The issue in GetHuman-vernitap's own words
I have paid for August **th, **** twice. I called front desk and spoke to a Shay. The representative told me that it was only one payment showing, that had been made for that date. Advised that the week before, I had paid for * days. August **th was a Thursday. My normal day to make payment is Fridays. The system charged me for the * days along with the day I had made the payment, which was August **th, ****. The representative wasn't listening so I just told her thank you and end the call kindly. I've been a guest since July **st, ****. Its time for me to make another payment tomorrow. Not sure if I want to continue to stay here if customer service no longer exist. I would like to be compensated for * nights instead of one since I now have to take extra steps when the rep only needed to listen to what I had explained to her.
