In my file where the messages are located, there are 4 red circles. Clicking on them shows "you have nothing good in your IT SAYS EXCELLENT WITH MY NAVY FEDERAL ACCOUNT. Also, I am in very good standing with my personal loan. It only said it was excellent the day before yesterday, now it says I owe. I pay on time every month. It once said excellent last week, but since I complained, I see all these negative words. Please fix this. The first words anyone sees are "I have nothing good in my file," which is not true. It then mentions I had an Authorized User, but many people have that and it's not on their report. I am in an unsafe, abusive environment and working hard to improve my credit and move to a safer place. This is serious, so please review the entire file before saying you don't see it. Thank you.

E ON recently rebranded to E ON Next and began sending monthly bills instead of quarterly ones. I used to schedule my payments over a 13-week period to coincide with the quarterly bill due in week 13. However, starting in July [redacted], I started receiving monthly bills, which I initially thought were a scam. When I inquired about this change, I was informed that it is the new billing policy of E ON Next. Due to not having the monthly payment amount readily available each month, I did not pay the bills, resulting in Sonex Finance being notified after three months. I clarified with a Sonex Finance representative that I do not have financial issues, although I am unsure if they relayed this information back to E ON. If E ON were to report my account to you, I am curious as to how this might impact my credit history. - Alma Jean S.

I found two charges from Experian on my Mastercard statement. The first charge was $27.55 on February 3rd, and the second charge was also $27.55 7 days later. I don't understand why there are weekly charges of the same amount from Experian. Can these charges be refunded? I have disputed them with my credit card company. It is clear on my statement that I did not authorize these charges. I expect these unauthorized charges to be reversed promptly. Thank you.

Credit Limit Issue with CITI CITI has reported that your account is at or over the credit limit. It seems they have made an error. While other accounts provide me with thousands of dollars in credit, CITI has limited me to $[redacted]. This creates confusion as exceeding the limit only indicates to Costco that I am willing to spend more with them. Isn't the objective to make money? From FinancialToday 30-Day Past Due Notice from BANK OF AMERICA BANK OF AMERICA has marked your account as 30 days past due. Date of the notification was yesterday. From Financial New Mortgage Report from CROSSCOUNTRY MTG/DOVEN CROSSCOUNTRY MTG/DOVEN has recently reported a new mortgage account on your Experian Credit Report on November 14, [redacted]. They indicated a balance of $[redacted],[redacted]. However, I terminated my association with them after two payments. I sent a check for $[redacted],XXX and discussed over the phone to send the remaining balance, which they are returning stating it's insufficient. I tried to make additional payments towards the principal, but they do not seem to understand this. I informed Renee at Sundt Mortgage that due to their actions causing delays, I refuse to pay the extra fees and interest from February 5, [redacted]. Moreover, Sundt transferred this mortgage to a German company without prior notice. They avoided meeting me in person when I requested and directed me to other representatives who were incapable of addressing my concerns. Not you?

I recently called Experian to place a temporary freeze on my account. Following the prompts, I attempted to temporarily unfreeze my account for 24 hours, starting today. However, after going to the experian.com/freeze website as directed, I encountered the same questions about the temporary freeze and providing a pin code to lenders. Both Best Egg and Lending Club informed me that their systems do not support using a pin. Despite my attempts, I did not receive a confirmation number for the temporary removal of the freeze, and I am unable to speak with a live representative. Unlike TransUnion and Equifax, the process with Experian has been challenging, with the automated system continuously stating my account is frozen despite my efforts to unfreeze it. The lenders require verification from all three credit bureaus, necessitating the temporary unfreezing of my Experian account.

I joined Experian in November [redacted] for $1, thinking it was their site. However, I was billed $21.95 without seeing hidden terms. Despite attempts to contact them, the automated system asked for my social security number, which I hesitated to provide due to multiple charges. My intention was to prevent identity theft but ended up only with charges. Discover is assisting, but this feels like a scam. My credit is excellent, and I don't need monthly reports. I've been a homeowner without debt and do not require any services. Kindly refund Discover the $21.95 charged. Thank you, Nancy G. [redacted]

I have been charged $21.95 per month from my checking account for the months of September, October, November, and December. I paid $1 for a credit report, however, after realizing there were additional charges, I never accessed the report. Upon seeing the recurring $21.95 charge on my bank statement, I assumed it was a one-time fee, leading to multiple unauthorized withdrawals. I contacted Wells Fargo Bank in early December to cease these fraudulent transactions. While your website claims no affiliation with Experian, the web address suggests otherwise. I demand a refund of $88.80 credited back to my account without just an apology.

My husband is struggling to bypass the Experian voicemail system to speak with a representative. The two options available do not address his need to temporarily lift credit freezes due to identity theft. I managed to lift my freeze online after encountering issues with my social security number being rejected repeatedly before finally being accepted. However, my husband faced the same problem with his information being rejected each time he tried to access his account. Despite numerous attempts, including using Get Human for assistance, we have been unable to connect with a live person. This situation is urgent, and the mail-in option is not feasible for us at this time. We are frustrated by the inability to resolve this matter promptly.

I recently discovered that Experian has been charging my work credit card multiple times within the same month without my knowledge. These unexpected charges have caused significant issues with my bank account, pushing it into a negative balance. I cannot afford these charges and need help. Could I please request a refund for the two charges made on my credit card ending in [redacted] on February 16th and March 8th, [redacted], each for $14.99? These charges are affecting my work account and causing problems that I cannot ignore. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Angelique Levon B.

I am experiencing issues unfreezing my credit for a single day. My attempts to do so on 1/8 and 1/9 were unsuccessful. Despite the website indicating that it had been unfrozen, I did not receive a confirmation email as usual. Subsequently, when the lender attempted to verify, they were unable to access the information. Today, when trying to unfreeze it again, I encountered an error stating that my information does not match, possibly my date of birth. This is urgent as I am in the process of securing a mortgage. I am unsure if Equifax truly unfroze my account, given the lack of a confirmation email. Quick assistance is needed as Transunion has successfully unfrozen my account.

I recently reached out to Experian and encountered frustrating issues. It was disappointing when a real person picked up the phone but couldn't assist me directly, choosing to transfer me instead. The automated system doesn't address specific questions, which can be exasperating. While I appreciate the need for security measures, it's disheartening when staff seem unwilling to help. Many individuals, like myself, are diligently working to improve their credit scores, and encountering unhelpful customer service can be demoralizing. Clear communication is essential, and it would be beneficial if staff members were more willing to engage in conversations rather than simply transferring calls.

I'm having trouble getting a copy of my Experian credit report. I obtained reports from Equifax and TransUnion easily, but Experian is being difficult. They claim I didn't verify my identity or that my handwriting was illegible. Last year, I received my Experian report without any issues, and my information remains the same. I've lived at my current address since June 10, [redacted]. Although I placed fraud alerts on both credit bureaus last year, I shouldn't be denied my report for that reason. Due to being in assisted living, I lack a utility bill and refuse to provide my bank statement. I possess a "real ID," requiring my birth certificate, driver's license, social security card, and voter registration card for verification. It's perplexing why my identity is now being questioned. At 70 years old, I expect to receive my annual Experian report without unnecessary obstacles. My details are Karen M. Thompson, born on May 13, [redacted].

I have a basic membership with Experian. Some months ago, I signed up for Boost and reached out via email for information on my account and Boost. Initially, I was informed that the deductions from my checking account did not qualify for Boost. After several email exchanges explaining the monthly deduction, I was later told that it does qualify. Despite providing access to my bank and checking account, I was asked to reconnect it. Although my account appears, I am having trouble reconnecting it to reapply for Boost. I urgently need to speak with someone about this issue so I can boost my credit score.

I provided them with my correct SSN and date of birth, yet they have inaccurate information about me. They tried to verify me through an email address I don't recognize. Despite knowing the answers to all the questions about my financial information, they couldn't confirm my identity. It's frustrating dealing with them when they have flawed details.

I have reviewed my credit report and noticed that my credit score is being impacted by a lack of current accounts being paid as agreed. The most recent late payment was in [redacted], which is over 6 years ago. I have a collections account that shows 33% paid, but it is settled, and I was informed it may take up to 30 days to reflect accurately. I am worried about the statement indicating that I have not been paying my bills on time, as this is not the case. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further with a live representative. Thank you. - Gia A.

I have made multiple attempts to log in to my account using the same information as before. When using the "forgot username" option, I was given the correct username. However, upon entering my username and password, I still cannot access my account. I then tried the "forgot password" feature multiple times but have not received any reset instructions via email. I have checked my spam folder, but there are no emails from Experian regarding the password reset. Despite calling multiple Experian phone numbers, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance with this matter. Your help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to reach someone for 45 days and finally spoke with a representative claiming to be from Experian via LexingtonLaw firm. I explained that someone has accessed my account, changed my email, username, and phone number. The representative signed me up for LexingtonLaw and said someone would contact me; however, it has been 31 days with no follow-up. I am unable to access my Experian account and continue to be charged $35 per month with no resolution. Despite numerous attempts to login and reset my information, I am unable to access my account as my phone number has also been changed. I have received emails indicating a decrease in my credit and FICO scores. When I contacted Experian, the call was abruptly ended. I have witnessed unfamiliar phone numbers and emails linked to my account. I urgently need to update my information and address this identity theft issue promptly.

Hello, I noticed my Capital One credit accounts and payment history are missing from my credit report. While my Quicksilver ending in "[redacted]" appears on the report, my Mastercard ending in [redacted] is not showing. I have an excellent payment record and want this to reflect in my credit score. Capital One assured me that both cards and payment history are reported to all three main credit bureaus, Equifax and Transunion included. Kindly update my credit file to include the Mastercard ending in [redacted]. Regards, Cynthia T.

I attempted to access my account through one of your emails but was informed that I am locked out. When I tried to contact customer service via phone, I was unable to speak with a representative, and the automated system was not helpful in resolving my issue. I have been unable to reset my password as I cannot recall setting up a security question answer or a PIN. Additionally, I am unable to receive texts on my landline and did not receive the email mentioned.
