't been working at the pump at the Airport Road and Pine Ridge Road location in Naples, Florida. I've had to go inside to use it manually, which defeats the convenience of pay-at-the-pump. I was told the issue would be resolved, but after multiple visits, it persists. Due to this inconvenience, I'm considering not buying Exxon Mobil cards anymore. Additionally, I've found it difficult to address this problem through your website and phone numbers. The online services seem irrelevant when trying to raise this concern. I hope you can investigate and improve these issues.

Today, I visited the Exxon gas station at [redacted] SW 56th Street in Miami, FL [redacted]. While waiting in line to purchase lottery tickets, I was asked by the employee, Eric, to stand aside and allow others behind me to be served first. He mentioned this was due to company policy giving priority to other customers. This practice of segregating customers based on their purchase seems unfair. Regardless of the product being bought, customers deserve equal service. I may consider trying other stations like Shell, Chevron, or Marathon in the future.

I am reaching out in regards to an unresolved issue experienced at the Exxon-Mobil gas station located at [redacted] South Kanner Highway in Stuart, Florida. The gas pump at this 7-Eleven Mobil station seems to be malfunctioning, continuing to dispense fuel even after the tank is full. I encountered this problem on both July 15 and July 27. When I approached the cashier about the issue, she responded rudely. The behavior of the cashier, who is well-known by many customers, was unacceptable. I am disappointed by the lack of response to this matter and the poor customer service provided. It is concerning that customers may be being overcharged due to this issue. I believe at the very least, a refund should be provided to those affected. This experience has left me hesitant to return to this location or any Exxon-Mobil gas station in the future. Thank you, Camille D.

I am incredibly frustrated with WEX BANK for switching my old cards with new business pro cards that I never used and never wanted. Despite my requests to cancel the cards, they keep sending statements claiming I owe them money. The latest statement says I owe $50, but they refuse to explain what these fees are for. They insisted I needed to send a written request to close the account, which I did, but they have yet to resolve the issue. This is not related to fuel charges, which makes it even more perplexing. I am at a loss for what steps to take next. Should I consider contacting my lawyer, reaching out to the media, contacting the Better Business Bureau, or seeking help from Exxon Mobil?
