I received medication I no longer use from Express Scripts. Their records are inaccurate, leaving me with excess medication I didn't request and must pay for. Despite efforts from two of my doctors, I cannot resolve the issue with the controlled medications, Tramadol and Clonazapam. I have contacted them six times without success. I am only requesting that my medication be correctly delivered to me during the current pandemic, as my neurologist advises me to stay at home due to prior health concerns. I also need clarification on my prescription history. Express Scripts claims to have sent me excessive amounts of Tramadol and Clonazapam, leading to a recent severe seizure. If this is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action. Thank you, Nikki B.

I have a prescription for fluoxetine in two doses, 40 mg and 20 mg. Approximately 90 days ago, when I last called, there was confusion because I was prescribed the medication in two different amounts. I clarified that it was for managing my chronic depression. The issue was resolved by an Express Scripts representative expediting the prescription. However, the problem seems to have resurfaced as I am running low on fluoxetine with only 6 days left. Today, I spoke to another representative who is rushing the shipment. I hope to avoid this hassle with every refill. I have reached out to my physician's office to coordinate with Express Scripts for future refills. I hope to streamline the process to ensure timely delivery of my medication.

I'm reaching out on behalf of an out-of-state pediatrician looking to find opportunities in San Diego County. The pediatrician is currently based on the East Coast and is interested in relocating for her family. She is seeking a position in a group practice and is keen to move within the next few months. If you have any information about job openings or could direct me to potential employers, it would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to share any leads you may have. Thank you. Sincerely, Linda.

I am a retired veteran of the Gulf War, having served for over 26 years. Recently, my wife, who has been battling Alzheimer's for a decade, was prescribed Namenda HCL ER 28mg Cap. However, the prescription was denied by Express Scripts citing a generic alternative, Memantine. Despite our doctor, Dr. Hector Miranda Delgado, modifying the prescription to align with Express Scripts' policy, they continue to withhold approval. It has been over three months since the initial prescription, and my wife has yet to begin her Alzheimer's treatment due to Express Scripts' objections. Having dedicated my life to serving my country, I now seek assistance for my wife's crucial medical needs, which unfortunately are being hindered by bureaucratic challenges.

As a retired golf war veteran with over 26 years of service, I have been facing challenges with my wife's Alzheimer's medication. Despite my wife's doctor, Dr. Hector Miranda Delgado, changing the prescription to the generic version, Memantine, Express Scripts has been delaying the approval for her medication. It has been more than three months, and my wife has not been able to start her treatment due to this issue. I kindly request Express Scripts to resolve this matter promptly so that my wife can receive the medication she urgently requires.

I recently received letters from your company, one stating that I have a payment due. However, I had already paid the bill as instructed and was informed that once the payment was made, I would be fully paid up with Express Scripts. Additionally, my prescriptions are now covered by my Medicare Advantage plan through CVS/CAREMARK, not by your services. Furthermore, my husband received a letter thanking him for signing up with Express Scripts. He has not signed up with your company and is confused about the situation.

After trying various inhaled daily steroid options for my asthma, like Advair discus and puffer, my asthma remains uncontrolled. My allergist is suggesting I try Symbicort or the generic Budesonide Formoterol before considering other options. Unfortunately, military pharmacies do not stock these medications as they are non-formulary. I have learned that I might qualify for home delivery of these medicines and I am working on setting that up promptly. Thank you, Ansley Culver.

I was attempting to contact you to inquire about an order status, but unexpectedly ended up speaking with a Life Alert salesperson. This has happened to me before, and I am frustrated that I couldn't reach your customer service using the number listed on your website, 1-[redacted]. After trying other numbers online, I managed to confirm with a robot that my medications are ready to be shipped. However, I am concerned about shipment delays for vital medications and wish I could speak to a human representative for more information. I also want to point out that assuming all customers have cell phones for text messages is not always accurate. It would be helpful to offer alternative contact methods. Lastly, please reconsider partnering with Life Alerts as they are not trustworthy. Thank you. - Evelyn B.

I recently spoke with a representative about replacing a caregiver listed on the account with my name since the patient has moved closer to us. The patient gave verbal consent to the representative for this change. While I was able to successfully create a login account, when I attempted to log in yesterday, I received a message stating that either my password or sign-in information was incorrect. I attempted to use the patient's information to log in but was still unable to access the account. Who should I contact for assistance with resolving this issue?

I require a refill for my prescription of D-Amphetamine ER 20mg salt-combo CP, quantity of 30, and D-Amphetamine salt-combo 10mg tablets, quantity of 30. Dr. R. Jacques is my primary care physician who usually prescribes these for me. My name is Racheal Plymale with a date of birth of 07/10/[redacted]. My mailing address is [redacted] Caroline Street, PEKIN, Illinois, [redacted]. Due to a national shortage, local pharmacies are unable to fill my prescription since February. My doctor advised me to reach out to your service to inquire about mail order options. Kindly assist in coordinating the refill with Dr. Jacques. Thank you.

When I try to log in to Express Scripts, it prompts me for a second verification step. I am unable to receive the verification code through email at [redacted] There seems to be an issue with the email address the code is being sent to, as it shows as p***[redacted] with 5 characters between the "p" and "y," while my actual email has 6 characters between those letters. I've attempted to resolve this by changing to text verification, but since I can't receive the code, I'm stuck and can't log in. I'd appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

The prescription for Mark Thompson, born on 08/31/[redacted], for lisinopril 10mg was sent to CVS Pharmacy on 7/14. To retrieve it, I need to pay $30 at CVS. However, CVS claims they sent the prescription back. Both pharmacies refuse to communicate with each other. A pharmacist mentioned I would receive the prescription in 7 days, but upon checking, it won't arrive until September. How can I obtain the prescription and will I be reimbursed the $30? My insurance doesn't cover CVS except for emergencies. Please contact me at [redacted]. I urgently need assistance. A call back on Monday, 7/31, would be greatly appreciated.

I had trouble understanding the customer service representative I spoke with initially. I tried to request an immediate shipment of my second 3-month supply of thyroid medication because my doctor issued a 6-month prescription. I expected the refill to be automatic. The representative seemed hesitant because my last refill was in August. I had to explain that three months had passed since then. Hopefully, the new supply will arrive in the next 5 business days, but I will have to go without my medication for a few days, which is very inconvenient. My experience with Express Scripts so far has been disappointing.
